Also blieben wir hier vor und nach unserer Safari Tour in Pretoria. Erster Aufenthalt war OK. Schreckliche Dusche/Badezimmer und das Essen war teuer für Abendessen und Frühstück. Zweiter Aufenthalt war eine gewaltige Veränderung. Sie lesen unsere erste Bewertung und als wir 12 Tage später nach unserer Tour ankamen, sprachen sie über unsere Duschefrage und bekam uns ein schöneres Zimmer mit guter Dusche. Das Personal und der Front Desk hörten uns wirklich zu und machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr willkommen. Mein Mann verlor am Tag, an dem wir für unsere Tour verließen, einen persönlichen Artikel (kein realer Wert) und wir sagten dem Front Desk, dass wir das Zimmer überprüften und es nicht gefunden konnten. Wir wussten nicht einmal, wo wir es verloren. Nun, als wir 12 Tage später zurückkamen, stellte uns der gleiche Vorderbüropräsident seinen verlorenen Artikel vor und wir waren so schätzungsvoll. Eine Sache für 12 Tage zu halten und uns zu erinnern, war es wert! Wir haben auch noch ein anderes Objekt auf der Tour verloren und das Personal hat uns nicht einmal informiert, dass wir in 2 Tagen zurückkommen! Die Sicherheit in Pretoria ist uns nicht bekannt, aber das war nahe genug zum Luffa Park, der für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt erstaunlich ist; einige der besten Lebensmittel, die wir für unsere 3-wöchige Reise hatten. So ist die Lage ziemlich gut IMO. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und wir hatten keine Probleme, die die Treppen in unser Zimmer zu navigieren.

Sehen Sie direkt über das Pretoria Union Building in Südafrika. Ganz zugänglich. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz im Untergrund ist geräumig, so ist es sehr gut zu bedienen Autos Das Bad war auch sehr gut in einem geräumigen Zimmer. Zunächst einmal war es großartig, mit Kindern zu bleiben. Mit zwei Kindern für eine kurze Familienreise Es war ein gutes Hotel für den Aufenthalt.

The hotel failed to provide electricity to charge phones, hair dryers couldn't be switched on, laptops couldn't be switched on. The reason for the trip was to attend a function. The phones being off meant that one was cut off from communication. After asking reception in the morning, I was confidently told the generator only works for lights. Consider ppl travelling into pta from far in future generator purchase please. Even if u lease it. It will go a way

Wir prüften zu spät, wurden bei der Parkeinfahrt von einem hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter begrüßt und von einem kompetenten Kellner bei der Rezeption serviert. Alles ging sehr reibungslos und schnell. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und organisiert und wir fühlten unverzüglich zu Hause. Das Zimmer war geräumig und spotless. I was travelling to Namibia and used this hotel for an overnight stay. It is about a 35 minute taxi ride from Johannesburg airport at night. Almost all the distance was on a secure highway. The hotel is located in a very good location in Pretoria, next to a sports stadium. The central part of Pretoria was an easy 5 minute ride away. The hotel is in fact located in a complex with a sports stadium, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, and other amenities. It is very secured as it is cordoned of by fencing and security. The staff was pleasant, greeted me and smilingly gave me my room details. I had a beautiful clean room with fresh bedding, a shower, some amenities, and a good night's sleep. There was a nice sky bar with good late night food and music. It was nice sit in the bar and enjoy the Pretoria Skyline. There is a pool in the roof. Breakfast was a good spread. It was a nice experience at this hotel.

When we arrived to check-in the lady at the counter couldn't access our booking which I had made on *********** and she made it seem as if this was our fault which was a bit frustrating. We had to wait quite a while until she was able to access it to confirm that I had already paid for the booking. The hotel itself was beautiful. The carpets in the bedrooms should be removed or updated as they are old and stained and spoils an otherwise lovely room! The biggest issue we faced was that the generator stopped working during our stay...mind you this was during a heatwave and the situation was handled poorly by staff. We had to go to our rooms early because staff was closing down the bar and outside area when loadshedding kicked in. They had no emergency lights at all to give to guests to use in the rooms which besides being unacceptable is also a safety risk. What if someone gets hurt or injured on your property in the dark? The staff had no response to anything except to say that they could not help us with anything and could not even look us in the eye. My parents who are in the 70s had to make their way up the stairs and be in their rooms with no lights available at all. The hotel is dark in general and with no lights on at all was not a pleasant experience. How were people supposed to use the bathroom as well in the dark? Staff should have also atleast made sure people had enough water as there was a heatwave with no aircons. Extremely disappointed that we paid to stay at this hotel and did not receive the general facilities we should have had and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. Very disappointing to have paid so much for this experience

We stayed at this hotel twice in March 2023. Whilst it was 'ok' there were several features which need attention if it is to retain any semblance of a quality hotel. 1. Checkin procedures were interminable ..... expect to wait 20 mins minimum to check in whilst staff fiddle with computers, papers, passports, photocopies, preparation of keys etc. This process needs streamlining. 2. There are NO phones in the rooms. Rather you must have a smart phone and log in via a QR code and then do whatever .... we did not have phones and had to physically go down to reception to report problems. 3. The a/c in room 1 did not work. We went down to reception but nothing was done. 4. The room safe did not work in room 2. Attention to these issues needed as they reflect an underlying issue with management.

Sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier. Dieses kleine Hotel am Ende einer ruhigen, blauen Straße, gut gelegen für die N1 und N4 Autobahnen. Die Parkplätze sind sicher, die Mitarbeiter waren brillant sehr freundlich und informativ. Das Essen war von hoher Qualität, obwohl ein sehr begrenztes Abendessen Menü. Gutes Aussehen vom Speisezimmer. Ich mochte das Layout dieses Hügelgebäudes. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und die Gärten waren klein, aber gut ausgelegt mit kleinem Pool, Jacuzzi und Wasser-Funktionen/Dämmen. Die berühmten 'jacaranda' Bäume stehen gerade auf der Straße und sie sind sehenswert! Die einzigen Grippe, die ich hätte, ist, dass das Zimmer etwas kalt und laut in der Nacht wegen des Verkehrs, Flugzeuge usw. Keine Lärm-beständig. Nur ein paar Ohrschneider. Frühstücksservice war langsam (auf Wochentagen) Aber insgesamt war dies ein toller Ort zu bleiben, hervorragende Wert für Geld, und ich würde es jedem empfehlen :-)

I wouldn't really have chosen this kind of hotel, as I prefer smaller and more family accommodation, but the place where I booked made a booking mistake and they placed me here. We struggled to find as the parking is not really close to the main entrance on ground floor. Nobody told us to drive 6 levels up... The rooms are standard and equipped with the essential. I didn't like the fact that they try to charge you 25R of parking every time you get a new ticket... I assume it is convenient for those wanting to stay in the middle of town, as it is quite centrally located. Not really found of the shopping mall atmosphere, but again, this is my personal opinion.

Friendly staff. However quite unprofessional. One prefers to have their breakfast in peace, some of the staff members were grouped right in front of the elevator with a view, chatting as if they didn’t have work to do which was quite disturbing as this is just by the dining area. When you stand up to dish up for yourself- they’re starring. Also, the aircon has a “heat” option which when you switch to, the temperature is rather cold. The double room has head lamps attached to the board just above the bed but had no bulbs. The noise coming from the passages are unbearable. You can’t sleep or nap peacefully.

Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren besonders schön - die erste Etage Lobby mit einem schüttelnden Feuer führte zu einer gemütlichen Bar und einem gut größenreichen Restaurant, das kurzfristig anständige Lebensmittel aufbrachte. Auch schöne Dekoration - wie die Bilder von Kricketboden in der Halle führen bis zum Restaurant (wobei sehr angemessen, wie viele Zimmer auf Centurion Park Kricketstadion aussehen). Insgesamt, ein guter Ort, um in der Gegend zu bleiben.

