Spain is a gorgeous country. The people warm and friendly, the sights entrancing, the food unsurpassed. We have been to Spain twice, once in October 2016 pre-pandemic and once in October 2022. During both trips we had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Zoreda. Each time we had an exceptionally warm welcome from the front desk. Massimo and Stephanie made us feel like returning friends. They were warm and engaging speaking perfect English to our hesitant Spanish. The rooms are first class. They are spacious, beautifully appointed and impart a feeling of tranquility the moment you enter. At night the windows open to a breathless silence with just a hint of breeze ruffling the silk curtains making the beautiful embroidered butterflies dance and lulling you into dreamland. The breakfast is excellent, with gorgeous food shared in a wonderful room overlooking the back garden. I particularly like the warm milk they bring for your café con leche. But I save the very best for last. The dining room is outstanding and favorably compares to the best we have enjoyed across several continents. The first night we dined there we ordered off the extensive menu and had a memorable meal. For our second night, we booked the chef's choice special menu and were not disappointed. Not only did he design the menu, but it was printed out with each of the seven courses. It was heaven! The octopus was exquisite, a true taste sensation; the cream of garlic soup smooth, flavorful, each mouthful sensational; the pork perfectly roasted with the outside crackling with flavour. The dessert an eruption of exquisitely blended sensations of fruit and chocolate. Javier was the consummate host leading us through each course matching cocktails and wine with each course. Stephanie to our surprise and delight, provided a glass of champagne to kick off the entire evening. Although the setting is exquisite, it is the staff, the chef, Massimo, Stephanie and Javier who truly make this an unforgettable experience. If you are planning on a trip to Spain, La Zoreda is a destination that must not be missed. We were looking for golf courses and comfort- instead we found a home away from home and a lifetime of memories. We will make a point of returning.

Ich habe niemals Meinungen hinterlassen, weder gut noch schlecht, aber das ist es diesmal verdient, denn seit ich ins Zimmer dieses Hotels kam, habe ich Frieden, Komfort, Hitze und Entspannung gefühlt. Wir haben zwei Nächte mit Frühstück im Exe Center verbracht und ich habe die warme Zimmer genossen, die nicht viskosen Bettwäsche sind komfortabel, die Küken auch, die riesigen Fenster, das Zimmer selbst, riesige und sehr gemütlich. Ich kaufe oft Hotels zum Schlafen und schon, aber ich wollte mich ankommen und mir eine warme Dusche mit den amenities geben, die großartig waren. Das Frühstücksraum war vielleicht etwas klein, etwas in der Spitze der Stunde zusammengebrochen, aber nichts, was ihn nicht etwas Geduld beruhigt, außerdem gab es eine ganze Vielzahl von Dingen, so süß wie Salat zu essen. Und die Frühstücksbecher sind sehr schüttelt! Kurz gesagt, ein ruhiger, sehr gemütlicher, schöner, eleganter und komfortabeler Raum zum Ruhe zu einem sehr guten Preis in Oviedo.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel und toller Wert. Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber sie haben alles, was Sie brauchen. Große Dusche, komfortables Bett, TV, etc. plus ein schönes Frühstück mit einer breiten Auswahl an Artikeln. Nur 20 Mim zu Fuß nach Stadt zu entdecken Oviedo. Def empfahl dieses Hotel.

Nehmen Sie nichts an, während Sie Oviedo besuchen. Modernes Gebäude mit fantastischen Mitarbeitern, die sehr stolz auf ihre Stadt sind, sind sie sehr hilfreich bei der Beratung Gottes Orte zu besuchen, zu essen und zu trinken, so dass Sie diese schöne Stadt voll schätzen können. Stay here for 2 nights The hostel is located in the heart of the historic centre Oviedo, just one street away from the bustling Plaza de la Constitución and City Hall of Oviedo. The hostel is about 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train station in the city and pretty easy to find once I find my way to the city hall. Check-in was really straightforward as the hostel asked me to check in online and all reception needed was my passport to confirm my identity. I was shown all around the hostel, including the kitchen, common area and of course the dorm. The dorm was a four bed dorm with 2 bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. The shower and toilets worked well. The bunks were the wooden frame variety, although it was pretty sturdy. Even though my bunkmate was a bit of a night owl, I still got 2 nights of good sleep. The mattress was some kind of thick foam and really comfortable. The covers were thick and I had asked for an extra blanket. Even though it was cold, it still felt warm and cosy under the blankets. Breakfast was provided and mainly consisted of cereals, toasts and spreads, tea and coffee. Nothing fancy, but good for the price of the stay. The kitchen and plenty of utensils as well as cooking equipment, and could be used by guests for cooking too. The hostel is also situated on two floors, with the upper floor also containing rooms, a kitchen and a terrace. It was too cold to use at this time of the year, but I did wander up and it has a lovely view of the city hall. The hostel, room and bathroom were kept clean throughout my stay. The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. They have lots of information for things to do and see in Oviedo and the surrounding area. I would have no hesitation staying at Green Hostel again.

Sehr gemütliches, sehr nahe dem Zentrum von Oviedo gelegenes Apartment. Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit kleinem Raum zwischen Bad und Zimmer, Küche geschlossen mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um zu tun, was Sie brauchen. Sie nehmen Tiere ein und lassen Sie einen Savannah auf die Sofa setzen, damit der Hund sein kann und nicht schütteln kann. Sehr vorsichtig mit dem, was Sie brauchen. Das untere Apartment verfügt über Parkplätze, aber nicht von der Firma des Apartmenthauses verwaltet werden, gibt Ihnen alle Einrichtungen, auch direkt vom Parkplatz zur Rezeption.

Das Hotel ist Teil des von Calatrava erbauten Kongresszentrums in Oviedo. Der Wow-Effekt, der beim ersten Blick auf das Hotel und aus den Hotelfenstern auftritt, lässt sich weder beschreiben noch fotografieren. Unser ruhiges Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und durchdesignt. Leider war das Bad nicht durchgängig perfekt sauber. Der Fön war nicht funktionstüchtig. Der Schminkspiegel wackelte. Das Bad bräuchte eine solide Renovierung. Im Übrigen war das Hotel baulich o.k. Das Frühstück bot große Abwechslung. Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich und an der Rezeption weit überdurchschnittlich serviceorientiert.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.
