Sprengen Sie Changbaishan Pullman in die Luft! Tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis! Perfekt zum Hinlegen nach dem Skifahren oder für eine entspannte Tour. Pullman war schon immer die Wahl für Kosteneffizienz und Erfahrung unter den Fünf-Sterne-Hotels, und es gilt als sehr guter Standard unter den Hotels der gleichen Klasse in Changbai Mountain. Die allgemeine Dekoration und Ausstattung sind ziemlich gut, die Raumverteilung ist gut gemacht, der Gang ist ruhig und die Privatsphäre ist auch gut. Ich mag die Gemälde in diesem Haus, die Gemälde in den Korridoren sind auch sehr schön, die Lobby ist sehr stimmungsvoll und die Beleuchtung in den Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen ist sehr schön; Die Aussicht vom Zimmer mit Waldblick ist sehr gut. Der Waldweg vor dem Fenster ist sehr entspannend. Dieses Mal habe ich das Executive-Zimmer aufgewertet. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, der Fernseher ist sehr groß und es ist großartig, die Weltmeisterschaft zu sehen . . ; Lassen Sie mich auf die Verbesserungspunkte eingehen: Das Design der Badewanne ist unzumutbar, und ich habe lange gebraucht, um den Wasserablauf zu wechseln, und die Ablassschraube lässt sich nicht schrauben, die Frühstücksauswahl ist relativ gering und es gibt keine Messer und Gabeln für Tafelgeschirr; Abschließend möchte ich die Plattform loben: Die Hotelgutscheine sind zu günstig ~ der Kundenservice ist der Hammer!

Amazing view! It has been absolutely amazing stay. Pullman is the best hotel around and has comprehensive facilities and services. Manager 刘云飞 has been taking care of us during our stay and helped us throughout. Definitely come back.

Beautiful resorts. Excellent services. Super friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Fly Liu and Anna at the reception, we checkin late, and they provided us with lots of info. Sending us a reminder for ski sections and hotspring sections. Also, help us book a car for long distances drive. Dinner and breakfast buffets were awesome. Chefs were making freshly cooked noodles and pasta of your choices. Lots of variety. We love it! Will definitely stay here and recommend it to our friends.

Everything is so good, the staff is really nice. She offer me a dinner buffet at the hotel and breakfast🥹💖 what a lovely staff!! Both of their name is sean and anna🤍

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to try skiing or snowboarding and just have a relaxing getaway. I liked the location, it was not right next to the slopes so it was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel provided the transfer to the slopes or helped getting the taxi (it’s about 15 mins drive). The hotel staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Anna who was very kind and helped with everything I needed!

The hotel was delightful. We stayed there with dinner included and daily coffee and ice cream etc. The room very spacious with nice heating. We also enjoyed the skiing experience at the Nanshan ski resort.

Been to many places, their front desk service staff has the best services. Especially for Wenwen, Anna and Xiaocui, best service most helpful ever.

2 Restaurants are closed. No door man / greeting upon arrival. Property feels cold. Room size was good, plush bed. Nice bathroom. Shower needs a solid cleaning.. grouting is black. Breakfast was ok, decent Chinese variety and somewestern dishes, the hostess was the only staff member who greeted me during my stay.Around 8:00am a suited make manager walked in, looked around and helped himself to breakfast. Apparently he is in charge of the Restaurant.. could not observe him interacting with any guests.. Overall no value for money .. will probably choose an alternative next time

Good location (near Airport and Changbaishan West Ticket Center), clean room, and good facilities (heated swimming pool, gym, table tennis, pool table). The staff/manager Fly Liu is very attentive and provided excellent service and generous upgrade for our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The stay was lovely, the staff kept me informed about the status of the mountain opening, and were very helpful organising taxis, transfers etc. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, I recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
