Staff is always on the lookout to provide you with help. The problem is here is only of network coverage, if you have jio you are sorted. There was no wifi, though the property manager(mahesh was generous is sharing his personal hotspot few times. I would genuinely promote this place for a peaceful weekend.

Good things first: excellent and highly responsive staff. Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)

This is the 2nd time we visited the Elegant waterfront. The place is huge and is beautifully maintained. Even a weeks stay wouldn't be boring at this place. If you are a nature lover you should definately visit. The rooms are clean and hygenic and are equipped with all amenities. When visiting please carry your own alcohol if you're a drinker since both the times we visited, the pub was not yet started as they say they didnot have an alcohol license yet and the nearest bars and wine shops are more than half and hour away. Also they could improve on quality and taste of food. The food here is too expensive and not worth for the cost. Rest everything is amazing.

Location of property doesn't matter if u are travel-ling in your own vehicle rooms are well mopped with phenyl etc and so are the common areas outside rooms pool is maintained, but they can do better. Near the pool they don't stock bath towels, so before getting into pool get the bath towels first it has 2 pools current cook makes very yummy food, both veg and non veg. Breakfast is also a good spread however restaurant room service is veey slow. Think they have kept less staff. May is holiday season for kids, hence they need to keep good staff during season to manage a houseful l resort. Only chicken is available, no seafood hotel rates are reasonable. Have nearly 24 hrs hot water in washroom executive rooms have mini fridge, hot water kettle, tea/coffee bags etc toilet has good provision for shampoo and hair conditioner, handwash ac functions well

They say they are renovating rooms but what they have done is paint the room & change the light. Bedsheets & towels have holes & are yellow coloured. They don’t have rooms or some arrangement for senior citizens, stay, nor do they give rooms to senior citizens near the lift. They have typical Puneri attitude - “take what we are offering you or go elsewhere” as I feed they know they get good business, so they give a dam to feedback/reviews.

I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Das Zimmer ist groß genug, um allein zu leben, sehr sauber. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass es keine Tragerei gibt. Ich wünschte, das Frühstück wäre etwas westlicher, aber aufgrund der wenigen Wahlen bin ich enttäuscht, weil die meisten Indianer essen. Aber es ist einfach und sauber, also möchte ich es beim nächsten Besuch in Puna noch einmal verwenden.

Mantra hotel is the Best Hotel. The room is Near and Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shower is working with hot and cold water properly. The towel is pretty new. The bedsheet and pillows are really comfortable. I slept happily. Walkable distance from Main Road. Recommended for Good families. I would like to recommend it to all types of travellers. As shown in pics, same as it is. Reasonable price. Would be appreciated, if they maintain in long rum with the same neatness and prices.
