Very well located near San Marcos Piazza, the Bascilica and Doge Palace. Easy to walk to Rialto Bridge or San Marcos vaporetto station as well. However, the triple room which I booked, does not have even flooring, so it does make me a little dizzy. But it was ok once I’m on the bed. The hotel has a strange rule to collect a copy of the credit card for guarantee.i thought such process may be subject to credit card fraud risk. Overall, I’m still happy with this hotel at the price point for its location.

The hotel looks amazing, rooms are great , especially the bathrooms, nice breakfast (just no fresh eggs being made as part of the breakfast inclusive option which was a serious DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! The check-in and general interaction with the desk is sometimes very strange - as if the person on the opposite end either has a really really bad attitude while having a smile plastered at all times. The whole process is very strange where it feels like they are filing a loan application rather than processing a pre-booked and paid checkin which should be a fast process. I've been to this hotel multiple times and had the same experience hence the comment. The concierge however , whenever we spoke, was a great help for advice on places to go, eat etc. It appears that like all other (lower priced) hotels, the staff here seems to have relationships with specific restaurants and venues of other kinds and getting unbiased advice was a challenge. We had to ultimately rely on google reviews which can be a hit and miss. HOWEVER, overall, for the price paid, it was definitely a very very nice place to stay and the location (venice high street of sorts) was truly phenomenal!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

Outstanding in every way. All the staff were friendly and helpful. From the first email to checkout. Helped arrange the water taxi from the port to the hotel dock. Located on the Grand Canal so accessible to all the Venice sights. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and the roof top bar a must. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Das Personal war freundlich und freundlich - vor allem die Frau am Frühstück. Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Nur negativ war das Fehlen eines kostenlosen Shuttles zum und vom Flughafen Würde definitiv anderen Reisenden empfehlen

Alomost perfect but “Check in Guide” As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests. Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room. The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel. BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good. Hope our information can help you~

Die Buchung verlief reibungslos und der Aufenthalt war großartig. Auf dem Parkplatz fährt ein Boot direkt vor die Hoteltür. Es fährt stündlich und kostet 8 Euro für die einfache Fahrt und 15 Euro für die Hin- und Rückfahrt. Das Hotel verfügt über 3 kurze Lastkähne stündlich von und nach San Marco, unbegrenzte Fahrten während Ihres Aufenthalts, 15 Euro pro Person, diese Gebühr muss beim Check-out erhoben werden.

Kostenloser Parkplatz, Geldautomat, sehr gutes Restaurant, der Busbahnhof ist direkt vor dem Hotel und die Fahrt zur Insel Venedig dauert nur 10 Minuten. Wenn Sie alleine fahren, ist es ein ideales Hotel (es ist nicht weit). aus der Altstadt), Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Kellner sind großartig und sie können BUS-Tickets an der Rezeption verkaufen, was super praktisch ist! Ich hatte ursprünglich darüber nachgedacht, auf die Insel zu fahren, aber nachdem ich dem Rat des Rezeptionisten zugehört hatte, kaufte ich entschlossen ein BUS-Ticket und nahm den Bus an der Tür. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es super richtig war!

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful area, yet still very central—making it the perfect balance between relaxation and accessibility. It’s just a short walk from the bus and train terminals, as well as the ferry stops, which made getting around Venice incredibly easy. Even St. Mark’s Square is within comfortable walking distance. The hotel is secure with access control codes, which gave us peace of mind. Although there is no physical reception desk, the staff were easily reachable by phone and were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with cozy bedding and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a quiet yet central place to stay in Venice. Would definitely recommend!

Das Hotel ist gut und sauber. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist leider sehr klein und reicht nicht für alle Gäste aus. Auf den umliegenden Straßen findet man aber meistens problemlos einen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war groß genug für 5 Personen, hatte jedoch nur 3 Betten (darunter ein Doppelbett). Selbst wenn das dritte Kind kein Zustellbett benötigt, werden trotzdem 25 Euro extra berechnet. Ein Lidl und Restaurants sind in der Nähe (5 Min. mit dem Auto/Bus, 20 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar).
