A stylish retreat for your coastal adventures. One short block to main street Garnet, and Felspar St., which has beach access, surf shops, Bike rentals, and fancy beachfront dining! This home is great for friends getaways, family vacations, or hosting your stay for local work commitments. This home is an open concept floorpan with tons of natural light. **Parking Space**We offer private parking spot in carport area in front of garage. Access through alley. Spot is tight. Back in. Access property through back gate next to parking spot. **Rooftop Deck**Access rooftop deck with ocean views from door on second floor hallway. Large deck for sunning on lounge chairs, entertaining in lounge area, or preparing dinner on the grill! Enjoy amazing sunset views and Seaworld fireworks in the summertime. This deck is great for relaxing, enjoying sunsets, and eating Alfresco under the stars. **Beach/Fitness Gear**We got you covered. Our home provides thick beach towels for each guest. 6 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs. 2 Tommy Bahama 7' beach umbrellas. Cooler, rolling gear cart, 6 boogie boards, 2 foam surfboards, sand toys, paddle ball, frisbee, water football, and bocce ball. Sporting equipment includes, 2 tennis rackets and balls, 4 pickleball rackets and balls, soccer ball, football, 4 skateboards, 3 yoga mats, barbell weights, and kettle balls. **Living Room**Open the french doors in the living room and smell the jasmine off the patio. The morning sun hits this area just right, and is my favorite spot to sip my morning espresso and soak up the rays. You can access the front yard and street from this private patio. This is a great area to come first after a day at the beach. Use the handheld shower to rinse off feet and sand toys or boards. Can store beach toys for the next days beach activities. The Smart TV and gas fireplace are ideal for cozy movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The sofa can be used as a queen bed for extra guests if needed. 1/2 bath located off living area. **Kitchen & Dining**Open concept on the first floor creates ideal space for entertaining and family gatherings. The large dining table has four chairs and a large bench that seats 2 large adults or 4 kids. Four counter stools at kitchen island provide space to dine, work, play games, or prepare a meal! The kitchen is outfitted with top of the line large and small appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. Additional speciality appliances we have, mini food processor, waffle maker, large family size Instant pot, coffee bean grinder, french press, hot water kettle, and a Keurig coffee machine. We provide herbal teas, espresso, decaf, and regular roast coffee. Fresh mint, sage, and rosemary are growing out in front. Please feel free to pick and use for your culinary adventures! **Bedrooms**Main room has king size bed. Palm room has queen size bed. Surf room has full bed with twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms are together located on the second floor. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Each bedroom has high-quality mattresses with hotel quality !00% cotton white linens. Pillows and duvets are alternative down products and hypoallergenic. For my down pillow lovers I have a down pillow in the closet of each bedroom. All mattresses, bedding, and pillows have protective encasements for added protection. Full length mirrors in the Primary and Palm rooms. Perfect for beach day prep or dinner out on Garnet! The Primary and Palm rooms both have the added luxury of ensuite bathrooms. The Primary has a large shower only bathroom, and the Palm has a shower/tub combo. These stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and large soft towels. Each room has i Phone chargers, noise machines, closet space, and suitcase stands to keep your belongings off the floor.*Please Note* Surf room will have to use the Primary or Palm rooms to shower or bathe. Primary bedroom has smart TV above desk perfect for in bed viewing. The Primary room also has a patio directly off room. Make a tea or fresh coffee from the coffee cart inside room and sit on the private balcony for a slow morning start. Cart includes tea kettle, cups, Keurig coffee maker, assorted herbal teas, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, honey, and stir sticks. **Garage**Beach gear is located in the garage. Grage is accessed through side walkway towards the alley. Towels in the storage cabinet and gear is hung on the wall. I have 3 yoga mats and various free weights for your use. Full size mirror on wall. Guest have full access to garage. **Walk to Everything**Because we are next to main street we do get a lot of foot traffic in front of home. We are in a lively area, however we are surrounded by homes with families, and young professionals. We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise down in the evenings. Garnet Street This street has EVERYTHING. Here are some spots to check out on Garnet during your stay. 1 BLK walk to Sprouts with all your grocery essentials during your stay. Better Buzz Coffee less than 1 BLK just around the corner....so you are buzzed up all day! Check out Arbor skate shop for an artistic take on surf and skate culture, just a 2 block 3 min walk from our place. The BEST Drunken Noodle I have EVER had is from the hole in the wall Orient Thai Cafe, right next to 7 Eleven only 1 BLK from our home. Garnet has so much to offer. Restaurants, shopping, yoga, coffee, bars, and let's be honest....great people watching and soaking in the Pacific Beach Vibes!Felspar StreetWhat a great street in the heart of PB. Just a short 4 BLKS walk to beach access at end of Felspar. On the last block of Felspar you can find bike rentals, beach gear rentals, South Coast surf shop, Urban Outfitters, and Brandy Melville. At the end of Felspar you can also find the Tower 23 Hotel, beachside resort and restaurant. Grab daily brunch from 9-3pm or try the Fried Brussel Sprouts and the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna! From the end of Felspar you can walk, bike, or skate the boardwalk, which is a 3.5 mile paved path that runs parallel to the beach. Wir liebt die allgemeine Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit der Crew am Frühstücksplatz, vor allem JC, der aufmerksam und engagiert war. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war aber atemberaubend. Am ersten Abend fanden wir Schmutz, Kleider und was aussehend wie getrocknete Puppe auf einem der 2 Betten, als wir uns in der Lage waren, uns zu Bett zu halten, vor Mitternacht. Wir mussten den Nachtvertreter anrufen, um zu ändern. Während er sich entschuldigt, hat das Hotel nichts zu überprüfen ist der nächste Tag. Wir erwarteten, dass das Hotel das verfolgt, aber niemand folgte uns überhaupt, obwohl wir mit ihnen 5 Nächte sagten. Das ist nicht, wie Marriott sein sollte.

