The hotel seems like newly renovated
However it took 10 mins walking from the main road
Breakfast is adequate not so many people having it, you can enjoy it genuinely
However, the cleanness needs to improved
Some insects inside the room and the bath tube is not very clean.
The shower head is very short that you couldn’t hang it on the wall. Look like weird?
But still, upper immediate level hotel choice there

I like this hotel so much and the staff there is so supportive and nice. The spot is near 7-11 and the room is huge and clean. I will certainly go there in my next trip to Thailand as everyday for 7 nights I stay there is pleasure and the front desk upgraded me for even nicer room.

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of buffet spread. They do change some of the dishes but it gets boring from the third day onwards (I stayed here for 4 nights) I would advise to just eat outside. I got so full from breakfast, I had no room for other food till dinner time.
Location wise, it is located deep inside the alley. It's about 15 mins walk to Asok station. They do provide tuk tuk, but you'll have to walk back to hotel yourself. Might be better if they can provide tuk tuk back to hotel too. It's ok for young people to walk, but not recommended if you're bringing old people with you.
I love the swimming pool, the gym was ok too though not many equipments and some are faulty. Room was ok, it's spacious and with sofa. However, the air cond is a problem. It will auto turn off in the middle of the night and you have to call the receptionist to ask them to switch on again. I would think it's quite pricey for the rooms, but overall was a good stay

Very Nice Hotel. Rooms are spacious. What I like most is that my suite has two fully functional Android TV, one on the bedroom and the other on living room. The bathroom has all the required amenities with Japanese Commode.
The hotel is pretty neat and clean, and also very quiet. Breakfast is very good, mostly continental items which I like. The pool is very nice with built in jacuzzi and also rain shower. The front desk staffs are very cordial and always smiling. What I also liked was the other guests of the hotel, they were mostly Europeans and some Latins. Many came with their small kids. Family friendly hotel I should say.
One little negative thing is the hotel is located a little deep down the alley, the main road is a 600 meres walk from the hotel, which is ok for once or twice but not many times, it becomes tiring when you are returning late at night from hustle bustle of Sukkhumvit. Since it is deep down the alley, it is also a positive point in a way that you can relax. It was a wonderful three nights stay for us. Definitely recommended.

the services could be better.I requested for kingsize bed.they gave to me 2 single bed.they promise me the next day they will move me to one Kingsize bed room.it was fake promise.
By checkin the receptionist didn’t inform the guest that there is no hot water in hotel. I complain there was no hot water for shower.nobody taken action for this problem.the second day i complain again.they told me there was no hot water in hotel for the next 4 days.
I think the reception must be do something to make it right with the guest if there any problem in the hotel.
the towels need to change for new one.the towels are gris/yellow color.they are to old.it looks like dirty.

Far away from BTS Asok station, it’s need 20 mins if walking. But there have a free tuk tuk at hotel too. Also a 7-11 near hotel. Many choice of restaurants near there too! Swimming pool is not bad too! Room prices acceptable!
