The location is good because it is next to the main street with restaurants, etc. I did not like the personnel at breakfast, not dedicated to attend people. They hide so not to be asked anything. It is like you are disturbing them asking for a tapioca or eggs. The woman at the bar near the pool she is very friendly. Soap is tiny. Hangers are to be asked for to reception, why not put them in the closet? No rack to put the luggage.

Estuvimos alojados 3 días con mi familia en una habitación con vista a la piscina en 1er piso. La habitación super amplia y con balcon. La posada esta ubicada muy cerca de donde arranca la calle Broadway, que es donde están todas las tiendas, restorantes, supermercados. La playa no esta tan cerca pero nada imposible de hacer caminando, nosotros fuimos con nuestra hija de 7 años y no fue dificultoso. La piscina hermosa. El desayuno muy bueno, todo casero y rico. La atencion de 10, todos se esmeran en ayudarte. En fin super recomiendo si pasas por Canoa Quebrada y buscas una posada confortable, si buscas lujo no es el destino adecuado.

Simple, bom café da manhã bem localizado próximo da Broadway principal rua de bares lojas e restaurantes de Canoa quebrada. Piscina simples mas legal apesar de escorregar na entrada.

Excelente localização, próxima da Broadway. Funcionários educados, Stephanie e Nildo são gente boa demais. Sentimos falta do cardápio do restaurante dessa vez. Piscina maravilhosa, possui estacionamento, café da manhã muito bom, quarto amplo, tudo funcionando direitinho. Preço sempre bom da diária. Retorno garantido quando formos pra Canoa.

Reservei o quarto garden view pq achei q perto da piscina poderia ser barulhento. Só que garden view era no estacionamento. Me colocaram no último quarto da pousada do lado da saída da garagem. Quando abrimos a porta ela emperrava e o cheiro do banheiro erra de fossa e vinha pro quanto todo. O chuveiro saia água para os lados e não pra baixo. Resolvi reclamar na recepção e no dia seguinte veio um rapaz pra arrumar o chuveiro e arrumar a porta. O cheiro de fossa continuou e a funcionária da limpeza comentou q a fossa do hotel era atrás do meu quarto!!!! Como se isso não fosse o suficiente quando voltamos pro hotel no fim do dia tinha uma barata enorme debaixo da cama!!! Eu liguei pra recepção e mudamos de quarto. Mas no mesmo local, ou seja ainda com cheiro desagradável e perto da fossa!!! No resto, secador de cabelo quebrado, limpeza do banheiro mediana, com areia no chão , achei um garfo jogado numa poltrona do lado do meu quarto, café da manhã bem fraquinho, a tv não funciona direito e vidro do quarto trincado. Depois de tudo isso fui pedir pra atrasar meu checkout e eles não confirmaram!!! Ninguém veio falar comigo, pedir desculpa ou qualquer coisa … hotel está descrito como ótimo local pra família mas não voltaria aqui por nada!

Habitación limpia, en el baño perdía agua de la ducha del inodoro. Colchón y almohadas ok. El control del aire viejo, inentendible. El desayuno normal. Si había mucha gente no reponian a tiempo. La pileta hermosa. La vista de la habitación que decía al jardín es a un estacionamiento con pasto.

Hotel razoável, boa localização, quarto extremamente simples, quente, café da manhã muito simples, boa localização em relação a broadway, longe da praia. A frente do hotel é extremamente simples, fofos enganam, baixa qualidade. Sem conforto. Piscina razoável. Não vale os quase 900,00 que cobrou pela diária.
