Buena ubicación, personal muy atentos y resolutivos, buenas instalaciones y comodidad en las habitaciones

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el servicio fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con una decoración muy bonita. El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Toledo y con un parking justo en la puerta.

Bien situado con bastante facilidad para aparcar en las proximidad, la limpieza y la habitación amplia.

Una struttura semplice ma perfetta per quello che cercavo: ottima posizione, pulizia e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio!

조식도 맛있고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 더 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

Die Unterkunft ist klassisch stil, um nicht alt zu sagen, die Behandlung ist großartig für die Rezeptionisten, aber vor allem für das Mädchen der Bar. Majisima! Die gebrochenen Sabans und Handtücher und die Sofa auch. Um ein 4-Sterne-Fehler in diesem Sinne zu sein. Übrigens ist alles toll. Sie vermisst ein Licht im Pool.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist nicht an die Qualität an den Preis angepasst.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.

Queríamos un hotel para descansar del camino ya que teníamos 14 horas de viaje y fue un acierto. Personal de recepcion , Alfonso muy amable, habitación amplia y recién reformada . Teníamos un balconcito con dos sillones. La única pega era que no había surtido de higiene,pero un hotel muy agradable para estar en una carretera secundaria.
