I was on a businesses trip in Kazakhstan for one year ，this is the worst experience ，i eat in the restaurant，when i paid，Payments are not showing on my phone，So I asked the waiter if the payment was successful，she said yes and show me the receipt，When she delivered the meal, I said again, no payment on the phone，but she said that you have paid。Then I ordered another drink and when I paid she still said everything was ok. But at night, people from the hotel came knocking on my door and said rudely that I didn't pay, I'm a thief. I explained, it was your people who said I paid。but She continued shouting in the hallway said I cheated on them. Then I paid, the problem is the woman's rude attitude，It's your fault, why are you so rude to the guests？？？？

網絡信號還好，房間臟亂差，傢俱老舊，桌台太高不便於辦公；早飯餐廳有在垃圾堆裏淘吃的感覺和氛圍，食品不乾淨也不新鮮；毛巾掉地上後有泥水臟斑，就要求付款5000堅戈的罰款，前台態度極其惡劣，不支持英語溝通，入住需謹慎。

good service, perfect room. 很不錯的酒店，早餐也不錯。 前台小姐姐不會英語，可是交流起來也不費勁。 晚上很安靜，靠南邊的房間可以看到漂亮的雪山。

商品非常好，很滿意，包裝也很好，速度很快，好評！

這裏離汽配城car city很近，人非常雜亂，在主幹道邊上：所以非常吵鬧，內部裝修及配置較差有異味，早餐也是非常糟糕，稍微好些的是：馬路對面有個大超市，酒店入住的中國人很多，且對面公寓樓小區應該民宿很多，據説有不少中國人居住，還有首次使用yandex go打車過來的時候是到酒店後門（在一個破舊的小弄堂裏面），要繞一大圈才到正門入口，不懂俄語的要注意！

房間佈局不太合理，整體感覺好可以。

房間設施陳舊，空調不涼快，靠近主幹道，有點吵，服務打掃衞生，催了三次到第二天下午四點多都還沒打掃，體驗感不好

房間挺大，但是兩邊都是走廊很吵，衞生間很大的黴味，床套很大的肥皂的味道，床墊不舒服 前台小姐姐人非常好，幫忙查找巴士 餐廳很大，早餐種類不是特別多但是齊全，挺好吃的 這個酒店離市區不遠但是交通不是很方便，旅遊不建議住這裏

設施非常陳舊，衞生很一般，還要自己鋪被子，不建議住
