Wir sind mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und sehr sauber. Frau Güler ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben einen kurzen Überblick über die Lage und Infos zu den Stränden erhalten. Das Personal ist ebenfalls super nett. Vor allem Ferhat und Zeynep. Sie machen Ihre Arbeit sehr professionell. Wir empfehlen das Hotel 100% weiter und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Kostem ist ein hervorgendes Hotel ,Frau Güler gibt jeden das Gefühl das man zur Familie gehört. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen, alle Zutaten sind aus eigener Herstellung und natürlich Bio. Der Abschied ist uns sehr schwer gefallen. Wir kommen wieder , das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich hat uns Busfahrkarten besorg und vieles mehr.... besonders Hüseyin. Vielen Dank für alles. Naciye und Thomas

Kostem ist ein beeindruckendes Boutique Hotel und es liegt direkt im Zentrum von allen Einkaufs- und Essen Gelenken. Das Design des Hotels und die Zimmer sind fantastisch. Sauberkeit ist ein ausgezeichnetes und das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

I came here with my husband and my mom on a family trip at the end of May 2021. The hotel is located centrally in Alacati, which is such a cute town with boutique shops, hotels, and restaurants. It's so central, that if you are driving, be careful to take main roads only, and not follow Google Maps because it will drive you through the narrow streets of the historic town. The best place to park is around the intersection of 3010 and 3005 sk. The hotel is one block from the beginning of the weekly market, which nobody should miss! The breakfast is phenomenal here, and was different every day -- definitely not your typical "included breakfast"! Breakfast featured lots of local cheeses, and home-made pastries and jams, often made from produce grown at the Kostem family farm! You could tell a lot of love and care goes into these breakfasts. There was a small front patio area, and there was a large beautiful back garden, where we had breakfast every morning. Since it was covid times, we had to get takeout and also ate dinner in the back garden every night, which was serene. Inside the lobby and the rooms, the decor is composed of hand-selected antiques and looks very cute. We would definitely stay here again!

If you stay in ground floor the room is noisy and not comfortable because of street and music It’s not good value for money The owner doesn’t speak English and doesn’t accept any complaint, at check out she was rude and told us I do t want to speak to you They give us a different room than we booked and tried to convince us that this the room we booked

Lokasyonu mükemmel, güleryüzlü insanların olduğu, harika hizmet veren, karakteri olan bir otel. Alaçatı’nın tam göbeğinde. Pırıl pırıl, oldukça geniş odaları var. Kahvaltısına bayıldık. Birgül Hanım bizi karşıladığı andan son dakikaya kadar her an güzel enerjisiyle içimizi açtı. Fiyat performansı da inanılmaz. Bundan sonra Alaçatı’ya her geldiğimde burada kalacağım. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
