Free parking at the hotel. Hotel room is nice and modern. Very comfortable environment. Breakfast is good with the basic selections. Sofa bed is big enough and can accommodate maximum up to 3 persons in a room. Highly recommended. Good location to access to Valensole and Les Baux De Provence.

Hôtel très bien placé et confortable. Chambre spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner copieux avec un choix sucré et salé.

停車很方便，對於自駕游來説是非常友好的，但是公共交通就不行了。室外的游泳池，小朋友晚上還可以回來繼續玩水。

Very tired and shabby hotel. Stained carpets and badly in need of a lick of paint. Stayed for 3 nights as part of a trip to watch rugby World Cup. On the 2nd morning reported that the shower head had come off the hose. Got back to room at midnight and it had not been fixed. Not hard for housekeeping to have spotted the shower head sitting at opposite end of bath to hose. So 2 mornings out of 3 unable to get a proper shower. The hotel is understaffed. Hotel bar opening hours are a bit random. Overall this is a 4 star only in the eyes of Novotel. All in all my recommendation is “don’t unless you have no choice”

Nothing special when you see the hotel, far from the city center. We needed to call a taxi to get in town and it took us 16 minutes even if was in the evening hours. Room is big, furniture not so new. Loved the breakfast area and the food, but this will not make me stay second time there.

The location near the motorway but still in a quiet area was really good. The pool and restaurant were excellent and all the people working there were really nice and helpful. We had a problem with the room that smelled of cigarette. The lady from the reception provided an air purifier and it helped. The cleaning of the room could be better.

This hôtel has it all. The staff is very professional, helpful. The romm are large, modern, well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso machine, King size bed ver confortable, extremely clean. There is a restaurant with view on the garden, there is a bar. The breakfast buffet is royal.

I would anticipate that I am a platinum Accor hotel member , so by definition I had the pleasure to see hundreds of novotel in the word . Positive : -good breakfast and wonderful location in the garden . -open and common space quite clean and welcoming . Negative : -moquette in the room is more than obsolete , very dirt and with a really bad smelt . -most of the staff people are not speaking English at all , both during breakfast than at the bar . It has been hard even to have a bottle of water ….this is really not acceptable . Please consider these comments as an incentive to do better . Hotel is nice and few improvements are really needed . This is a Novotel below the standard .

We were quite disappointed by this hotel. Overall, the hotel needs a refresh. It is showing its age. The room had an old smoking room smell which was not pleasant. The carpet was dirty. There was no room cleaning service during our stay, which was OK for the two nights we spent there. Some of the common doors and windows could definitely use some paint. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was just fine.

Oui, c’est hôtel est bien rénové avec un grand parking gratuit et assez facilement accessible sur Aix. Toutefois, ce qui ne nous convient pas, c’est d’abord le petit déjeuner, jus d’orange industriel. Pas très bon en plus à 6h30 du matin heures d’ouverture du petit déjeuner, la bonbonne était remplie à un tiers, on peut donc supposer que le jus d’orange était au moins de la veille pas de yaourt, mais cela devient habituel dans la plupart des restaurants et un grand saladier de yaourt yaourt brassé ne remplace pas un choix des yaourts. Quelques fruits frais très dur, Aucun surclassement au vu de mon statut. Platinum ne me fut proposé.

Struttura comoda per chi è di passaggio come nel mio caso, nonostante sia fuori città è facile raggiungere il centro di Aix. La struttura è pulita con ampio parcheggio. Stanze e bagno confortevoli per tre persone. Peccato un pò solo per la colazione c'è tutto dolce e salato, peccato poche indicazioni e disposto in modo poco ivitante. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale
