Also known as the Zona Romantica and just steps away from Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo street where you will find numerous cafes, restaurants and the famous Los Muertos Beach. All within a three-minute walk from your home.This sophisticatedly decorated condo features all custom-made furniture, original art, high quality furnishings and linens. The master suite has a king size bed and ensuite bath. Both the bedroom and living room have mini split air conditioning, SMART TV with Firestick Media Streaming with 100's of options. Both rooms open onto a beautiful open air relaxing balcony where you can dine, entertain or just read a book.The Selva Romantica development features one of Puerto Vallarta's greatest infinity pools with views of the city and partial bay. There is also an adequate gym on the property to keep up with your workouts.This unit also features a Telmex phone for unlimited local and international calling. The living hosts a 55" HD SMART TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience as well as a fully equipped kitchen.Please Note: This unit does not have an elevator and there are several stairs to access the unit. Construction Notice: Puerto Vallarta has become a very popular tourist destination that is now experiencing more than average increase in construction sites in the Romantic Zone. The construction normally happens Monday to Saturday between working hours, but there is no guarantee. You may use whatever condiments and spices that are available in the kitchen.• There are two beach towels available for your use outside the condo and at least four sets of bath towels for use inside. Please do not take bath towels to the pool or beach.• Our homeowner’s association requires that no breakable containers be used by the pool (non-breakable beverage containers are provided) and that no clothes or towels be hung from the windows or railings. • Lost keys mean the locks must be replaced at your expense. Please contact the concierge if keys are lost for a replacement.• Please minimize your use of the A/C, not leaving it on when you leave, or operating it with doors and windows open.Hold HarmlessThe property owners will be held harmless for any problems, injuries, loss or damage to the property or to any persons occupying the rental property. Problems relating to construction and construction noises are not controllable by the property owners and we will in no way be held responsible.Number of GuestsThe number of guests shown at the end of the agreement is the maximum allowed to occupy the rental property. Amazing location, within easy walking distance to great entertainment, nightlife, restaurants, shops, galleries, parks, and of course beach attractions.Unit: Large one-bedroom, two-full bathroom unit, that sleeps up to four people comfortably (two in the master bedroom, two on a fold-out bed in the living room). - The living room features a large L-shaped couch and fold-out couch bed, 40" HDTV with Roku. Marble floors; granite countertops. AC unit. - Master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, HDTV 4K with Roku, two-person balcony with a view of the surrounding neighborhood, large private bathroom, personal safe, and closet space.- Large guest bathroom with shower, accessible off the living room.- Kitchen with all modern amenities including a dishwasher.- Laundry room with full washer and dryer.- Fast Fiber-Optic Wifi (200 MBPS)Common Areas: a rooftop with heated saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, fire hearth, bar, lounge areas, grill, WiFi, and a sweeping 360-degree view of the city, ocean, and mountains. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, jede Nacht um 21 Uhr eine kostenlose Show, aber ich genieße die Abwechslung nicht, weil nur lokale Aufenthalte, der Strand kein klares Wasser schmutzig und am Strand möchte ich mich entspannen, die Sonne genießen, um sich vor Ort zu bräunen? Kommen Sie vorbei, um Sachen zu verkaufen, die so nervig sind. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Tut mir leid zu sagen. Ich bleibe lieber zu Hause, gehe zu meinem Heimatstrand. enttäuscht.

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Auf der Suche nach Reisen mit der Familie? Sehr empfohlen! Dieses luxuriöse Hotel mit einem ”Boutique” Vibe und hervorragenden Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eines der besten in PV (haben in Sheraton, Westin verblieben). Der Pool ist gut gepflegt, die Kinder Spielzimmer ist awesome (Dank Bibiana!). Das Eigentum ist sehr modern, sehr gut gepflegt, obwohl die Zimmer ein wenig klein sind. Wir blieben auch am Marriott in Cancun, ähnliche Erfahrung. Bestes Budget Luxus Resort in PV.
