Letzten Monat haben wir in der Premier Inn 100 Yards nach der Straße von der Hampton geblieben und Junge die Hotels sind wie Schalen und Käse mit den Hampton Gewinnhanden nach unten. Rezeption heller mit vielen fröhlichen Rezeptoren, um Sie zu überprüfen. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einem Safe, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner und Eisen. Schöner großer Spaziergang in der Dusche mit viel Toiletten zu hand und schön fluffy Handtücher und glauben Sie es oder nicht Flanellen. Zwei Saiten sind im Badezimmer bereit für die Verwendung. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und fanden die Betten größer als ein Durchschnittsbett, sehr komfortabel und schönes Bettwäsche. Das Fernseher auf der Wand ist riesig mit vielen Kanälen, um Sie unterhaltsam zu halten. Wifi ist kostenlos. Im Frühstücksbuffet haben wir viele Wahlmöglichkeiten gefunden - Sausage, Pilze, Bohnen, Hasenbraunen und geschrotet Eier. Es gab Toast, Krusten und Muffins, frisches Obst, kaltes Fleisch und Käse und ich habe auch Schafen gespioniert, so einfach, dass Sie sich zusammensetzen und ein wafflemaker, der sehr beliebt war. Da dies im Preis enthalten war (im Gegensatz zum Wettbewerber, wo Sie ein zusätzliches £9.50 für Frühstück zu zahlen haben) fanden wir es als gut genug, um unseren Tag zu beginnen. Die Lage ist groß mit der einzigen Nebenanlage, wie bei den meisten Stadthotels, gibt es keine Parkplätze. Quids billiger als der Wettbewerber, wenn wir reservieren, was nicht mögen?

Wir buchten direkt im Januar mit dem Hotel, das ein Angebot für unseren Aufenthalt im März einnimmt. Dieses ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und wir haben unser Zimmer einige Tage vor der Ankunft aktualisiert. Das Zimmer war schön mit einem komfortablen 4-Poster-Bett und allen Einrichtungen wie erwartet. Das Frühstück war nicht so, wie wir für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hatten. Wir mussten eine Zeit zum Essen wählen, hatten die früheren Leute alle Yoghurt? Zu der Zeit (8.45) kamen wir an, wir schraubten den Boden des Tiefen-Flasches und unser kochiertes Frühstück war eine schwache Portion. Der Kartoffelkuchen war sehr dünn, wie ein Karton, ein einzelner dünner Bacon-Rasen und ein Stück Pilz. Danke für die Gnade habe ich für einen grillierten Tomat gefragt! Wir mussten um einen Toast bitten, dass der erste Morgen. Der Kaffeetasse war kaum genug für einen, wir mussten mehr bitten! Wir hatten für meinen Geburtstag im Vellore Restaurant gebucht, aber beschlossen, das zu stornieren, da es kostspielig und das Frühstück uns ausgesetzt hatte! So haben wir stattdessen aus dem Barmenü gewählt, das Essen im Lounge zu nehmen. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich kalt, wir hörten andere Gäste Beschwerden darüber. Gäste können bitten, frische Milch mit dem Komplimentar Tee und Kaffee zu gehen, aber beachten Sie ein kleines Jug von Milch ist £6. Das Hotel ist gut für die Stadt gelegen.

Ich musste den Abend voranrufen, da ich den falschen Termin reserviert hatte, Sam war super hilfreich und blieb so, als wir am nächsten Tag geprüft und er war auf der Rezeption, begrüßte mich als Goldmitglied . Er hatte ein Zimmer bereit und bot einen frühen check-in, und sogar eingebettet, um sicherzustellen, dass ich ein ruhiges Zimmer hatte. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet, da es enthalten war, und es gab viele zusätzliche Teebeutel und Kaffeebeutel an den Aufzügen, wenn Sie mehr für Ihr Zimmer brauchten. Personal war freundlich und Zimmer war grundsätzlich, aber komfortabel - wie angekündigt ! Danke Sam, da diese Reise hätte sehr anders begonnen ..... Kommt sicherlich wieder mit IHG zu Platinum arbeiten. :-)

Location of the hotel is superb, with walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre near Romans bath. General atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is comfy and nicely decorated. However, when we first got into the room, I noticed there was a used bath towel (probably left by the previous guest) left hanging inside the bathroom which is not so good…..😊 Otherwise it is good and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a decent good hotel near city centre.

