The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident.
While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay.

I am speaking, of course, about the 7:00 AM sharp, full-sensory wake-up call delivered by what I can only assume is a highly skilled and dedicated construction crew next door. There is no gentle, progressive increase in volume here; oh no. This is a symphony of pile drivers and steel beam placement, a percussive masterpiece that begins precisely as the clock strikes seven. It's an involuntary alarm clock of the highest caliber, rendering the old-fashioned method of calling reception completely obsolete. Why rely on technology when you can be roused by the very vibrations of progress?
Frankly, I see this as a profound commitment to guest health. It is far too easy on vacation to let one’s circadian rhythm fall into disarray, leading to lethargy and jet lag. This establishment has solved that problem. The daily, unmissable construction ensures you are up with the sun, ready to seize the day, your internal clock perfectly recalibrated. It’s a health feature I didn't even know I was paying for!
And I must applaud the architectural decision to forgo any modern sound-dampening like double or triple glazed windows. This was a deliberate and brilliant choice. To muffle the sound would be to hide a vital truth: every home, every hotel, every structure was built at some point in time. This daily reminder of the raw, noisy, and essential act of construction is a humbling experience. It grounds you. It reminds you that comfort is built upon a foundation of sheer, unadulterated noise.
The best part? The element of surprise. I truly appreciate not being told about this in advance. It would have ruined the magic! Discovering this immersive amenity on my own felt like finding a secret, albeit very loud, feature. And from the looks of the multi-story framework going up next door, this is an early-stage project. That means this exclusive, rejuvenating experience will be available for many, many months to come. Future guests have so much to look forward to!
So thank you. Thank you for the sleep-shattering, rhythm-resetting, philosophically profound experience. I haven't felt this awake and aware of the building process since, well, ever. An absolute must for anyone who hates sleeping in and loves a good, honest reminder about the origins of a high-rise.

LL. VegaWir kamen um 2:30 Uhr und es gab jemanden, der uns mit einem check in und wie man in unser Schlafzimmer zu kommen.
Unser Schlafzimmer war unverschämt, ebenso wie das Badezimmer.
Das Hotel hat den alten Stil gepflegt und ist ein sehr charmanter Ort, der wirklich schön gepflegt wird.
 Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel. Es hat auch den alten Stil und ist sehr gemütlich und schön.
 Das Badezimmer in unserem Zimmer ist 100% renoviert und ist jetzt wirklich schön
Wir blieben drei Tage lang und während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir nie durch Knocks an der Tür oder so etwas beunruhigt. Es ist ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort zu bleiben.
Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Art und Weise, wie das Zimmer eingerichtet ist und wie es dekoriert ist, und es ist gut zu erwähnen, dass das Bett auch wirklich schön eingerichtet wurde und es ist ein sehr komfortabeles Bett
 Wir hatten nicht die Chance, im Hotel zu essen oder die Bar zu benutzen, aber alles sah uns wirklich nett aus. Insgesamt waren wir sehr glücklich während unseres Aufenthalts, und wir würden diesen Ort voll empfehlen.

GGastnutzerDas Personal in der Lobby war unglaublich herzlich und ich fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause. Als Ausländerin habe ich mich besonders wohlgefühlt! Die Ausstattung war zwar nicht auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, aber dennoch sehr angenehm. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Absolut empfehlenswert! (Wegen des Tornados musste ich eine Nacht länger bleiben, und ein netter junger Mann an der Rezeption organisierte mir ein Zimmer mit Balkon – so aufmerksam! Obwohl ich nicht wie geplant nach Hause fliegen konnte, war ich von der Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelpersonals sehr berührt.)

GGatevThe hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarters, close to the riverfront and the French Market. It has a pleasant inner courtyard with a pool and a fountain. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category. The staff manning the front desk - Macy, Elaine, Clayton and Derek - were always courteous and helpful. There were always bottles of drinking water near the entrance for guests to use. The room rates were reasonable.

Brad who has worked at the hotel for 43 years was wonderful to deal with, very informative and friendly. We would highly recommend and will return.

MM469305****Alles ist gut, das zufriedeneste Hotel, das in dieser Woche gelebt wird. Jeder Servicepersonal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Die Eier zum Frühstück müssen jetzt probieren, sehr lecker. Die Parkgebühren sind teuer, es gibt tatsächlich einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, aber der Himmel ist kalt.

GGastnutzerGreat hotel to stay in New Orleans. Close enough to walk to restaurants, bars etc but away from the noise. We loved having a verandah but so hot. If you like to sit out on a balcony, use second floor as third had no shade or covering when it rains. Great rooms and plenty of space. No elevator, to floors if you don’t like lugging your luggage around.
