Es eignet sich zum Liegen. Ich war hier mit meinem Baby für 2 Nächte und das Gesamtgefühl war in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Pier, um aufs Meer hinauszugehen, aber der Preis ist etwas teurer als der städtische Pier, aber es ist mehr komfortabel. Da wir im Hotel nicht viel zu essen hatten, aßen wir an zwei Abenden hintereinander das Buffet. Die Ausstattung ist zwar nicht neu, aber auch nicht schlecht. Geeignet zum Liegen mit einem Baby, es ist in Ordnung.

Die Umgebung ist nicht so gut wie erwartet. Ich habe gehört, dass die Zimmer im Shariya Shangri-La nicht sehr alt sind und die Umgebung sehr gut ist, also habe ich mich für diesen Ort entschieden. Aber das eigentliche Zimmer ist sehr alt und es gibt keine Dusche, nur eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang! Schlecht fühlen. Außerdem weiß ich nicht, ob das Zimmer, in dem wir wohnten, ein separater Teil der Suite war und die Schalldämmung sehr schlecht war. Es gibt viele Aktivitäten und kleine Attraktionen im Hotel, die im Paket aufgeführt sind. Der sogenannte Wasserfall ist wirklich sehr klein. Ich bin überrascht, dass er als Wasserfall bezeichnet werden kann. Die Landschaft ist wirklich nicht so gut. Natürlich haben wir nicht an der Wanderroute teilgenommen, daher wissen wir nicht wie. Der Privatstrand fühlte sich auch nicht so gut an. Vielleicht sind wir nicht rausgepaddelt und wussten nicht, dass es in der Nähe gute Inseln gibt. Der Sonnenuntergang war in Ordnung, aber er war kürzer und nicht so schön wie bei Sky Mirror und Tanjong Shangri-La. Im Hotelrestaurant gibt es nichts Leckeres. Die Auswahl ist nicht groß und der Geschmack ist nicht gut. Der Preis ist wirklich nicht günstig. Am Ende war die Personalführung dieses Hotels wirklich schlecht. Er versprach, das zurückgegebene Geld entgegenzunehmen und uns bei der Beantragung einer Rückerstattung zu helfen, aber er tat es nicht. Auch die E-Mail-Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief danach nicht reibungslos. Letztendlich habe ich mich bei der Zentrale beschwert und um Überwachung gebeten, und die Angelegenheit wurde geklärt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Das perfekte Bett und die perfekte Bettdecke ... es war wirklich das Beste - Es gibt so viele Mitarbeiter, dass keine Zeit bleibt, sich unwohl zu fühlen. es gab nicht Wenn Sie Hilfe brauchen, fragen Sie sofort Immer freundlich geantwortet.

This is the first complaint review I leave while living in Kota Kinabalu for the past eight years. I booked for a sleepover party I made to celebrate the 16th birthday of my beloved daughter and friends. The connecting room, birthday decoration, and extra bed that the hotel specifically requested were not prepared, and above all, the smell of mold from the room was shocking. I am an asthmatic. I couldn't complain in front of happy children, so I had a terrible night. When I woke up in the morning, the children also had a hard time with the smell of mold. I felt sorry and ashamed to my daughter and friends. I talked to the staff about the situations while checking out, and they told me to leave a review. Room numbers 7331 and 7332 must be checked.

Ich blieb hier mit einem Freund vor meinem Flug nach den Philippinen und mein Junge hatte die schlimmste Zeit. Das Hotel ist zu versteckt. Literalmente am Rücken der Lager! Der Parkplatz war zu klein und mein Freund hatte eine schwierige Zeit, einen guten Ort zu finden. Sein ein rundown altes Hotel und OYO übernahm, um es ein ”modernes” Gefühl zu geben. Es gab kein Komplimentarwasser oder sogar Toiletten. Nur Handtücher. Kein Telefon im Zimmer, um den Vordertisch zu kontaktieren. Kein Aufzug. Sie müssen für die Treppen bereit sein. Sie müssen auch die Touristensteuer zahlen, wenn Sie ein Ausländer sind, aber Glücklich ist mein Freund Malaysia ist so unter seinem Namen. Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Wenn Sie auf einem strengen Budget und nur die Nacht aus schlafen wollen, können Sie nur diese auswählen. Sie müssen es wirklich in der besetzten Stadt finden und wenn Sie nicht vertraut sind, versuchen Sie Waze oder Google Karten. Es half uns dorthin zu kommen.