I stayed at the Apex City of Bath Hotel with three other people in a room with two queen beds. The room was big, comfortable, and had a window, which was nice. The hotel is a little far from the train station, about a 10-minute walk, but it’s an easy walk to the city center, which takes around 5-7 minutes. The price was good, especially since I got a discount on Trip.com after booking train tickets. Compared to the Apex City of London, this hotel felt a bit less fancy. The London hotel had more special things for birthdays, like free extras. We didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, but there are many good places for breakfast nearby. Overall, the stay was nice. If you don’t mind walking a bit, it’s a good choice. Next time, I might stay in a hotel more in the center of town.

This hotel is in a beautiful building that was originally a house. It's sits on top of a very steep hill and therefore has excellent views of the city below. The incline is a difficult walk but there is a bus that drops ypu right outside from the city centre (number 31) . Recommend this option after a day of walking ! It's about a 10-15 min walk straight down the hill into the city,along a busy raod . However, the hotel is quite close to the Royal Crescent. I recommend walking that way into town as there is less traffic and a wonderful park (Royal victoria park) that leads straight into the heart of Bath centre. The park also has a botanical gardens should you want to visit plus an excellent play park for children. Landsdown Grove is a good option if you enjoy being close to the attractions in Bath but with a bit more peaceful surroundings. The hotel sits in its own gardens but when we were there , there was a lot of building work going on. I understand this must be done to maintain the building but the gardens were littered with workmans equipment, parts taped off and drilling ,banging and loud talking from very early in the morning. Workmen were also at room windows, making it slightly uncomfortable. Not sure why unoccupied rooms can't be done first or even later in the day when people are out. We booked a patio room. The doors opened out onto a little garden with table and chairs. The patio was shared with 2 other rooms which was fine as it was spacious. The rooms can be accessed via the grounds instead of walking through the hotel. However , this seems to be a gathering place for staff on breaks . This didn't bother me as such but when the builders were gathering there at 7 in the morning, talking loudly etc, it was off putting to sit out and enjoy a coffee. This wasn't very relaxing. At night though , it was quiet and even manged to see a friendly fox that visited each evening :) The room itself was accessed inside through a maze of corridors and steps. Wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or prams. The room was clean , can't fault that. People have commented that the hotel is dated. It's an old building and it's huge. It's is dated in parts but that's to be expected. The issue I had was more that the cleaners items (hoovers , cages of laundry ,cleaning trolley) were littering the hallways and the builders tools littering outside in the grounds ,making it dangerous at times to navigate . The grounds also seemed neglected which is a pity. Our room was cold , even when I turned the heat up. It had tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. Bathroom was nice with plenty of towels and hot water. The room decor was bright. Not a lot of space to move around though. Staff were friendly and helpful and aside from the manager (?) In the restaurant ,were knowledgeable about customer care. Restaurant itself was a huge let down. Breakfast was ordered from a menu , which I like because it's usually hotter. However, both m

Had high expectations of my stay and it was completely fulfilled and I was impressed. Overall welcome and ambience was just right being professional and sincere. Our bed room, junior suite after upgrading with extra fee, was reasonably sized although the bathroom with the layout of the door made it difficult and slightly dangerous to enter / close behind guest. The spa village was busy but understandable; it felt clean and very updated overall so there was less of a concern on hygiene which is understood can be difficult to maintain standards. The breakfast room, choices and service was fine as expected so it’s worth signing up for. Although by day 2, it was hard fo imagine having another breakfast so possibly having breakfast for one day as an option would be good. Would have liked to have body lotion in bathroom as I had to rely on the one available in the spa village… and with 2 nights stay, toiletries were not replenished … Always a nice welcome when soft drinks / mini bar is complimentary ; although it doesn’t cost a lot to fill a fridge but small gestures like these make guests feel more welcomed Thanks for a great stay; would like to take my 80 year old mum here sometime in future as she would enjoy it tremendously !!