We stayed at Mongena for a week and got married there on the Saturday night. So we've been interacting with Marina and her team for nearly a year planning the wedding. We had the most amazing time. All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely professional and treated us really well. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after. The food is incredible - everything we ate was delicious. The grounds are very well kept and there are zebra, springbok and nyala roaming around, which are beautiful to look at. We went on a sunset cruise and two game drives, and saw a lot. The rangers were professional and knowledgeable, while also being helpful. The wedding was incredible - Marina is the most amazing organiser and every member of her team worked very hard to make the wedding a success. Everyone had a good time. We had people stay over on the Friday night before the wedding and it was great to have more time to interact with our guests. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it. Bonus that it is so close to Johannesburg and OR Tambo airport.

Das Hotel ist für eine Nacht mit einer Gruppe von Studenten. Das Hotel ist für seinen Preis guten Wert. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und ok für eine Nacht oder zwei. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber nicht zu effizient mit Eincheckung, die nahezu eine Stunde dauerte. Wir hatten Abendessen, Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel. Das Essen war ok, aber es war keine Frills oder Service, nur anständig und relativ erschwinglich. Ich fühle mich, dass mit der Menge des Verkehrs das Hotel hat, dass mehr hier getan werden kann. Der Garten ist sehr schön eingerichtet und großartig, um ein Essen zu genießen oder zu entspannen. Das Personal war aufpassen und nachdem wir mit ihnen verbunden waren, war nichts zu viel, was großartig war. Insgesamt ein guter und erschwinglicher Ort, um in Pretoria zu bleiben.

Das Geusthaus war erstaunlich. Es hatte nur ein bisschen Probleme mit dem Rollstuhl. Ich würde vorschlagen, einen festen Dusche mit Behindertenschleifen in der Dusche zu installieren. Auch im Toilette. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war auch nicht wirklich für den Einsatz von Rollstuhl geeignet. Außer für das werde ich das definitiv anderen empfehlen und hier stimmen stsying selbst sgain.

Brooklyn ist das privat geführte, menschenfreundlichste Bed & Breakfast, in dem ich in diesen Jahren gelebt habe. Das jahrhundertealte Haus verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit Swimmingpool. Das Wohndesign im Raum ist sehr künstlerisch. Lebende Menschen. Hochwertiges Frühstück, ausgezeichnete Lage, günstige Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Umgebung, im ruhigen Viertel Brooklyn, relativ sichere Gegend in Südafrika. Das Frühstück war von hoher Qualität, das Kaffee- und Obstomelett war lecker und der Service war nicht zu sagen. Wir haben unser Bestes gegeben, um alle unsere Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, und wir fühlen uns wirklich wie zu Hause! empfehlen!

The hotel is in fact located in a complex with a sports stadium, restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, and other amenities. It is very secured as it is cordoned of by fencing and security. The staff was pleasant, greeted me and smilingly gave me my room details. I had a beautiful clean room with fresh bedding, a shower, some amenities, and a good night's sleep. There was a nice sky bar with good late night food and music. It was nice sit in the bar and enjoy the Pretoria Skyline. There is a pool in the roof. Breakfast was a good spread. It was a nice experience at this hotel.