I visited with my Family on the 8th of August. Took a twin room which has 2 queen sized beds. I arrived at the location at noon, feeling very stressed out because was having a bit of an argument with the family. My mother was having one of her fits when we arrived, saying she didn't like the place, I on the other hand, was wondering why I spent so much money on this place. I called the caretaker and he was quick to respond, good guy, we got to our room, still stressed out, and felt instantly that the room was sp****. I was immediately questioning my reasoning for booking this place. Fast forward an hour or so later, when everyone calmed down (mother included), we were immediately in a better mood. The landscaping of the place is really beautiful, and the view of mount kinabalu was very majestic. We left both the front and back door open and the winds were blowing through the room, keeping it cool, my mom and my sisters were all starting to enjoy the place, myself included. I started looking into the details of the rooms, the quality of the materials used to construct the villa was of the highest quality, toilet was made with marble, and everything else was simple but robust, and could tell that material choice was quite important. The landscaping was also quite nice. Beautiful garden. And it's just so private. To sum it all up here are the pros and cons of this place. Pros: 1. High quality material used to construct the rooms 2. Beautiful landscaping - very calming and great. 3. Very private 4. Friendly and quick team to reply 5. Nice toilet (best in Kundasang) Cons 1. Price a bit on the high side (but it's private and most probably the nicest hotel in kundasang, cant compare to established hotels in the city( 2. Lacks some finer details : instead of 3 in 1 coffee, put a Nespresso machine in every room with 4 to 6 capsules, that really makes a difference in terms of perceived quality. 3. Pillows could be better - sheets are alright and bed is alright - but I stayed in four seasons kl for 40 percent cheaper, so... A bit hard on that end 4. I appreciate the disposable tooth brush, soaps etc. But I think the soap would be better if it was in a bottle stuck to the shower wall where it can be refillable, perhaps they could use a branded soap and shampoo for that, and not put it in small bottles, but in refillable permanent bottles in the room. 5. Restaurant - it's not under them, they share it with the hotel about a 5 minutes drive away. It's not bad, but it's far from good. No alcohol in sight there, so better BYOD. Although pricing wise it's on the high side, and there are some things that they can improve on, I'd still go back there, as it's the only great and private stay in kundasang. Everywhere else is not up to spring gardens quality, for now....

Wir besuchten das Immobilien nur eine Woche abhängig von der Lage. Zum ersten Mal war der Preis rm100, dann eine Woche nach diesem rm135 inklusive Frühstück. Sie haben keine Möglichkeit, das Frühstück auszuschließen. Als ich das Frühstück fragte, zeigte mir der Front Desk ihre Menü mit breiter Auswahl an Frühstück, aber am nächsten Morgen wurde uns ein Kupon ticken eine von 5 Optionen, von denen 2 nicht verfügbar waren. Wählen waren schlecht, Essen war schlecht, alles in allem - rm35 Frühstück für 2 war es nicht wert. Sie könnten eine bessere Geschmackoptionen in der Stadt finden, die nur einen Spaziergang ist. Sie werden eine Einzahlung beantragen. Erstmals war die Einlage rm50, dann erhöhten sie sie auf rm100 eine Woche später. Also bin ich nicht sicher, wie lange diese Überprüfung korrekt sein wird, wenn es um die Höhe der Einlage geht, die sie tatsächlich benötigt. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht (die sie für uns ändern), das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht (die sie nicht viel tun konnten, weil sie nicht für Astro beantragt haben), Zimmer etwas Staub, das Boden hört, wenn Sie gehen, so dass Sie vielleicht fragen müssen, wenn jemand schläft, Der Gartentisch am Balkon könnte gefährlich sein, weil sie nicht an das Gesetz der Physik gehalten haben, und als Sie dachte, es könnte nicht schlimmer gehen, am nächsten Tag hatten wir sehr lauten Gäste mit Kindern laufen und schreien so früh wie 6 Uhr morgens. Neben der Lage, denke ich nicht, dass ich diese Immobilie als gutes Wert für das Geld bewerten würde.

Ich habe das gleiche Zimmer wie in diesem Bild. Bislang ist alles gut. Rein, komplette Einrichtungen und qiblat-Label für Gebet, aber nicht alle Lichter funktionieren. Vorsicht ist erforderlich, wenn Sie Ihre Kinder bringen, weil die Möbel meist aus Glas und der Parkplatz nicht kostenlos sind.

Die Lage ist gut. Es dauert etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Shop Imageo. Viele Essen Geschäfte unten.. Die Toilette ist ziemlich alt und wäre besser, wenn sie geringfügige Reparaturen zum Toilettenschrank haben können. Sauberkeit ist so.. Gesamtwert für Geld.