Nachdem wir von einem 1-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hotel Indigo zurückgekehrt sind, von einem Familienmitglied für uns gebucht hatte, so dass wenig Forschung im Hotel gemacht hatte, wir an eine wirklich freundliche Rezeption angekommen und wurden in unserem Zimmer 531 gezeigt. Wir waren so beeindruckt mit dem Zimmer und Einrichtungen, der ganze Ort war völlig unspottbar, komfortable Betten, großer Raum und Speicheroptionen, hervorragende Beleuchtung. Die Dusche war göttlich! Die Rezeption hat uns angerufen, um alles in Ordnung zu überprüfen, kurz nachdem sie einen schönen Kontakt hatte, und hat uns für das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant (The Elder) für den nächsten Morgen zu einer Zeit, die uns passt. Die Lebensmittel und Getränke bei dem älteren Menschen waren fantastisch, obwohl ein wenig preiswert, aber das ist zu erwarten in Bath, aber wir haben nicht den Preis angesichts der hervorragenden Service erhalten. Sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum und alle touristischen Attraktionen und gute Optionen von Restaurants und Bars alle in kurzer Spazierweiterung. Ich fühle mich wirklich, als müsste ich nur betonen, wie sauber dieses ganze Hotel war, buchstäblich unspottbar in dem Zimmer und in allen Gemeinden, einer der besten, die wir jemals verblieben haben. Nichts war zu viel zu fragen, alle Mitarbeiter, die wir getroffen haben, waren mehr als freundlich und machten uns zu begrüßen. Wir würden sicher wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, wenn in Bath wieder. Fantastische Service rund um. Danke

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Frühstück ist sehr groß, die langsamen schottischen Merkmale, das Hotel ist nicht groß, es ist die Unterkunft im Golfplatz. Die Rezeption Service Dame ist sehr herzlich ❤️ wert, zu bleiben, zu spielen, zu schmecken.

Das Zimmer ist angemessen, aber ein bisschen alt. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel steht vor einer sehr schönen und friedlichen Aussicht. Meine Familie und ich genießen den Aufenthalt so sehr. Eines müssen Sie wissen, ist der Park ist eng und steif. nicht geeignet, dort mit einem großen Auto zu fahren!

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, was die wenigen Nay-sayers hier erwarten für £65 pro Nacht, einschließlich Frühstück. Dieses ist ein sauberes, komfortables, modernes Hotel mit freundlichem, willkommenem Personal. Parkplatz ist einfach. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und eine große Auswahl an Toiletten sind kostenlos, wenn erforderlich. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und sicher. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist ruhig in der Nacht und die Gärten sind abgeschaltet. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Die Bar ist gut gelagert und es gibt viele Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet, hat Obst, Porridge, unzählige Getreide, Toast, Obstkompott, Yoghurt, Muffins, Croissants, Hot Bacon, Beeren, Sausages und geschrotet Eier. Das Hot Food war gut zubereitet. Es gibt eine Reihe von Tee, Kaffee und Obstsaft. Es gibt viele Sitzplätze und die Tische sind im ganzen geschlossen und sanitiert. Es gibt eine große, Unterkunfts- und vernünftige Pub neben der Tür mit einem guten Menü für Abendessen. In allem würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Wir blieben 1 Nacht, um eine lange Reise zu unterbrechen. Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt bei Taunton Deane Services. Einchecken war schnell und einfach, Zimmer war groß mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett für unser 9 Jahre alt. Es war sauber und warm perfekt für uns. Wir werden definitiv wieder verwenden

Male at check in could not have been more miserable, uninviting and hated life more if he tried. After grunting his way through the booking and sliding a piece of paper to sign and then sliding the key to me I wasnt quite sure if we had finished the transaction as there was no guidance from himself. I said are we all done and as he grunted at me I assumed we were there so I left to find the room. The room was on the ground floor. Bathroom was grotty and the flush just poured out water for half an hour a time every time it was used. Bed was small. Room was dated. Phone was dirty and covered in whatever finger juice had congealed over many years. The carpet was threadbare. The room was an embarrassment to be fair. Went into the bar to get food. Asked for the tablet, the member of staff was busy swearing with the ”regulars” and I felt as though I was causing her problems but she obliged. Ordered a Magners via the tablet, an Astril was dumped on the bar. I left it as that wasnt my order, then was barked at by another woman that was my drink ”but she was too busy to bring it over”, granted there were 2 people at the bar at the time. I said I didnt order that, she told me I had, I assured her I hadnt, then lo and behold they apparently had no Magners so I took the Astril for ease. The food was a pizza which in reality was a burnt base with some mush chucked on. Horrible. Back to the room, good sleep. Breakfast in the morning. No knives, no beans. 2 members of staff having a yap, interrupted them and got what was needed, they went back to yapping. Check out the food and everything was sorted by the company. The receptionist told me it wasn't. I asked her to check as I knew it was, she said I have but I will check again. She told me no the company dont cover it. I assured her they do and this time showed her the booking. She called someone else over who told her to bill the company if thats what i wanted. I left and then they proceeded to moan about me not accepting that the booking was not including food so I had to return and have more of the same conversation. As a diamond elite member this hotel is an embarrassment to the brand. The staff are rude. The rooms are inadequate and dated and the check in and check out process is shambolic at best. Need to do better. Wont be staying there again.

