best experience stay at horison le aman bali.. room comfortable and clean, staff friendly, breakfast good.. when i go to pool at 5th floor i can see GWK its most beautiful view i will stay at horison le aman bali again when i go to bali thankyou horison le aman..

First time staying at Horison Le Aman Jimbaran, I thought it was a 3 star hotel, the service was like 3 stars in general, but after I stayed here I felt the service was like a 5 star hotel, I would like to say a special thank you to Umi at the front office who served me when checking in in a kind and friendly manner and explained the facilities at the hotel well. When I asked and needed something, Umi was quick to help and find a solution. She greeted me kindly when I arrived, and I also really liked the food provided at the restaurant, especially at breakfast the soto provided was very delicious and this was the first time I had tried soto here. The hotel facilities are quite complete and the hotel location is very strategic, close to the beach, and the rooms face the view of the GWK Statue, close to airport and lots of places to eat. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, the room cleaning service is very friendly. Thank you Hotel Horizon Le Aman. It was a really pleasant experience to be able to stay here next time I come back I will stay here again thank you Umi and the Fo team and the HK team😍

First impretion hotel Near from anywhere. Modern design, and large parking area. Fast Check in and Staff great full, also the bellboy escort me te the room and explain the hotel facilities. Arrived at Room, i found the very Clean and tidy. Also Housekeeping Pak Elan Friendly Caring helpul.. fantastic ..very recomended and value for money. Thank you Horrison for great service . Love so much .

I'm staying at this hotel with my students for isif 2023, an innovation competition. It is a really decent hotel with a reasonable price as I'm bringing a whole team of students. The breakfast and dinner provided each day tastes spectacular and the hospitality provided by each staff is exceptional. I owe Erwin so much since he let my innovation team use the dining hall's table for our convention. The staff, Erwin specifically, never failed to fulfill our constant needs while staying at the hotel. In brief, Horison Le Aman has allowed me to explore Bali and its beautiful while ensuring that I have a comfortable stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was good although limited range, but OK for a budget price hotel. The rooms are rather tired and in need of refurbishment and not particularly clean - some dust, stained surfaces, mould in the shower and damp smell in the bathroom, and strange yellow stains on the bed sheets and towels.

Notre séjour d’une nuit était très bien. Chambre propre et grande. Climatisation chambre 212 pas vraiment très froide mais convenable. Nous avons eu un petit déjeuné excellent ! J’aimerai mettre en avant l’accueil que nous avons eu, Madame UMI était très souriante et très gentille avec nous.