When it comes to the room not that spacious but still cozy and relaxing vibes in addition to that is the bed and pillows is very comfortable . And it has a variety or restaurants inside of the hotel where u can choose from. And my most awaited to try is the pool it is gorgeous, stunning views. Overall experience is excellent.

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einer Halbinsel, vor und nach der Bay, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt ein paar Kilometer von der Downtown entfernt, und es ist auch bequem, zum Einkaufen zu fahren. Unterhalb des Parkplatzes gibt es 30 Messer pro Tag. Der Service auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut und es wird schnell gepflegt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas alt und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der die Meeresaussichten anschauen kann. Das Badezimmer ist im Allgemeinen sauber, aber das Badezimmer hat einen Wachs gefunden.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand und an der Bordwalk. Zimmer ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Sehr schönes Poolbereich mit direkter Aussicht und Zugang zum Strand. Die Rezeption konnte mir nicht mehr Details über das spät einchecken Angebot, das ich per E-Mail erhalten hatte, so es scheint, es gibt eine Entkopplung zwischen dem Online-Betrieb vs. Servicepersonal im Hotel. Andernfalls war alles gut und ich würde gerne wieder hier bleiben.

Allerdings ist das Geräusch von startenden und landenden Flugzeugen auf dem nahegelegenen Flughafen relativ laut und die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ abgewohnt. Der Standort der Jugendherberge ist in Little Italy. Es gibt so viele Restaurants in der Nähe, dass man nicht zu Ende essen kann. Es ist auch ein guter Ort für Touristen, um nachts herauszukommen. Das Zimmer hat eine Heizung, der Schrank ist etwas klein, man muss sein eigenes Schloss mitbringen, das Bett ist in das untere Etagenbett, das obere Etagenbett unterteilt, etwas kurz, man kann sich leicht den Kopf stoßen. Die Küche ist sehr groß und das Geschirr ist komplett, hervorragend. Sie müssen Pfannkuchen zum Frühstück besitzen und Haferflocken werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Tee und Kaffee sind kostenlos. Die Atmosphäre in der Jugendherberge ist sehr gut. Wenn Sie im zweiten Stock wohnen, gibt es nur eine Toilette, sodass Sie oft nach unten rennen müssen. WLAN ist oft getrennt und instabil. Die Kollegen in der Jugendherberge sind sehr nett und haben eine gute Einstellung. Es gibt eine Waschküche, aber nur eine Maschine. Immer noch ein gutes Hostel, gut aufgenommen.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Near airport and cruise port. