沒有拍照，沒興趣拍照。在埃及大半個月，這個酒店是最差的。首先外國人住要額外加25美金一個晚上，預訂了還不讓退。房間一個特別特別小的窗户，特別壓抑，衞生條件一般，床很不好，早餐很不好，吃完一身油煙味。全部是當地阿拉伯人。總之，不建議入住，體驗特別特別不好……

It Is Room Guest of the Room 618 Booking Date 19 of May 2024 It Is Horrible Hotel Starts From The Welcome Disk The Way Of Replay by (NO WORD) I Only Ask For A Good Room Cause I Hade A Very Bad Experiance Before, Then When I Ask Them Before Since More Than 10 Times They Change The Room For Me - But This Time I Repeat My Mistake By Book With This Hotel - The Room Card Key Looks Like Piece Of Junk, Curved And Shapes Like Used Sincureys The Belows Alot Of Human Hair on it Dirty Bed Sheet - Bathroom Sink Dirtey with hair and stuff The View Is Most Horrible When Open The Certunes I Find My Self At The Noughber Balacony DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT BOOKING WITH GRAND PLAZA HOTEL SMOUHA I Give Them NON STAR :( i did not check the rest of the room yet :(

My experience was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. Despite charging $12 for an extra bed, they refused to accommodate my 8-year-old child. Instead, they suggested booking a separate room for the child. Dealing with such unaccommodating staff makes any leisure or business trip unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. Will never come back to this hotel again.

Very professional and attentive staff, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and I managed to try the room service once during my stay, it was delicious, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The cafe on the 1st floor of the hotel, Baku Cafe, was very modern and comfy in design.

Hotel is located on the other side of Pharos University, and right next to a mosque. Keep that in mind if you are sound sensitive because of the early morning muezzin singing. The area itself is ugly and not worth anything for tourists. The hotel has a fairly good lobby; staff very friendly and competent. Several elevators. My room was very spacious and equipped with everything I needed, incl. a fridge, coffee-tea maker, Bed was pleasant; I got a good night's sleep. Breakfast is included, which is typical Egyptian, with warm food (grilled veggies, refried beans, boiled eggs, goat cheese, a variety of breads, small danish, and some fruit. Outside, a cook prepares you an omelette, very nice. Wifi worked well in the hotel throughout. Clean hotel, a big plus for Egypt. Bathroom was roomy, with a shower. I would return there, if I had something to do in that area. It seems to be frequented by young local sport teams, but there was no noticeable noise from the inside.

The hotel is clean and the area is okay but I was so un lucky to be placed near a room of young teenagers that they kept talking and laughing till 3 am and the isolation of sound in rooms in this hotel is non existent almost . What is sad that this group of people are up at 8 am and the loud voices of people cleaning and the hoover woke me up ! Which made my sleeping and resting experience terrible I slept almost 4 hours ! I stayed in July or last June it was was not that noisy ! Literally people are not considerate or the sound isolation in rooms need to be amended . This stay was the worst I had ever in hotels in terms of ability to rest and sleep because of the outside noises!!
