Im Großen und Ganzen ok. Service „auf Anfrage“: Wenn Sie Toilettenpapier benötigen – fragen Sie danach, heißes Wasser – fragen Sie danach, Handtücher – fragen Sie danach. Frühstück und Pool sind gut.

Had a nice stay here and ended up extending. The service was good and the pool was clean. Good location however a lot of monkeys during the night.

The listing stated that it had a safe, hotwater, bathrobes, towels, toliettries and a number of other items.
None were available. We had to ask for towels and toilettries.
Bathroom was in a poor state.
Bet to stay somewhere else

The location of the hotel was perfect as it's in the city center which is very accessible to nearby restaurants and store. Nearest attraction place to visit is the monkey forest which is only a walking distance for about 5 to 10 mins. The room that we had was fine and the staff were friendly and approachable. They offer tours services as well but we only knew it when were about to leave Kuta. The price was reasonable as well for travellers.

There was nobody when I come. Only drunk staff of tattoo salon who told me that I couldn’t check in. Was waiting about 20 minutes to resolve this problem.
In the morning there was cute girl on reception and she made amazing pancakes)

The Hotel was ill-equipped. The Hotel was very old and not maintained. The online pictures of the Hotel posted on Trip.com were deceiving and created a false perception of the Hotel. There was no staff at the reception most of the times. The Hotel seemed abandoned. The rarely available people at the Hotel was seriously deficient in communicating in English language and were not very cooperative. The room was also very average. I would not suggest this Hotel to anyone.

The location is great everything out the building very close and asccesable. the staff where very nice and attentive. I will suggest take your own towels they have horrible smell. The owner was a bit rude when triying to book for more nights didn't honor the price offered when ask. There is not ameties offer not even a bottle of water. But the rooms are big and have a/c Wich is a plus. In general it was ok. But the staff hardly speaks English Wich it makes it a bit difficult when trying to communicating
