Absolutely love this place. The location is great, in the heart of town. The room is very large, clean, tidy and quiet. The kitchen is full of everything you need. The instruction is very clear. Highly recommend.

Simple check-in process. Have a lift which is convenient when I carrying heavy luggage. Nearby had food and bar (which closes late). Small city so simple to drive out to catch the northern lights. Best thing, has a washer & dryer. Perfect for me doing my laundry.

My wife and me were staying at room 202 on Sep 11, 3025. Room 202is at 1st floor. The room itself is pretty good, but the noise sound is very loud, not sure other rooms. The noise is constant, so it’s hard to go to sleep, both my wife and me were awake for almost whole night. I believe the owner or the manager was aware the loud noise, because 2 pair ear plugs were provided on night table, initially I thought the owner or the manager was sweet, but actually it’s a bad sigh already, I am pretty sure the previous customers complained this loud noise many times, but just didn’t do much to improve it, and want to trap more new customers. Hope the owner can refund me

We had a perfect say in the superior apartment. Proper kitchen, proper living room, and washing machine /dryer within the bathroom. The self check in is algo very convenient. Loved it!

The check-in process was hassle-free, using a convenient PIN system. Overall, K16 Apartment offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Akureyri!

During my trip around Iceland, this was my favorite place to stay. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and there's a laundry facility. It's perfect for families.

K16 located in town center, parking is free for guest! Room is spacious, you can enjoy cooking in the room. There are lots of supermarket nearby and they open until 8pm. Worth to stay here
