Excellent service in the restaurant and also my housekeeper was attentive and checked each day to see I had everything I needed. Lovely property but the staff make it special. A two-week stay was enjoyable throughout.. Thank you for your hospitality Hilton.

It was a private meeting in Bahra room. Where the sales manager - conference and event Ms. Rosalee Jordan thankfully made it very smooth and easy to fulfill everything in a quick response via email. The room was satisfying with all presentation tools, screen, the lights, and the coolness. I would love to thank Mr. Belal for his great efforts to handle my work from the beginning, the room settings, the course equipment, the whole service to my clients, tea, coffee and the lunch time. Another many thanks from the other shift to Mr. Farhad for being helpful to handle the rest of the course, helped me a lot to continue to the last moment. A great thank you for Mr. Mofiz the technician who made everything successfully done.

Used the spa, Nina was so good for the massage, she ensured I was comfortable with the pressure, she worked on my problem areas and overall was just so attentive and brilliant. Menaka was sweet and very helpful at the reception too. The rest of the staff are great here too and I’ve never been disappointed with the services here. Always a brilliant service at the hilton Spa! ☺️

Unprofessional behavior observed at the SPA reception desk: It is disheartening to witness such a lapse in customer service at a reputable establishment like this one. I had made a reservation for two massages, ensuring that it was for my wife and myself, several days in advance. The receptionist had acknowledged and confirmed this arrangement with me. However, I was later informed that they only had a slot available for my wife, as if I had not made a booking for myself. The accusatory tone used by the receptionist was unwarranted and disrespectful. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that none were present. Despite expressing my intention to file a complaint, the receptionist appeared indifferent. Consequently, I opted to cancel the booking and expressed my decision to refrain from future visits.

Last evening was excellent for us and we all had a great evening My kids had ice cream plus we had cake with delicious cup of coffee on other hand excellent hospitality by sushila very much impressed thank you for providing us such a great service Thank you again for entire staff

Very nice stay.. Enjoyed the breakfast for 2 weeks.. Mr. Narayana was nicely taking care of room needs.. A nice open space for business meeting and nice and safe private beach, pool makes it work for both business and families. All good and wish the renovated hotel (planned in coming months) makes tons of more happy customers