So, the unit is not too bad, ok for me for a one night stay. I needed 2 rooms and it works. But please know that this is actually an airbnb set up. It is not a hotel. Hence you will need to get instructions to get keys before getting there. Getting the key is a pain in the ass. Lift to the letter box took too long. So this is not for impatient person like me. Cleanliness inside the unit is ok, only one comment is the toilet light is so dim & the shower head is already faulty and not not changed. Other than the unit cleanliness of the condo building is bad. Such a shame as the condo is located at the most prime area, with perfect sea view. I won’t repeat this stay.

I recently stayed at Mercure Kota Kinabalu, and my overall experience was a mixture of positives and negatives. The hotel's ambiance and service were generally acceptable, but a couple of aspects left me with a less than perfect impression. On the positive side, the room, although not the promised city view, was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities provided were standard and met our basic needs for a short stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, adding a pleasant touch to our overall experience. However, one notable drawback was the discrepancy in the room description. Despite being assured of a city view, we were assigned a room overlooking the opposite facing the busy road. While this may seem like a minor issue, it did impact our overall satisfaction, as the promise of a particular view was one of the factors influencing our choice. Another inconvenience was the lack of dedicated parking facilities at the hotel. This meant that my husband had to purchase parking coupons daily, adding an unexpected expense to our stay. Moreover, the strict enforcement of parking regulations by 8 am posed a challenge, especially for guests who preferred to start their day later. This is the first complaint review I leave while living in Kota Kinabalu for the past eight years. I booked for a sleepover party I made to celebrate the 16th birthday of my beloved daughter and friends. The connecting room, birthday decoration, and extra bed that the hotel specifically requested were not prepared, and above all, the smell of mold from the room was shocking. I am an asthmatic. I couldn't complain in front of happy children, so I had a terrible night. When I woke up in the morning, the children also had a hard time with the smell of mold. I felt sorry and ashamed to my daughter and friends. I talked to the staff about the situations while checking out, and they told me to leave a review. Room numbers 7331 and 7332 must be checked.

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Ein besonderer Dank an Karl, der Resortmanager für die Anhörung zu unserem Feedback und die Rückgabe einiger guter Karma. Vielen Dank auch dem Restaurantküche für das beste Essen, das wir bislang in Malaysia hatten. Einige kleine Verbesserungen: - Die Klimaanlage ist ein bisschen zu laut, auch in Schlafmodus, um während der Nacht zu halten - während und nach einem tropischen Regenschlauch konnte das Blei nicht mehr nehmen, wir akzeptieren das, aber nicht den Geruch, den es in dem Zimmer gab. Die positiven: - kostenlose Wassersport, Kajak, Subs - Kajak zum Mangrove, machen es selbst - Frühstück bei Ihrer Jetty - sehr gutes Essen, beste Wert für Geld - freundliche Mitarbeiter umgeben sehr gute Pflege von Ihnen - tägliche Kunststoffreinigung von der Resort. Denken Sie daran, dass es nicht ihr Abfall ist. Sie tun alles, um den Kunststoff Fußabdruck zu minimieren, auch mit Ihren eigenen Trinkflaschen - sehr saubere Zimmer, große Betten, erstaunliches Badezimmer - nur eine kurze Bootsfahrt von KK entfernt Terima Kasih Echosorts :)

Paradies mit kleiner Schattenseite Eine fantastische Anlage, vom Meer aus sieht man so gut wie keine der Villen. Alles mitten im Grünen, überwiegend sehr gepflegt und ein fantastisches Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur sehr geräumig sondern bieten viele Details, wie z.B. Insektenspray für das Chalet oder auch zum einsprühen, einen Router zum mitnehmen so das man überall Empfang hat und vieles mehr. Das Meer ist perfekt zum Schnorcheln, es gibt einen Treppenzugang ins Wasser, so dass man direkt loslegen kann. Man sieht sehr viel, oft auch Schildkröten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!! Disliked · Auch das Paradies ist nicht perfekt und so stimmen wir in das ein, was schon von vielen erwähnt wurde : der Umgang mit dem Strand- und Mangrovenmüll. Es ist völlig richtig- der Strand wird mehrmals am Tag gereinigt, die Anlage ist sehr sauber und man ist für das Thema sensibilisiert, wohl wissend, das das Klientel hier genau hinschaut. Was uns aber nicht gefallen hat war, dass wir 3 Tage den gleichen Plastikmüll in den Mangroven gesehen haben. Wenn die Teams so unermüdlich unterwegs sind- warum dann nur am Strand und nicht in den Mangroven, wo sich der Müll vom Meer eben auch reindrückt. Zumindest am nächsten Tag sollte dann ja nicht mehr der gleiche Kram dort liegen. Warane neben Coladosen geben ein trauriges Bild ab. Wir schätzen durchaus die Bemühungen, aber da geht noch mehr. Personalkosten sind in Malaysia nicht hoch und so sollte es bei den Übernachtungspreisen kein Problem sein, dafür noch 2 Leute einzustellen.

