We stayed here on our way home from Loch Awe. We couldn’t fault the place. Lovely quiet road, well maintained property, rooms very comfortable and immaculately clean. The extras ie; water, tea, coffee, cookies all complimentary were a nice touch. The owner and staff could not do enough for you and breakfast was quality ( fresh to order). We would highly recommend this guest house.

Lovely guest house ideally situated for exploring the area, especially if visiting Dumfries House and Culzean Castle. Would also be great for golfers and race enthusiasts. Rooms are stylish and beds comfortable. Hosts very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast are superb and set you up for the day and are great value.

What a fantastic guest house, rooms great. Novelty getting home made cookies and lovely wee note with them . Breakfast was fantastic. The location is central. Would highly recommend. Owners very friendly and would 100% visit again in future

We had a delightful stay here in the double twin bed room. What a gorgeous house and fine service! The decorating here was done in enchantingly nice taste in a historically informed style. We would be delighted to stay here again! Very sad we left too early for the breakfast - it was going to be served on Blue Willow China!

Beautifully decorated in a traditional style, this guesthouse is immaculate. Because they have taken care of even the smallest details, the guest will find it extremely comfortable and unique. The guest rooms are roomy and equipped with thoughtful extras like freshly baked cookies, tea, and coffee. It was just an absolutely delicious breakfast. We would absolutely suggest this to anyone, and the host was very kind and welcoming.

Superb guest house. Everything is very high quality. Spotless. Thoughtful owner with all the touches. China cup. Teapot, different teas, real coffee and fresh milk, homemade cookies all in the room. The Wallace room has the most comfortable bed. Breakfast made to order. Delicious served by a lovely lady. Highly Recomend.

The most comfy, warming, welcoming places I’ve ever stayed. Lovely friendly staff and just a lovely feel about the place. The best bed and pillows for a comfy, cosy night. I’ve since bought some pillows, matress topper from the same company. I’d definitely return and recommend. I dropped my bag early and when I returned to check in it was already in my beautiful room. I didn’t have breakfast but I hear it is amazing.

A lovely guest house to stay in ayr, centrally located for town centre and access to the beach, big comfy bed with lovely bedding and nice toiletries, amazing breakfast, everything cooked to order lovely quality food , great hospitality . Sinclair can't do enough for you can't wait to return.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay on a quiet little street handy for the centre of Ayr. Delightful building and a very comfortable room with the bonus of some lovely raisin biscuits in a jar by the coffee. Helpful suggestions on places to eat were also appreciated.
