What a disappointing hotel. The service was awful throughout. Whatever the question the answer was always NO! Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at noon and asked for an early check in. NO! The room was ready but unless I paid $50 they would not allow early check in. (A different clerk did eventually check me in early) The restaurant closed at 7:00pm for dinner and there was no nearby option. I got take out and just asked for silverware and an empty glass. NO, you may not take to room. Eventually I procured a single fork (still no glass allowed in room. “People steal them”). 30 min later, a knock on the door asking for the fork back! Bar was horribly stocked. Red wine? NO. White Wine? NO. Just beer Breakfast opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and just asked if I could have a coffee while i waited. NO. They ran out of juice, asked for more….wait for it…NO. Power was off several times, once for 2+ hours. Windows don’t open so it became very stuffy. Room was not cleaned one day. I asked just for fresh towels. I had to bring my used ones down to the front desk, where they counted them to be replaced. I guess their guests steal towels too! On checkout I asked politely if I could speak to the manager. “No manager here”. That kinda sums up the whole stay. Many, many better options here and this should never be part of IHG with the terrible service

The breakfast was good, but not fantastic. The room was good and clean, there were some supplies in the toilette. Parks and places around the hotel are nice, and you can have a good walk around, if you wish. There were always noise (I'd assume cleaners did some work) quite early in the morning. Another issue is that the breakfast time in the morning is until 10am sharp, which is not convenient for people travelling from Europe for leisure. As I understood, there're no alternatives available. We asked a bottle of water and an additional blanked to the room, and it was challenging to get them. Particularly, with the bottle of water, as they refused to put the cost of it on the hotel room, but requested a cash payment. It was a surprise for us.

Central hotel in Almaty, everywhere else was quite expensive so I chose Renion Park hotel. It was similar to the photos but sadly the room was way too hot for me, thankfully I could open the window! Other guests kept me awake from running up and down the corridor all night and one even tried to get in my room I think, not realising it wasn’t theirs! The room itself is adequate and has most things you need but lacks finesse and is a bit rough around the edges. For example the sink had no plus, some of the skirting boards were falling off and light fixtures had gaps where you could see behind. However the location was good and you can walk to most things, the view of the mountains was beautiful. Be aware that most international credit cards don’t work very well in Kazakhstan so book via an international platform so they can charge you properly!

Das Zimmer ist klein, verfügt über einen Balkon, eine angemessene Aufteilung und bietet ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Die Steppdecke wurde gefaltet und auf das Bett gelegt, und ich machte mich selbst daran, die Steppdecke anzuziehen. Als Ctrip ein Zimmer buchte, wurde klar angegeben, dass die Restzahlung 15 RMB betrug, aber als ich im Hotel eincheckte, bestand die Rezeption darauf, 1.300 kasachische Dollar zu verlangen, was mehr als 20 RMB war. Die sprachliche Kommunikation verlief nicht reibungslos , und die Übersetzungssoftware konnte es nicht verstehen. Am Ende habe ich trotzdem 1.300 kasachische Dollar bezahlt, ich weiß nicht warum. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, vielleicht ist es lokales Essen, etwas ungewohnt. Alles in allem war das Erlebnis ok, bis auf den kalten Gesichtsausdruck des jungen Mannes an der Rezeption.

Nun, wir reservierten dieses Hotel durch den Spaziergang in der Straße. Als Notfallhotel war es ok. Das Hotel war sehr datiert, das Bett hatte Loch in ihm und es gab eine Party im Hotel, die Sie bis zum frühen Morgen hören konnten. Es kostete £174 für 3 Zimmer für die Nacht und gab Frühstück, nicht, dass ich das graue Ei, sehr rosa Sauce und Honigkuchen gegessen habe. Es war nur Bargeld. Der junge Mann auf der Rezeption war nett und versuchte, Englisch zu sprechen, was er schwer zu finden in der Welt. Er war freundlich und hilfreich. Nun gingen wir in unsere Zimmer eine Stunde später ein lokaler Verrückter versuchte, in unser Zimmer einzutreten, das wir verschlossen hatten. Er hatte eine Karte, die in das Zimmer eintreten konnte, der einzige Grund, warum er es nicht in war, war, weil wir die Sicherheitskette aufgelegt hatten. Er hatte erfolgreich in eins unserer anderen Zimmer gekommen, das war sehr überraschend. Ich sagte dem Personal und musste jemanden telefonisch sprechen, um das Problem zu übersetzen. Keine weiteren Fragen nach diesem ganzen Abend. Fernseher hat Kanäle in Russisch, kein Englisch verfügbar. Jetzt für den Titel dieses Beitrags. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer konnten wir die Skisprünge sehen, die schön war, aber alles andere, was Sie sehen konnten, wurde gebrochen. Aber das ist noch nicht der Grund für den Titel. Im Bild, das ich beigefügt habe, können Sie sehen, dass es ein großes Fenster vom Zimmer zum Toilette, nur in den Fällen, in denen Sie möchten, dass Ihr Partner, Ehepartner, Freund oder andere Familienmitglieder sich auf dem WC entspannen. Die Dusche war kalt und kaum funktioniert. Die Seifebaren waren es nicht wert. Der Duschegarten hat nicht das gesamte Fenster und das Licht für das Badezimmer könnte aus dem Bett wechseln ... Warum würde jemand das brauchen, oder ist es so, dass man jemanden im Dunkeln abrupt zu einem Lächeln machen. Das Zimmer ist sehr veraltet. Es gibt eine nächste Tür von McDonald, die hilfreich ist, da das graue Ei nicht gegessen werden konnte. Wenn Sie eine echte Erfahrung einer Nacht wollen, ist dieser Ort für Sie.

