I have a superior room but it was a third class hotel and room was not ready when i check in at night 9 pm but still there room was very bad condition

Very rude behaviour of staff, room is dirty, and there is no restaurant service in hotel but they get their booking with meal. So this is cheating.

Experience in international plaza was extremely bad nothing what they're showing in photo room are dirty, water coming from tap is stancy am not recommended any one to book

There were mosquitoes in the room, there was no water in the washroom. There was an electric kettle but no glass to have water.

Property location is good, but it is not maintained at all. It is equally as a lodge. On top of it they charge approx 300 to 400 for breakfast & provide very poor quality & quantity for that amount. I got an option of Only poha when I fought & they gave me only plain paratha with curd & a cup of tea ☕️.

Room very small and not cleaned, tv remote not working, bathroom water control not working properly, as per booking free breakfast included, but not provided. Don't recommend to regular customer. As per photo, not in the above hotel

We had a very bad experience as there was a bad smell in the room and the washroom, the water went out and the sheets weren't clean as they had stains on them the mugs and the trays on the coffee table were also very dirty i do not recommend staying in this hotel
