3-Sterne-Hotels in Venedig

Mein Flug war am Morgen von MXP, so dass ich das Hotel um 4 Uhr verließ. Ich fragte den Front Desk mindestens 5 Mal, wo der Fähre ist und Zeittafel, die Lorenzo mir sehr genau antwortete und druckte den Zeittafel, zeigte den Station auf der Karte für mich. Aber der Bahnhof, den er mir gab, war falsch ( ich kam 10 Minuten zuvor ), so dass ich den Fähren um 4:21 verpasste.....da war absolut niemand irgendwo in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, so dass ich verzweifelt mit meinen Gepäck zurück ins Hotel gefahren, Wo es einen älteren Mann im Frontdesk sagte es ist die nächste Station nach dem einen Lorenzo gab mir, was bedeutet eine weitere Brücke. Aber ich fragte diesen älteren Mann, bevor ich das Hotel um 4 Uhr verließ und er war sehr sicher. Als ich ihn zweimal zweifelte, sagte er: „Sie können überall, wo Sie wollen!“ Es gab keine Empathie, als ob es nichts von ihrem Geschäftsbereich ist! Zweites Mal habe ich auf die richtige Station gehurtig gefahren und nahm die Fähre um 4:55 und ich verpasste den Zug nach Mailand! Ein anderes italo Ticket kaufen war kein Problem, aber es geht um Leben und Limb! Ich hoffe nur, dass der Front Desk könnte professioneller n wirklich sorgfältig prüfen, wenn sie einen Vorschlag geben. Ich würde meinen Flug definitiv verpassen, wenn es kein Italo-Fastzug gab, plus ich nahm einen Taxi direkt nach meiner Ankunft in Milano Mitte, um es zu machen! Das Zimmer war klein, konnte nicht große Gepäck öffnen, aber es war sauber, die Reinigungsfrau verdient einen großen Tipp! Ich mag sie mit Wasser und Slips. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer ist authentisch. Das Hotel ist bequem, wenn u r um den San Marco Platz oder Sie immer zu Bad gehen müssen. Wenn Sie sich mit dem Nachtschiffe nach Santa Lucia Bahnhof Ferrovia nehmen, erinnern Sie sich daran, dass Sie auf der rechten END-Station von San Marco sind, es ist eine andere Brücke Sie zu überqueren.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

La ubicación es ideal, se llega rápido caminando desde el bus del aeropuerto y a todos lados caminando. Hay bares alrededor y es una zona tranquila. Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas

Wir waren mit den Eltern für einen Venedig-Trip hier und haben in diesem Camp gewohnt. Die Erfahrung ist anders als in einem traditionellen Hotel. Man kann hier kochen, es gibt Kochgeschirr und Besteck, und Parkgebühren fallen keine an. Das Superior-Chalet bietet Platz für 5 Personen, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die jeweils ein eigenes Bad haben – sehr praktisch. Beachten Sie, dass man an der Rezeption eine Nummer ziehen muss und dass der Herd mit einem Flammenwerfer (im Schrank zu finden) angezündet wird. Das Camp und die Chalets sind schon etwas älter, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top.

Review of the hotel - firstly you can't find Pensione wildner on Google. If you find, it will come with a street in campa Salvador and that street has no hotel. That's where we ended up. If you search for wildner only(which we didn't, it only shows a restaurant). The hotel is dated however clean so can't fault that. The AC or heater in the room doesn't work, it works as a fan only which was terrible. We were in room 28 There is no lift in the hotel, wasn't an issue for us as we're only 2 floors up but I am sure it would be a concern for some. The location is excellent as it's right opposite the water taxi so easy for someone coming on the boat from the railway station or airport. City tax is only taken in cash and it's 7 Euros per night (perfectly fine as we had cash but be prepared in case you travel with card only) The worse part of the hotel was the restaurant. No smile from the person, it felt like a fast food place, they come and throw food on the table, Ask no questions. They apparently offer cappuccino but it was coffee with water (perhaps it was from a machine and not barista made). All you get for 2 X people is 2 X small buns and 2 plain croissant loaded with a load of sugar on the top and a boiled egg each. No option for scrambled egg or ask for anything that's freshly made. Canned fruits were provided in Day 1 and 3 - day 2 we were told no fruits. It's at the waterfront but majority of the rooms aren't waterfront. Correct location on Google maps, Working AC, quality breakfast and friendly service would have made it a 4-5 star review. The curtains in the room don't close fully so if you are tiny bit sensitive to light then you would hate being woken up between 5-7am each day on your holiday - this was the worst part

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

Dies ist ein sehr altes Hotel in heruntergekommenem Zustand. Der WLAN-Service im Zimmer konnte während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht vollständig hergestellt werden. Es gab keinen Aufzug und wir mussten unser Gepäck manuell tragen. Am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft bekamen wir ein Zimmer im dritten Stock, was völlig unerwartet war, da wir keinen Aufzug hatten, um unsere Sachen manuell zu transportieren. Auf Anfrage des Personals an der Rezeption bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer im Hotel Air One, das neben dem Hotel Canal und Walter liegt. Aber es gab auch keinen Aufzug und der Fernseher im Zimmer funktionierte überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel Air One ist extrem alt und wir haben überhaupt keine Gäste gesehen. Am nächsten Tag gelang es uns, ein Zimmer im 1. Stock im Hotel Canal and Walter zu bekommen. Für Familien kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. Liegt in einem schönen, ruhigeren Teil von Venedig mit vielen Restaurants/Bars usw. Praktisch für den Wasserbus, der direkt vor der Tür hält und Ausflüge nach Murano und Burano anbietet. Das Personal war recht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keine Aufzüge und niemand, der Ihnen hilft, Ihr Gepäck auf Ihr Zimmer zu bringen. Denken Sie also daran, wenn Sie viel Gepäck haben. Das war für uns kein Problem, da wir immer mit leichtem Gepäck reisen. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und wurde in einem kleinen Eingangsbereich des Speisesaals serviert. Ein bisschen eng, um Kaffee und Essen zu bekommen, sehr voll. Wir waren Mitte Oktober dort und das Zimmer war immer noch sehr heiß. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht sehr gut, aber es war erträglich, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr heiß sein kann. Außerdem gibt es in Venedig viel mehr Mücken, wenn Sie das Fenster öffnen, als im Dschungel von Borneo! Bringen Sie also Ihr Insektenschutzmittel mit. Ich habe es nicht getan, also war ich übersät mit Stichen. Angemessener Preis, also okay für einen Kurztrip. Mein 4. Mal in Venedig, es ist immer magisch, das macht alles wieder wett!
