Das Hotel ist schön und vor allem sauber. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr schön , mit Blick auf den Pool. Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und der wunderschöne, lange Sandstrand ist in Wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die tollen Geschäfte und Läden ist der Weg nie langweilig und man kann abends immer schön bummeln, shoppen und schlendern. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter.

There’s absolutely nothing more I can say about this hotel other than excellent! It was my husband’s 60th birthday and nothing was too much trouble for them. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. (The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us). The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. The lovely handsome Greek waiter at the Courtyard Restaurant and the DJ was outstanding!! A big big thank you again Andreas I am so grateful to you and your staffxxx Jayne & Mark

Meine Bewertung dieses Hotels kann nicht ohne Bewunderung beginnen! Das Essen ist lecker, vor allem der Caesar Salat, der das Beste, was wir je versucht haben. Dies ist wirklich ein erstaunlicher Ort, um sich zu entspannen, eine echte Oase, wo Sie sowohl Körper als auch Seele ausruhen können. Das Hotel wird auf die kleinsten Details gedacht, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Gast sich bequem fühlt. Aber was diesen Ort wirklich einzigartig macht sind Anetta und Georgi. Diese beiden Leute machten unseren Urlaub wirklich unvergesslich! Ich möchte ihnen meinen tiefsten Dank für ihre echte Gastfreundschaft, Freundlichkeit und Professionalität aussprechen. Von dem ersten Tag an erfreuten sie uns mit ihren Lächeln und waren immer bereit, zu helfen, Fragen zu beantworten und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Ohne ihre Aufmerksamkeit und Sorge, unser Aufenthalt im Hotel wäre Anetta und Georgi wahre Profis, die unseren Urlaub in eine echte Freude verwandelt haben. Danke für die unvergessliche Erholung dieses Urlaubs. Wir werden sicher zurückkehren.

We had our honeymoon here in June 23 absolutely amazing hotel people are very friendly happy go luvmcky marianne at the pool bar was so lovely happy and lively fantastic at making you the perfect cocktail to sip by the pool stellios the md at the restaurant very funny and lives a laugh kirsty also amazing always smiling beautiful anastasia and her team at the spa all wonderful defo recommend a massage I actually floated out of there sooo relaxing .rooms are very clean cleaning staff fab food is fine especially desserts.nit much entertainment but you have the protaras ***** 2mins away plenty of bars eateries etc.beacges are amazing. Hotel is beach front ,we met some amazing people Cyprus is an amazing place we loved it so much we have booked to go back this year for our wedding anniversary .If you want a great holiday with all the trimmings then wat you waiting for .Mr&Mrs Buckley xxx

Ich kann nicht verstehen, das es negative Beurteilungen gibt ! Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub! Super Empfang an der Rezeption , sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf Pool und Meer mit Wasser und Kaffeemaschine! Wir hatten All-inclusive gewählt und ich muss sagen das Essen war abwechslungsreich und hat sehr gut geschmeckt! Der Chefkoch war immer anwesend und hat gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist! Das gesamte Personal, ob Rezeption, Restaurant oder Pool Bar war immer super freundlich, nichts war ihnen zu viel! Auch der General Manager war ständig anwesend und hat geschaut ob die Gäste zufrieden sind! Die zwei Pools und das Gym hervorragend! Zu den Stränden war es auch nicht weit und sind alle sauber und gepflegt! Ein Spa ist natürlich auch vorhanden! Ich war wirklich schon in vielen Hotel, aber das Al Herbal gehört für mich zu den Besten! Hervorragend 👏👏

Hotel and swimming pools are lovely but few things really let it down and I wouldn’t return. We travelled with two children aged 4&5. Entertainment in the evening was very poor apart from a magician and parrot show which lasted at most 45 minutes and situated on a terrace which isn’t big enough for everyone. The kids mini disco is outside the kids club, in the dark, most kids love this and felt disappointed for them. Food - restaurant area where food is situated is too small for amount of guests, quality poor and food often only warm or overcooked and did not look appealing, dessert choice was poor, lots of jelly’s and mousse based. I’ve stayed at a few Atlantica hotels and this was the worse for food. Staff - housekeeping, bar and restaurant were great, friendly and do a great job. Reception - contacted twice for a replacement hairdryer as one in room smelt of burning when used, had to ask a third time before it was changed. Swim up rooms - we opted for this option and paid additional price for it, was lovely but put a Sun lounger instead of the uncomfortable chairs and was approached by a lifeguard who abruptly told us we couldn’t have it there, even though other rooms had them. This lifeguard would also be seen putting umbrellas down when guests wanted them up, asked us to put our neighbours umbrella down which we refused to do. Seemed to spend a lot of time upsetting guests than watching over the people in the pools. Spoke to reception about this but totally ignored and spoilt our holiday not being allowed a sun lounger to relax on. Hotel amenities not large enough for the amount of guests and you have to pay for one of the restaurants and also the roof top bar. One restaurant you can visit once per stay was not great apart from the main course. Bit out the way and cost between 15 - 20 euros to Protaras or Aiya Napa. Lovely beach a couple of minutes away but get there early to get a sun lounger as only small. We had a nice time but hopefully the hotel will act on feedback and make some changes.