Had a really wonderful stay here. The staff were absolutely top notch! They organized my airport transfers, and transfers within the city, to perfection. Always quick to respond over email. The hotel too was very nice. Newly refurbished rooms, and a really wonderful rooftop spa. Only one small issue was the room was too hot, and it wasn't possible to control the temperature.

Das ist das schlimmste Hotel in allem, was ich jemals getroffen habe. Und es ist nicht einmal kleine Zimmer - es ist nur ein niedriger Preis zu erklären. Ich kam an der Arbeit, lebte 6 Nächte, während dieses Mal war das Zimmer nie gereinigt, änderte nicht die Kleidung und Handtücher! Selbst der Müll wurde nicht entfernt. Das Frühstück war einfach schrecklich - selbst der Backe konnte zerstören (alles Fett in Öl, mit einem unglaublichen Geschmack). Die Kontrolle wurde zwei Tage nach der Ausweisung vorbereitet (!). Nun, ich verließ nicht sofort Almaty, aber nur bewegt. In der Regel, wenn Sie ein paar Nächte ohne Frühstück bleiben, dann wahrscheinlich normal. Aber lange Pausen sind nicht geeignet.

On a holiday in Kazakhstan for 15 days, my wife and I stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions and have returned with mixed reactions - 1) 2 Nights on the first leg of our trip - Though the hotel and room looked a little rundown requiring refurbishment, it was a comfortable stay and service though, very stiff and formal, was acceptable. Breakfast - Very good; Communication - Poor due to most staff members being unable to communicate in English. 2) 1 Night on the second leg - Room very good. Service - Stiff but again acceptable. Breakfast again very good and communication poor. BUT the worst part was that the integrity of house keeping and reception staff was suspicious. While checking out after our first stay, my wife had left behind a set of clothes in the wardrobe. This came to realization, after reaching our next destination and I immediately called up the hotel and informed them. The lady assured that she would check and ring back, which she never did. When we checked-in around 5 days later, I was told that house-keeping had reported that nothing was left behind. My wife was firm and we asked to speak to a senior manager or the GM. It was then that we were asked to please wait for a recheck once again. One hour later, I received a call in my room, requesting me to collect the dress from the reception, without the courtesy of having it sent up to our room. 3) 1 Night on the last leg, before taking our flight back home. Room - Small and in very poor condition with walls having peeling wall paper and stains, Shower room, very small restricting mobility for me at 184cms height. I requested if the room could be changed but was answered with a curt - SORRY. OVERALL - This hotel definitely needs to upgrade it's service which is the FIRST ESSENTIAL in the hospitality business. A mechanical smile and words of welcome are not enough to convince a traveller to come back. If my bookings were not pre-confirmed, I would certainly not re-visit after our experience on the second time.

Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht schlecht, obwohl das Zimmer sehr klein ist, aber sehr sauber, und die Rezeption ist besonders enthusiastisch und freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist öffentlich, aber sehr sauber. Dieser Preis ist wirklich sehr gut in Almatu.

Ich habe also 4 Nächte auf zwei separaten Buchungen für verschiedene Zimmer gebucht, nachdem ich meinen Aufenthalt in Almaty ausgedehnt habe. Als solche, die Fotos präsentieren ein Erdgeschoss Doppelzimmer und ein Familienzimmer mit einem Mezzanine. Wichtigstens, für den Preis, der sehr vernünftig war, finde ich das Hotel als wunderbar wert. Als solcher werde ich meine Meinungen nach ihrer Bedeutung bestellen. Erstens. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und professionell über den Aufenthalt einschließlich der Sicherheit. Zweitens, ich stimme dem Innenraum des Hotels zu - das allgemeine Design der Zimmer ist wirklich sehr komfortabel, und ungewöhnlich geräumig. Das Frühstück von 7-10 war freundlich und lieferte alle notwendigen, obwohl ich für die Zukunft frische Eier empfehle. Neben dem oben genannten hatte das Doppelzimmer Satelliten-TV mit Internetzugang - d.h. YouTube usw. Der Schwimmbad, obwohl ich es nicht verwendet, sieht fantastisch aus, und das Restaurant ist gut preiswert und lecker (Ich empfehle die Linse Suppe, mit Chicken-Spinach und eine Seite Reis). Obwohl es Bauarbeiten gab, die etwas Zeitiger gewesen wären, da einige Gäste durch sie zu fahren haben, würde ich dieses Hotel noch ein 5/5 für den Wert der Buchung schätzen. 👍
