Wir wollten diesen Ort eigentlich für uns behalten … aber er ist einfach zu besonders, um ihn nicht zu teilen. Vom ersten Moment unserer Ankunft bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts waren wir absolut begeistert. Es ist der perfekte Ort für alle, die eine ruhige, saubere und gemütliche Atmosphäre schätzen. Supermarkt und U-Bahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, was alles sehr praktisch macht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Zimmer mit Mega-TV, 5-Sterne-Badezimmer und tadellose Sauberkeit. Wäre da nicht ab und zu ein leises Geräusch der Wasserspülung zu hören, wäre es perfekt.

To get an access key, We have to go to another building around 3 blocks away in order to get a key. The inconvenience is, appointment had made to me in front of one Villa’s door. We found other guests waiting there to but there is no more instructions for access. We have to call property and finally find out that their office just like at the next two - three rooms. I don’t understand why they didn’t make appointments at their office at first time. We we were feeling frustrated while we had been asked from the villa’s owner why we stood there in front of their property. The room is quiet good actually.

When you get to the building go inside the vehicle entrance and make your way to the door/stairway on the left side to access the reception Other than that check in process was nice. People at the reception have great comminucation skills. Room was bigger than expected. clean and tidy. Nice Carrefour nearby and a nice walk to the metro!

The first time I stayed at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed my stay. It was during the Winter Olympics, and still very reasonably priced which made me weary. Yes it’s in an old run down building, and the rooms are outdated, but the service that time was great, and it came with everything you needed in a room plus more (slippers, bathroom kit etc), and my room and bathroom were spacey. However this time, my experience was slightly more unpleasant. Check in was slow as there was only one person working the desk in the late evening, with a few customers and phone calls to take care of. On trip.com, the rooms you can pick from are all rooms without AC, so I found it incredibly odd when the receptionist felt the need to specifically state that I booked a room without AC. Was there any other option? The room this time was very small, and the bathroom had a leak through the floor. There are close to no directions on how to find your room on the 3rd floor. However, that all said, the location is incredibly convenient, only a few minutes to Milano centrale station, so the price:quality ratio is just fine.

The hotel was fairly basic, but it was clean and well-maintained. Its location was very convenient, being close to the station and within easy reach of major sightseeing spots. I only stayed for one night, and for the price, it offered good value.

Die Unterkunft ist günstig und hat ihre besten Jahre lange hinter sich. Es sieht dementsprechend aus (Wasserflecken an der Decke, Risse im Schreibtisch, Vorhang schliesst nicht ganz, Schmutzspuren an den Wänden, Riss in der Duschwanne, Bettdecke=Wolldecke…). Das wäre für den Preis ok, aber da mein Zimmer auf die Strasse raus ooging, wo die historischen und somit seeeehr lauten Trams fahren, war guter Schlaf nicht möglich. Als Notlösung ist es gut. Zum sich bequem aufhalten nicht.
