Its a pleasant surprise for me that an old establishment manage to keep up with the cleanliness to the extend of spick n span. Im not exaggerating but u can try it. The chiller is in good clean condition, bed sheet linen as white as snow without any undesirable stain, the water pressure for shower is just perfect n aircon power isnt that bad, basic toilet amenities provided, tv channels signal is good and service is pretty awesome. The gastronomical delights are to die for, its fantastic. I ordered room service for 3 consecutive days, its never disappointing. Its located just beside kuta galleria mall and the access door from the hotel to the mall premises is opened daily from 1000hrs to 2200hrs. However the location isnt as strategic if the mall closes. Due to its location beside a main expressway, no convenient stores within walking distance, its better to stock up all u need in e room during the mall operational hours. So not much complain. Kudos to all e staff n management. Keep it up.

Front desk not friendly . Poor customer service. Kitchen & restaurant staff is not friendly. When I wanna get my dinner, I saw there is no table available due to many people on their chairs already. When I asking where I can have a sit, he ( forgot his name ) he said up to you sir ! Omg . If you dont have enough table, please give the solution. Then, I put my plate and go back to my room without something to eat. This is my first and last time will stay with you guys at HARRIS HOTEL GALERIA.

The room is spacious but it smells musty. The location is great.

lokasi bagus sebelah mall bali galeria..cuman kamar kurang bersih,

lokasi strategis dekat dengan Mall dari bandara tidak terlalu jauh kamar bersih

Strategis. Dekat kemana2. Ada pintu penghubung ke mall galeria. Ke bandara hanya 10 menit 🤩 next bakal ke sini lagi 🤩

Good breakfasts, location quiet close to airport, walking distance to the mall galleria

Location is very good and also it has access to mall Bali galeria which is one of the biggest mall in Bali. Room is spacious, ac and water heater is operating well. Bed is also quite big and comfy. Staff is very nice and Quick respons The thing that need improvement is the bed and pillow sheet cleanliness. It has stained that is very obvious and the pillow is smelling bad odour After all its still a nice experience stay in Harris Kuta Galeria