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are pretty worn out but for one night it’s ok. They definitely need to update the windows, every time a train comes a long you can hear the sound from the railway crossing. Dieses Hotel ist das beste Hotel in der San Diego-Zone, in der wir geblieben sind. Sie sind etwa 5 Minuten Fahrt nach der alten Stadt und 15 von der Innenstadt und nur Schritte von Mission Bay Beach. Feiertagen hier einen Jahrestag und das Personal machte es noch erinnerelicher. Arcelio kümmerte sich um uns sehr gut. Er hat uns früh ins Auge gelassen und uns ein schönes Zimmer vor dem Ozean und nahe dem Pool/Bar/Restaurant. Er ging sogar aus und gab eine Tour des Resorts und eingeladen uns nach uns für komplimentäre s’mores später am Abend. Katie Concierge hörte unsere Rede und bat mich und mein GF nach unten für eine Flasche Bubble zu feiern. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Ein Tisch und eine Lounge-Typ Sofa in der Innenstadt mit einem Balkon über das Wasser blicken. Gästen nahe uns genossen ihre privaten Feuerzeuge, die wir sicherlich unseren nächsten Aufenthalt machen. Wir bestellen Zimmerservice vom Covewood Restaurant und sie waren nicht enttäuscht. Versuchen Sie ihre Pizza ! Danke Mission Bay Resort!

Die Hygiene ist normal, aber das Wasser kann nicht gut schließen.  Zur Eincheckung hat Schwester Muskey 2 Schalen Wasser für den vorderen Gast geboten, wir haben keine Fragen gestellt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Unser Zimmer ist zwischen einer Tür und der Seite geöffnet. Neben einer Tante steht ein Telefon und ein Gespräch ohne Aufforderung. Ich musste es halb Nacht lange hören 😅 Ich weiß nicht, ob es ein Geräuschverlust ist oder ein großer Tante ist.

Das gesamte Suite des Hotels bietet eine gute Landschaft, ruhige und reichhaltige Frühstücks-Omelet, das jetzt gemacht werden kann. In der Tat benötigt man eine Karte, die das jetzt gemachte Omelet benötigt, andere Frühstücks- und Geschenkkarten sind zugänglich, niemand spielt Rolle. Die Avis-Tafelhub im ersten Stock hat mir einige Probleme des Autos gelöst, ich werde das Auto nicht wechseln und dann einen Tag fahren und es wird nicht mehr. Die Menge an chinesischen Mahlzeiten im Untergeschoss ist groß, zwei Leute essen zwei Gerichte. Das Geschäftszentrum gegenseitig war nicht gefahren, es musste ein paar Schritte gehen, so dass ich das chinesische Restaurant, das das Hotel beherbergt, wunderschön dekoriert und gegessen hatte. Die Parkplätze sind zu teuer. Ich gebe Ihnen eine Kartenkarte, die einen Hotelgast beweist. Ich parkierte auf dem Boden. Ich möchte nicht in den Parkplatz in Avis, ich will nicht in den Parkplatz gehen. Ich sage der Rezeption, die Rezeption sagt, dass sie jederzeit parkiert. Diese große Tasche und kleine Tasche tragen Sie die Gepäcke. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, es gibt vier Sternen.

Sie erhalten ein gebrauchter Autoverkäufer fühlen sich an der Front Desk, aber, der Aufenthalt ist es wert, wenn sie nicht passiv aggressiv mit Ihnen werden. Es hat, dass Kalifornien 'kontrollieren alles' Typ-Nuancen .... Zimmer sind sauber, Sie werden nicht Angst, in die Betten zu kommen oder die Möbel verwenden. Kleiner Unterkünfte Pool und Personal macht Sie nicht unbehaglich, es zu verwenden. Cool Lage mit Blick auf den Hund Strand in OB, wenn Sie Glück haben, die Seite des Meeres zu bekommen.
