Nice hotel, parking facilities not so great better to use local travel network if planning to stay, not very well signed posted so had difficulties finding the hotel, also originally given a room without a window but was upgraded as the hotel realised there error so no complaints on this nice hotel just be sure to check what you book.

Room is neat , clean smell is nice and especially location and the design of the room is extremely nice! , I also got the room upgrade instead due the room type that I booked is full. Overall is exquisite and I definitely recommend to my friends or siblings

I left a low score for cleanliness because unless we requested our room to be made it just didn’t happen. 3/5 days there we had to request it. This also meant no toilet paper , no shower stuff, no clean towels , bins full up. We mentioned it every time to reception and nothing was done. And no we didn’t leave a sign on the door saying not to clean the room.
The key card also failed numerous times.

Water heater is faulty despite changing room. First room know can't be turned to cold. ( only warm to hot ) after changing to new bigger room (free upgrade) Water is either too hot or too cold ( will need to play with it so that i dont get burn or frozen. Air conditioning is faulty also (auto reset to 22 degree when I adjust it to 30 degree. No choice but to turn off and turn it back on when it gets humid. TV.. is Samsung TV but not smart TV. Channels are mostly in Thai. Can't adjust using remote..
Bed lamp light not working
Toilet door and shower door design is weird, both collide with each other
Only 1 lift
Hotel staffs are great and friendly

We spent three nights here on holiday. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destinations and everything else as well as some other big shopping malls in the city. As for the rooms are relatively nice to me and it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a leisure or family trip. There are many eateries and massage centres after a day of shopping. There are some facilities such as a swimming pool and gym. The breakfast spread is normal and not that much. I think the hotel should improve on that. My humble opinion, I must say that everything was excellent and highly recommended.

Very friendly service staff, the locations are just beside Nana mrt Station so it is very convenient to go anywhere.
Room is spacious and the bed is clean and make up everyday. Super comfy pillows.
Only problem is that there is only one old public lift to the wing that we are staying. So takes awhile to wait for the lift in peak hours.