Stock ist nicht schlecht, die Landschaft ist wenig, die Fitness-Zimmer haben zwei oder drei Geräte, Es gibt kaum etwas ändern am Frühstück jeden Tag, es gibt viele leckere Restaurants neben dem Geschäft, es gibt auch ein Film, das Schicksal der Wut ist da, es gibt chinesische Unterschriften, die Sie noch an der Seite massieren können, wenn der Film beginnt, Es gibt auch ein Bowling-Show, der Geschäft ist sehr groß und wird vier Tage verschwunden. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt, der einige lokale Frucht- und Gemüsekonserven und andere Dinge kaufen kann, wie Taiwan, Familienangehörigkeit, Liebe zum Kauf, neben einem Starbucks, umgekehrt 711, 711 dagegen gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, die im Grunde noch gut ist, aber den Laden um 10 Uhr geschlossen, um früher zu essen, Nando's, Goldzucker, Superstar, der Hühnerreis Shop ist nicht gut zu essen, lassen Sie den Rest von Ihnen selbst ausprobieren! Hoffentlich können diese Informationen Ihnen helfen, Bericht abgeschlossen und rückgängig gemacht (*˘︶˘*)

Nichts, was ich sagen kann. meine Familie und ich haben einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt in Borneo Beach Villa karambunai für 3 Tage 2 Nacht. Die Villas sind sauber, der Pool ist sauber und der Strand ist so schön. Meine Familie genießt wirklich mit dem Aufenthalt. Jedoch der Grund, den ich geben. 4 Sterne, weil unsere Villa einen gebrochenen Stuhl am Tisch draußen hat und die Tür ist sehr schwer zu öffnen, weil russig. Ich denke vielleicht die Villa selbst zu alt. Vielleicht ist es nur unsere Villa nicht sicher mit einem anderen. Es wird schön sein, wenn sie regelmäßig Wartung für jede Villa überprüfen können Einige Dinge müssen Sie daran erinnern, während Sie hier sind: 1. Villas haben kein WIFI. Nur beim Empfang haben, also wenn Sie während der Kühlung arbeiten wollen, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre eigene WiFi bringen. 2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie alle Gemüse kaufen, die Sie wollen, bevor Sie zu Villa erreichen, weil die Entfernung mit Mart ist weit entfernt haben sie nicht ihre eigene Mart, nur Restaurant 3. Ich blieb hier mit einem Freund vor meinem Flug nach den Philippinen und mein Junge hatte die schlimmste Zeit. Das Hotel ist zu versteckt. Literalmente am Rücken der Lager! Der Parkplatz war zu klein und mein Freund hatte eine schwierige Zeit, einen guten Ort zu finden. Sein ein rundown altes Hotel und OYO übernahm, um es ein ”modernes” Gefühl zu geben. Es gab kein Komplimentarwasser oder sogar Toiletten. Nur Handtücher. Kein Telefon im Zimmer, um den Vordertisch zu kontaktieren. Kein Aufzug. Sie müssen für die Treppen bereit sein. Sie müssen auch die Touristensteuer zahlen, wenn Sie ein Ausländer sind, aber Glücklich ist mein Freund Malaysia ist so unter seinem Namen. Sie erhalten, was Sie zahlen. Wenn Sie auf einem strengen Budget und nur die Nacht aus schlafen wollen, können Sie nur diese auswählen. Sie müssen es wirklich in der besetzten Stadt finden und wenn Sie nicht vertraut sind, versuchen Sie Waze oder Google Karten. Es half uns dorthin zu kommen.

Ich habe das gleiche Zimmer wie in diesem Bild. Bislang ist alles gut. Rein, komplette Einrichtungen und qiblat-Label für Gebet, aber nicht alle Lichter funktionieren. Vorsicht ist erforderlich, wenn Sie Ihre Kinder bringen, weil die Möbel meist aus Glas und der Parkplatz nicht kostenlos sind.

If u drive, its very very very hard to park cause you are finding public parking, there is a night market beside the hotel so its really impossible to find parking. But the room quite ok , service is ok also

I love this hotel eventhough some people say this hotel is old hotel but when I reach here, this hotel is under renovation but almost 70% complete. Really beautiful surrounding, And the most thing, food is very nice and cheap. I love all the food especially Buttermilk prawn and the ayam goreng. Poridge also nice and the taste same like bubur Mcd. Those who come here, I advice you no need to eat outside for dinner, just having it here at the hotel. For those who book for chalet you have to cross the hotel Jambatan Gantung and you can feel the experience pull your luggage through the jambatan. All the staff are very nice and really helping. Tq to all of them. Will come here again in future.
