Die Lage ist top, ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet man viele gute Restaurants."

GGastnutzerCalimala is a new hotel, opened in July 2025. The room is very well designed, same as the reception area. One can park the car just opposite the hotel, quite convenient though the parking fee of 41euro is quite high! Breakfast and bar/swimming pool are set on the 2 top floors so that guests can enjoy the view and outdoor, a smart consideration indeed.

SsweetshoiraOur stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem!
The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable.
Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist unschlagbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist.
Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Zimmer im Allgemeinen sauber ist, die Einrichtungen staubig sind und Haare vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Bett liegen ...

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist praktisch und sauber. Bei der Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade, was unsere Erfahrung sehr angenehm machte. Obwohl das Hotel nicht groß ist, liegt es sehr günstig in der Nähe des Mailänder Hauptbahnhofs. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war besonders herzlich und hilfsbereit; sie unterstützte uns tatkräftig beim Drucken und bei der Taxibestellung.

GGastnutzerLiegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber trotzdem gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Schon beim Check-In war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch die Mitarbeiter der Hotelbar waren super nett. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, gerne wieder!

GGastnutzerThis hotel was perfect location for city travel like metro central station ect which was excellent for me and my son for travel to and from linate airport 21 mins away on the bus metro line was easy to get to duomo and the train station was 4 mins walk. The hotel room was clean but very basic no kettle or tea and coffee had to buy at the reception every night I feel should have been included in the price for what I paid :( the reviews said staff was friendly only one member of staff was friendly the others couldn’t be bothered especially when I wanted my tea at night they huffed and puffed. Considering you’re paying for it aswell and the cafeteria is actually very small and always empty so shouldn’t have been a hassle for them but I feel like it was. The cleaner was absolutely lovely cleaned my room on the second day and offered to clean again the next day. Overall the location was perfect but the hotel was very basic quiet and felt quite lonely there no vibe just very sad and basic. I should have booked hotel surrounding areas but my reason for coming here was that a lot of people said they where friendly but I didn’t feel that the place was dead tbh apart from one member of staff he keeps that place going with his happy personality but he isn’t there all the time.

AAnonymer BenutzerI arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour.
On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly.
Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.

AAlexandraSToller Service, sie verdienen zumindest einen weiteren Stern. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und nett und hat mir sogar mit meinem Gepäck geholfen. Das Schlafzimmer hatte eine gute Größe, eigentlich ziemlich modern. Sie hatten Kaffee und ein paar Biscoff-Kekse für uns. Es liegt in einer zentralen Gegend, ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs! Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt!
