Location is very good, All others are okay except the air conditioning that drove us crazy. The air cons are split type with the outdoor units installed in the balcony. Two units, of our room and next room were mounted next to each other. The first night of my 4-night stay was acceptable because the room next to ours was not occupied and the noise from our ac outdoor unit was barely acceptable. Nightmare started from the 2nd night 1:30 am when the next room was occupied and their ac turned on. The two operating out-door units sounded like a construction site. I made a complaint to the front desk, the service man came to our room and admitted that noise was unbearable. He recorded the noise using his mobile phone and indicated he would report to the hotel management. We were moved to a suite room with 2 a/c units, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. To our surprise, the noise generated from the two units at the balcony was even worse and much noisier than our previous room. Lucky it was a suite room, we switched off the living room a/c with the bedroom door shut, we had a good sleep from 2:30 am. At 7:30am we were however woken up by the noise of "raining" inside my room. Water was dripping from the air con cool air outlet. All the stuffs on the make-up desk right below the air outlet were wet, all those ladies' precious items, e.g. skin care lotion, sunblock, cotton puffs, were soaked all wet. My trip was ruined from that point onward. Complained again, the service man came and fixed the clogged condensate drain and the following nights were physically fine. But psychologically we were totally hurt, from that point onward, we woke up from time to time the following nights to check for dripping condensate from the cool air outlet .. It was a really bad experience with a sequence of encounters of air con issues in a hotel, that was my 1st encounter in my past 30 years travel ... My wife swore she would never ever come to this hotel again...

Overall experience is fine. There are places for food and BTS within short walking distance. My suggest to hotel management is do room maintenance.

First time staying at this hotel.. great location just outside is the bts station chong nonsi. Surroundedby . 7-11, mcd , massage , food . Breakfsst was good too.. Will come back for stay again.

Room is dark. Light is dim, on all the lights but toilet still dark. Water pressure is good. Housekeeping not up to standard, trash not clear. Asked for connecting room but did not get it. Was advised to call the next day in morning to check, told to checkout both room and wait for new set of room. When brought our luggage down, told us that connecting room was not available, and that we will be going back to the same room. Information was not accurate at all. One of the room was even dripping water from aircon, which we called front desk to having people bringing pail to collect water. Smooth enough for the actions to be first time encountering. Have to off the aircon on an extremely hot weather just because the pail was full 1H into the "solution". Imagine surviving the stuffy room at 38deg with no aircon. No bathroom essential such as bathroom slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. 2 person staying but only 1 shower cap. Bed is soft and only 1 pillow. Flooring breaking apart with wood splits - yet they dont offer bathroom slippers. Location is prime, right at chong nonsi bts. 7-11 just right around the corner and mcdonalds is slightly further down from 7-11. Massage at the lobby was crap. Did not enjoy the service. Rsvp slot at 2230H, for 60mins massage. Only got attended at 2300H, changed me to a 30mins 4 hand massage, they close at 2330H. Did not enjoy at all as there are no strength on massage. Different masseurs kept telling to stand up and sit down after they shift the chair around. And throughout the 30mins, the masseur were talking, not attentive at all

Rude staff. Two ladies from the front desk very mean and not helpful. I booked the hotel for swimming pool and I couldn’t use because they decided to paint the floor during the weekend. Complained first on Saturday Feb 3rd then they said gonna finish soon and Sunday also closed. Ended up canceling my stay and book another hotel.
