Stayed Two nights from 21/09/22 to 23/09/22 Located within close proximity to the ruins of Ayutthaya, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. I stayed in room 14 which was a double room access from the side of the main building. It was a fairly nice room for the price however there was no safe or fridge. The double bed was also only a mattress on the floor so there was that risk of bugs and ants making their way on to the bed itself. The gardens are a nice place to sit and have a drink however you will need to stop by a shop to pick something up as there is no bar or drinks fridge. Overall it is a nice budget place to stay. if you like luxury, it probably isn't for you however if you want something a little different, which is cheap, clean and well kept, I would highly recommend.

アユタヤ市街地の東部、国道32号線沿いのセントラル・デパート脇の地方道を日本人村方面に1キロほど進んだ先にある7階建てのホテル。全国チェーン展開しているホップインならではの快適な標準仕様の客室は当地でも健在であり、限られた客室スペースに機能性と快適性を徹底追求している。全国一律の客室仕様であるがゆえに無機質と感じる向きもあろうが、見方を変えれば全国どこでも高水準の客室が提供される事は何者にも代えがたい安心感があると言える。小スペースの客室仕様であるため多人数での宿泊需要には向かないが、単身旅行者が求めるホテル機能を徹底的に煮詰めたした結果今日の成功を導き出したと言える。意外なことにアユタヤでは初となる出店であり開館から日が浅いため寝具や電化家具も手垢・水垢一つないほぼ新築状態であった。建屋の外観や館内はこれまでのCIカラーとは少々異なり濃紺+白のコンビネーションで目新しさを感じた。また、北側に面する上層階の客室窓からはワット ヤイチャイモンコンの巨大な仏塔を眺め得る点、当ホテルならではの利点であると言える。ロケーションとしては近年の宅地開発や商業活動が盛んなエリアであるものの、食事処のある繁華街や観光スポットまでは少々距離があり車無しでの投宿は難儀するであろう点が少々惜しく感じられた。

Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Personal ist freundlich ^^ Und die Landschaft vor dem Fenster ist so schön~ Allerdings sind die Vorhänge im Zimmer... Es war zu dreckig... . 🥲 Ich wünschte, die Vorhänge wären schneller ... ㅠ Aber der Rest war gut! Und falls jemand ein Zimmer mit Terrasse reserviert! Bitte schließen Sie die Tür und schlafen Sie abends! Es gab so viele Eidechsen! Ich wollte abends ausgehen und war überrascht, vier Eidechsen an der Wand zu sehen ... !🫠

Ich wollte wirklich sagen, dass ich diesen Ort liebte. Das Paar, das den ”Homestay” führte, war wirklich süß und ihre Tochter, die ihre E-Mails verwaltete, war auch hilfreich. Allerdings gab es einige Probleme, die die Erfahrung für mich verglichen. Erstens wurde der Ort als Homestay vermarktet, Ich dachte, es wäre besser, die Gästehause auf einem Wohngebäude zu sagen. Ich war auch unter dem Eindruck, dass mir ein Zimmer in einem standalone Gebäude wie die, die sie online posten, gegeben würde, sondern ein Grundzimmer in einer Reihe von drei. Zweitens habe ich einen Führer durch den Heimweg geplant und erst bei seiner Ankunft von dem Führer gelernt, dass er keinen Fahrer und Transport beinhaltete. Dann habe ich mehr für den Fahrer und das Auto gezahlt. Ich denke, das hätte von Anfang an transparenter gemacht werden können. Schließlich, und wichtiger, war das Badezimmer eine Herausforderung. Ich will nicht in Details gehen, weil einige Gäste vielleicht keine Probleme haben, aber ich habe einige Bilder hochgeladen, und Sie können sich selbst entscheiden. Für mich, Ich fand etwas Unbehagliches im Boden, nachdem ich am zweiten Tag aus dem Abendessen zurückkam und dort entschieden habe und dann werde ich meinen Aufenthalt kurz kürzen.

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem schnellen Streckenweg in Ayutthaya, obwohl der Verkehr nicht intensiv ist und die Nacht ruhig schlafen. Das Hotel ist fast vollständig aus Holz, in grünen Türen und mit großen gut eingerichteten Zimmern. Die Möbel sind in guten Bedingungen und das Gefühl insgesamt ist mehr als angenehm. Frühstück wird auf der Erde serviert, auf einem Tisch sind einige Produkte, von denen man selbstständig serviert (Marmelade, Brot, Mais-Flakes usw.) während die Hauptgerichte (Omeletten, Reis usw.). Dies ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt, der sich aber kurz danach bewegt, und das berühmteste und größte, das sich entlang des Flusses entwickelt. Auch einige archäologische Standorte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, während für die entfernten Standorte die Nutzung des Autos oder des Fahrrads empfohlen wird. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen privaten Parkplatz.

Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin
