We are located in the safe Sunset District of San Francisco! Your total price includes a $95 cleaning feeWe host a private 2 bedroom(2 Queen bed) & 1 bath, a living space, with a private dining area as well on the lower floor of our home (Entry through the garage) . There are multiple public transport stops nearby (MUNI). We are close to Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Ocean Beach. We are living upstairs, so you will hear slight noises from the floor above. But we will reduce the noises! Thank you!Our area is large and well-appointed, with backyard access, one standard room and one king room, both supplied with queen size beds and new mattresses. There is a kitchenette in the unit, and we also provide complimentary brand name Coffee, tea bags, bottle water, and beverages. The apartment also includes TV, high speed internet, and some kitchen items. This also includes a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (complimentary tea& coffee are offered for all guests)Unfortunately there’s NO STOVE or HOT PLATE for safety reasons!Parking The streets around us are all free to park. There is no designated parking spot nor any parking restrictions (Excep to street cleaning dates)! It's very easy to find parking.Because the driveways of houses in San Francisco are very narrow, you need to be careful when you park!Pay attention to street cleaning times:The street cleaning times on each side of the street are different, so be sure to read the signs carefully. (I will also show the street cleaning times in the apartment)Neighborhood:Our Neighborhood is filled with an assortment of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets just walk a few blocks. The Golden Gate Park is 5 blocks away and offers many festivals throughout the year; including Bluegrass Festival, Reggae in the Park, and Outside Lands. We also have great dining and shopping.The Sunset district offers a diverse culinary experience at prices that are more affordable than other parts of the city. The Sunset Blvd Farmer's Market also offers a great selection of fresh local produce and gourmet food selections.Transportation is made simple with several public transport options for you to select from, such as the Muni train at Judah, which is blocks away and will take you to downtown San Francisco, Castro District, Chinatown or other areas!Our property is in a perfect location. We offer a clean, comfortable place at a great value. It’s perfect for families, business travelers, and couples.It close to Golden Gate Park, Land's End Hiking Trail, the De Young Museum, Botanical Gardens, SF Zoo, and is only 15 minutes from The Golden Gate Bridge!The Sunset District offers a diverse culinary experience at prices that are more affordable than other parts of the city. You'll have access to the unit as well as the on-site laundry.Forest Hill is a lovely neighborhood of homes built in the 1925's. It is in the middle of SF and just West of Twin Peaks. It is mainly owner-occupied, an upper-middle-class area that is safe and secure with lots of street parking. As in its name, lots of trees!The MUNI subway stop is 3 blocks away and will take you to the center of town in 15 minutes. Recently had a fantastic 3 night stay at Stanford court. The staff and service was impeccable from the moment I arrived and I was able to check in an hour early. I was also, to my surprise, upgraded to a partial city view room. The room itself was huge with everything you would need and very clean. The big bed was super comfy. On my last night I ate in the bar/restaurant. I cannot recommend the burger highly enough. It was messy, but delicious!!! The location is perfect. It’s in a lovely area with lots of beautiful buildings and views down the crazy steep streets. Also the old style trolley car stops right by the hotel. All in all I highly recommend Stanford court.

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

I booked a suite to stay with my parents and the room is so spacious that staying 3 people with at least 9 luggages still feeling very comfortable. The room can be sectioned into 2 bedrooms so that was very nice and create more privacy. Plus, the parking is free for the guess with close gate, it was very safe to stay. I compared the price and space around the close by hotels and this is the winner. Totally recommended.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – direkt im Stadtzentrum, das leicht erreichbar ist, oder in der Nähe der berühmten Touristenattraktionen. Der Nachteil ist jedoch, dass das Herbert Hotel keine Rezeption hat; Sie müssen trotzdem im Schwesterhotel, dem Hotel Stanford, ein- und auschecken. Es gab einen Fall, in dem meine Zimmerkarte nicht funktionierte, also musste ich den ganzen Weg zum Schwesterhotel gehen. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Ich empfehle das Herbert Hotel! :)

Die Lage ist gut. Gute Nachbarschaft mit vielen Busrouten in der Nähe. Zimmer vielleicht klein, aber dieses Hotel ist sauber und gemütlich. Nichts fancy, sondern es ist gut für das Geld.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Hoch empfohlen! Dieser Ort ist ein Stück der Geschichte San Francisco. Schöne verfärbte Glasfenster und dekorative Holztrim. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einzigartigem antiken Möbeln und Kunstwerk dekoriert. Keine zwei Zimmer haben die gleiche Dekoration. Das Personal nimmt stolz auf ihr Hotel. Jeder war willkommen und wirklich besorgt, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt genieße. Sie haben wirklich gute kostenlose Kaffee und alle Toiletten sind im Badezimmer verfügbar, so dass Sie nicht brauchen, Shampoo oder Seife zu bringen. Ich war nicht sicher, wie die gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionieren würden, aber es war nur gut. Sie haben viele Einzel-Dusche und Badezimmer. Ich musste nie warten, und da jedes Toilette- oder Duschezimmer ein eigenes Zimmer mit einer Tür hinter dir ist, geht niemand auf dich ein. Vollständige Privatsphäre. Sehr gute Lage auch! Es gibt ein fantastisches italienisches Restaurant unten. Trader Joe's ist ein Block entfernt, und Fisherman's Wharf nur ein paar Blocks darüber hinaus. Wandern Entfernung zum Coit Tower und dem Zig-Zag von Lombard Street. Dieser Ort ist großartig, und ich hoffe, hier nochmal zu bleiben.

Grundsätzlich aber ausreichend. Ich wünsche mir, dass sie warmere Farbtemperatur Lichtblase anstelle von am besten 5000K (Tageslicht), kann höher sein, was sehr lange ist und nicht entspannt für ein Hotelzimmer. Vernünftige Spaziergang von den wichtigsten Orten der Stadt, einschließlich kleiner Italien. Großartig, wenn Sie chinesisches Essen wie im Gegensatz zu China Town mögen.

Pros: perfekte Lage für Stadterforschung + kostenfreies Parken!!! Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Klimaanlage in der Suite. Kons: seltsamer Geruch, keine elektrische Kehle, Blätter schmutzig (mit Haar usw.), alte Möbel.

Das Hotel liegt am Union Square im Stadtzentrum und der Transport ist sehr bequem. Es ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof Dangdang entfernt. Es gibt viele Busse an der Bart Station und die 30. Tür kann direkt die San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge erreichen. Das Frühstück kann in den gegenüberliegenden Starbucks eingenommen werden. Entschuldigung für das Fehlen von Fotos im Zimmer. Die moderne Dekoration ist grundsätzlich sauber. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es in der Innenstadt zu viele Obdachlose gibt. Wenn es zu spät ist, wird empfohlen, nicht alleine auszugehen.
