Wir waren mit Hotel und Essen (Abendessen und Frühstück) sehr zufrieden! Gerne wieder! Die Rezeption war professionell, der Service im Restaurant sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet!

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und wirkt sauber. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, dafür aber ein Croissant mit Kaffee, beides war ausgezeichnet. Wer mit dem Auto kommt kann es gleich nebenan auf einen Gratisparkplatz stellen. In 20 Min kann man zu Fuss am See entlang nach Annecy spazieren.

Schönes Zimmer, ruhig da in den Hof. Dadurch keine so tolle Aussicht. Wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen da. Leider konnten wir das Hotel nicht direkt buchen. Wir waren bereits unterwegs und immer kam eine Notiz, die Webseite sei nicht sicher. Also haben wir über *********** reserviert und mussten im Hotel feststellen, dass wir einen ziemlich erhöhten Preis haben zahlen müssen. Das Hotel hat sich entschuldigt, als wir abgereist sind. Aussenparkplatz etwas teuer.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel um Annecy zu erkunden. Das Personal in allen Bereichen ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Nachteilig ist das Thema Parken, man hat die Möglichkeit gegenüber einen Parkplatz zu nutzen, dieser ist allerdings kostenpflichtig und gerade am Wochenende gut besucht.

Very nice hotel! The staff is friendly, the restaurant and breakfast are nice and the portions well served, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and all for a very affordable price. The hotel is not close to the city centre, but on the other hand, it is very close to the lake, so it's a matter of give and take. It might be great for summer holidays. We are very happy with the hotel!

Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy.

A lovely hotel. Our deluxe room was spacious. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location. Short walking distance along lake front into busy Annecy centre ville. But also close to Plage d’Albigny and small suburb of Albigny with shops, bars, and restaurants. Recommend e-bike hire from Outside Bike, based at Rivage Hotel, a short walk east along Lake front from Hotel Catalpa.

We planned a road trip across Europe and booked almost two months in advance, explaining that we were travelling as a family of 4 and a dog. Initial communication was good and we felt confident of a positive stay. After a very long drive (our fault) we arrived at the hotel to be told there was no parking available and we should have booked, but at no point were we told that or asked if we needed parking. The rooms were clean, but the service from Reception was not that helpful from start to finish. Breakfast was ok, but not sure it was worth the money. We did not eat lunch or dinner in the hotel for that reason. Annecy is beautiful but parking is limited and even more so with a top-box as most car parks had height restrictions. It was an ok hotel, but like most hotels in Annecy overpriced for what it is