Aufgrund eines Kurzaufenthaltes in Taunton, haben wir uns für das Castle Hotel entschieden. Das Gartenzimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, jedoch nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Dusche und WC sind veraltet. Das französische Bett hingegen war sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet deckt eigentlich alle Wünsche ab und auch das Abendessen war gut, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Da Taunton nicht mit vielen guten Hotels aufwarten kann, ist es empfehlenswert, im Castle abzusteigen, wenn man auf eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit Wert legt.

We stayed for two nights in room no.1. the hotel was easy to find but be careful of the traffic as you enter the narrow side entrance. The private car park is £5/night...I don't like having to pay when I am a guest but maybe it keeps prices down. Large cars beware of the exit...very tight and evidence of many scrapes. Speak to Reception who may have an alternative exit. But the welcome was warm and friendly, our room clean and bright with the usual facilities. The staff really did treat all the guests we saw in a friendly and cheerful manner. We had dinner and the food, service and wine were very good. Breakfast was also of a high standard. Situated close to the town centre the hotel is ideally placed and priced. We would definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Dieses ist ein sauberes, komfortables, modernes Hotel mit freundlichem, willkommenem Personal. Parkplatz ist einfach. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und eine große Auswahl an Toiletten sind kostenlos, wenn erforderlich. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert und sicher. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist ruhig in der Nacht und die Gärten sind abgeschaltet. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Die Bar ist gut gelagert und es gibt viele Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet, hat Obst, Porridge, unzählige Getreide, Toast, Obstkompott, Yoghurt, Muffins, Croissants, Hot Bacon, Beeren, Sausages und geschrotet Eier. Das Hot Food war gut zubereitet. Es gibt eine Reihe von Tee, Kaffee und Obstsaft. Es gibt viele Sitzplätze und die Tische sind im ganzen geschlossen und sanitiert. Es gibt eine große, Unterkunfts- und vernünftige Pub neben der Tür mit einem guten Menü für Abendessen. In allem würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Wir blieben 1 Nacht, um eine lange Reise zu unterbrechen. Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt bei Taunton Deane Services. Einchecken war schnell und einfach, Zimmer war groß mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett für unser 9 Jahre alt. Es war sauber und warm perfekt für uns. Wir werden definitiv wieder verwenden

Male at check in could not have been more miserable, uninviting and hated life more if he tried. After grunting his way through the booking and sliding a piece of paper to sign and then sliding the key to me I wasnt quite sure if we had finished the transaction as there was no guidance from himself. I said are we all done and as he grunted at me I assumed we were there so I left to find the room. The room was on the ground floor. Bathroom was grotty and the flush just poured out water for half an hour a time every time it was used. Bed was small. Room was dated. Phone was dirty and covered in whatever finger juice had congealed over many years. The carpet was threadbare. The room was an embarrassment to be fair. Went into the bar to get food. Asked for the tablet, the member of staff was busy swearing with the ”regulars” and I felt as though I was causing her problems but she obliged. Ordered a Magners via the tablet, an Astril was dumped on the bar. I left it as that wasnt my order, then was barked at by another woman that was my drink ”but she was too busy to bring it over”, granted there were 2 people at the bar at the time. I said I didnt order that, she told me I had, I assured her I hadnt, then lo and behold they apparently had no Magners so I took the Astril for ease. The food was a pizza which in reality was a burnt base with some mush chucked on. Horrible. Back to the room, good sleep. Breakfast in the morning.
