It was a terrible experience due to the un explained delay in everything .. food & services specially I had to fight my way in everything I ask for Having alot of guests doesn’t execuse the lack of good service Just wanted to have a good time & enjoy the weather & beach but unfortunately that doesn’t happen

I have visited the resort many times for Buffets. The staff are professional, helpful, easy to communicate with. Especially Mariel & Abdelsamie who made our visits smooth and comfortable. Chief Reda has made our visits unforgettable, and each time he surprises us with his talent and the amazing food tastes he cooks. Keep it up guys!

We had a great experience here even just for a night. And we're already planning to come back soon. We stayed with our family and friends for our son's birthday and everybody was amazed with how wonderful the place and accomodation was. We highly appreciated Ms. Oumaima for the warm welcome and great assistance.

The view and ambience are amazing , the food was better than last year but hot drinks and crepe should be included in the package of iftar . The staff were very good and helpful . Overall was wonderful experience we will come definitely next time

With the rest of my family and friends from work, had a fantastic time last night at Simaisma resort. Lovely chef and the team of Aldin work really hard to make our experience a lasting memories. Thanks a lot to Mr Santosh the manager whom despite on holiday keep checking on us if everything is okey. Thank you all to the team at Simaisma, always a pleasure to keep coming back there.

I have enjoyed my dining experience in this resort.The food was amazing! Nice facilities and friendly staff! especially Mariel! She is very accomodating! I came by myself but she made me feel that I’m not alone. I’d defenitely come back!:)

I had an amazing birthday experience at the beautiful pool and beach of Simaisma. The staff made it even more memorable with their hospitable service, Aldin, Youseff, and Abdesamia. They made sure and check if I have anything I need. They also made me a complementary cake with a greeting 😊 the view of the beach and the lovely pool is top tier. The ambiance was very relaxing and I would definitely come back. Everyone was friendly. Keep up the great work!

We stayed twice at Simaisma and had our Son’s first birthday there. It was a lovely experience and not only us but our friends and family loved it too. Hakeema was amazing to plan with and Aldin from F&B managed to turn our dream birthday into a reality. He is so patient and Chef Redah makes finger licking food.
