Wir machten unsere Reservierung telefonisch, bevor wir Kanada für unsere Reise nach Florida zurück verlassen. Die Buchung war für Januar 3. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine Gebühr für das Zimmer geben würde, weil wir bereits am 31. Dezember für eine No-Show gezahlt worden waren. Ich denke, wir hätten ein Problem verdächtigt haben, wenn wir nicht die E-Mail-Bestätigung erhalten, dass wir nach dem Telefongespräch versprochen wurden. Nicht zweimal für ihren Fehler beschuldigen war von ihnen groß. Das wirkliche Problem ist, dass die Nacht, die wir belastet wurden, war Neujahre und der belastete Betrag höher war als der Satz, den wir belastet werden sollten. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich und die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber, nicht schlecht. Die Umgebung außerhalb des Hotels ist gut, die Umgebung ist sauber und praktisch. Ich werde dieses Hotel beim nächsten Mal wieder buchen, wenn ich wieder hierher komme.
