A male hotelier who works at the counter in the morning, inflexible and unfriendly in attitude. I'd like to use breakfast ticket a day earlier. because my check out is before 6am. I can't understand their customer response . swimming pool is full of bugs

I would recommend this hotel to my fellow ofw. We came back from Canada and we decided to stay here because we have memorable memories here. And yes gained another beautiful memories 😊 This was taken last night. They were cousins.

All the staff are very accomodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and very quiet, you can relaxed. The free food is so yummy. I will surely recommend it to my friends and relatives. Overall, i will give 5 star rate. Thank you so much.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were particularly impressed with the breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back again soon. Highly recommended!

A good place to stay and very good food. The room is spacious.

Very satisfied with their service, any requests were quickly met husle free. Very clean too. I would like to mention for a request to include a standard/small breakfast in their double room charges instead of paying extra. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

We expected a smart tv in the room nonetheless the room is very spacious and comfortable. The grill buffet held at the swimming pool was not a very good experience. We waited for almost 40min for our order to be served, they missed to list down our order and the time we made a follow up is when we knew they forgot about our order. Overall the staff were all friendly and approachable. The facility is clean and the breakfast buffet was very good

We had a great and relaxing stay! Location is superb. It is near Festival Mall which is a massive mall in Alabang. All the staff are super friendly. Service is impressive. They willingly accommodated all our requests. Great selection also for their breakfast buffet. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

We love bellevue hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast food is superb.

Bellevue never fails to upset me whenever I arrived. But it is the closest hotel to my office, so I take it. Breakfast not the best. They have a good Japanese restaurant on second floor. Airport transfer is expensive but still better than being ripped off from the airport. Overall, there will be some unpleasantness. If you happened to be in the local holidays, you can forget about a late morning sleep. Lots of doors banging.

If you are traveling for business or leisure and need to be in Northgate, Alabang area then Bellevue Hotel is the definitely the place to be. Room is complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are a lot of food and other commercial establishments around the area as well.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. There isn't much to do in this hotel, ideal for short family staycation. Breakfast is fantastic with fresh fruits. We enjoyed our stay.

Showing its age, but still good. Bathroom is a but outdated and took awhile for the hot water to come in. Breakfast is also good for the price paid, except for the over-zealous cleaner who was furiously vacuuming at the lower floor while we were eating, it was enjoyable. Situated a bit further than the other hotels in the area, its still accessible and within a tolerable 800+ meter walk to Festival Mall.
