Das Hotel liegt so nah an meinem Arbeitsplatz, dass ich mich am nächsten Tag wieder zurückholen konnte. Vielen Dank.

The location of the hotel is quite good, few minutes walk from Tenjin station, however, I didn't see there is any elevator or escalator from the station to street level, so if you are carrying a heavy luggage, that maybe a bit trouble. The room cleanliness is not up to standard, you will find it's quite dusty on the desk or the area near headboard, room is a bit small but it's fine for my solo stay. The window can be open is a plus to me, as I don't like to on the heat even winter time, most of the hotel cannot adjust the AC mode from heat to cold, so I prefer to open a bit of window to allow the ventilation and make the room a bit chill. Overall I am happy with my stay.

The hotel near Tenjin station can walk around5min. We stay as a couple the room is big than we think. The hotel near many reataurant. Shinshin ramen and sushiro. The staff are cute. We will come back again.

Had great stay with my family. Convenient location and facilities were good. Rooms were abit small but understandable given land constraints in Japan.

Hotel about 850 meters from subway room very clean but no coffee in my room but all it’s ok staff very nice

Great location. JR train from the hotel to Fukuoka Airport is only 15 mins away. Many shops and restaurants near the hotel

It’s a bit hot in the room as they only have heater on during winter season. and we have to ask the front desk for the fan and open window every night to sleep.

The lobby smelled bad but the rest of the hotel was great

Air con seems not working well. It was too hot even switched to cool mode instead of warm.

The location is nice, a lot of restaurants nearby as well as shopping mall and subway station. The staffs were also very helpful and polite. The amenity is well prepared to pick up that you no need to pack yours. Surely i will rebook this hotel next time.
