We were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!

Wir haben zweimal in diesem Hotel geblieben und können nicht genug über das Hotel, das Personal und den Service sagen! Das Hotel ist sauber, gut dekoriert, und erschwinglich-freut und komfortabel. Jeder ist freundlich und freundlich. Ein besonderer Schrei an den Mitarbeiter, Heather Thompson, der oben und darüber ging, um unsere Reservierung zu erweitern und unseren Aufenthalt am besten zu machen, während wir mit einem Krankenhausmitglied behandelt wurden. Wir freuen uns darauf, in Zukunft noch einmal dort zu bleiben!

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Betten sind extrem komfortabel! Der Front Desk Agent Joy war sehr hilfreich und die aufmerksamste fühlte sich fast wie eine Concierge-Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist ein neues Bauwerk auf einem medizinischen Campus. Über die Straße vom Hotel ist eines der besten Burn Center Krankenhäuser im Land, Doctor’s Hospital of Augusta. Ich gebe dieses Hotel vier von fünf Sternen.

Liebe die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt in der Nähe der Washington Road, wo es viele Restaurants und lustige Aktivitäten gibt. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Es ist ruhig und ich schlafe die ganze Nacht friedlich. Ich habe so gut geschlafen, dass ich am nächsten Morgen nicht aufstehen wollte. lol. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!