This hotel is average at best. We stayed for a night to attend the Backstreet Boys concert so whilst it catered for our needs, it was such an average experience that I think I should have given it a skip (the hotel, not the concert). The good points: friendly staff on check-in and generally good service. The room was comfortable and spotless. The bad points: the bathroom was not nice. Tiny toilet and shower cubicle with pipes that made a huge noise when the hot water was turned on and barely any counter space to keep items from your vanity case. The breakfast was included in the room charge and I was really looking forward to this. But, whilst they had a huge variety, the taste was not good. My omlette was undercooked (the cheese didn't even melt), the pastries were not fresh, bordering on stale and the coffee was really awful. All in all, not a terrible experience because we were there for such a short time but I did expect better and I definitely won't stay there again which is unfortunate because the Sun Bet arena, which is next to the hotel (maybe 100m) seems to be the preferred concert venue these days.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Dies ist bereits der dritte Aufenthalt. Bleiben Sie hier, wenn ich das nächste Mal gehe. Das Umfeld ist gut und der Chef ist sehr enthusiastisch. Mein Rückflug war am Abend, und die Chefin bat mich, bis zur Nacht hier zu bleiben. Schön. Dankeschön!

Was für ein schöner Ort. So viele Dinge zu tun, und alles so leicht zugänglich. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant ist erstaunlich! Gute Preise, leckere und massive Mahlzeiten! Der einzige Grund, warum ich 4 Sterne bewertet habe, war die Dekoration in den Zimmern. Es ist mehr eine Sache des persönlichen Geschmacks wirklich.

Mehrere unserer Familie aus dem Cape nahmen an einer Familienverheiratet in Pretoria teil und mieten 4 Wohnungen im Regency. Die Wohnungen waren sehr nett, sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Sicherheit. Aber leider gab es einige Probleme, vor allem mit warmem Wasser und ein paar kleine Wartungsarbeiten, d. h. , Kupfertüren und Schleifen los von Hüften, Löcher in Schlafzimmertüren, gebrochenes Fenster usw. Seit unserem Ankunftsdatum Donnerstag Abend war die einzige Zeit, dass wir warmes Wasser für die Dusche hatten, am Sonntagmorgen. Als wir am Donnerstag Nachmittag ankamen, gab es eine Notiz im Aufzug, die bestätigte, dass das Wasser am Donnerstag ablaufen wird. Wir haben den Agenten, der uns zu unseren Wohnungen begleitet hat, um die Wasserfrage gefragt und er bestätigte, dass die Wasserversorgung wieder aufstand. Leider war es nur das kalte Wasser. Am Freitag hatten wir noch kein warmes Wasser und mussten im Winter kalte Duschen nehmen. Samstagmorgen nach mehreren Nachrichten gingen einige Familienmitglieder nach der Rezeption, um sich zu beschweren. Die Rezeption informierte sie, dass niemand zur Verfügung war, um das Problem zu betrachten. Einer unserer Familienmitglieder ist ein qualifizierter Elektroingenieur. Er bot an, das Problem zu betrachten. Zusammen mit einem der Mitarbeiter fand er, dass das warme Wasser für die Wohnungsebene des Gebäudes ausgeschaltet wurde und dass das warme Wasser nur für die Hotelseite verfügbar war.

Ein erstaunlicher Ort mit großen Zimmern, sogar Standardzimmer sind gemütlich, schön genug und praktisch. Zimmerfenster sind nicht langweilig. In allen Zimmern, die ich geblieben habe, waren Fenster immer auf einen interessanten Blick, sei es die Umgehung mit den Skulpturen, die Sonnenaufgang-Licht und Spiegel in anderen Gebäuden, die Hauptstraße-Sehen- auf-die-Sonnen-******, oder auf den Pool oder auf die Vibration die Restaurants im _plaza_ exuberate. Nicht alle anderen allgemeinen Details wie die Lage, usw. erwähnen.

Dieser Ort ist erstaunlich und die Exekutivzimmer sind so luxuriös, sicher 5 Sternen. Unser Frühstück war erstaunlich. Der Pool ist auch erhitzt, was für ein Nachtschwimmen toll ist. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, ist, dass die AC nicht während der Ladevorführung arbeitet, was es schwierig macht, in den Sommernachten zu schlafen. Wir hatten auch nichts für Moskitos, so dass die Türen öffnen in der Nacht eine Herausforderung war. Andernfalls würde ich definitiv zurückgehen!

Sehen Sie direkt über das Pretoria Union Building in Südafrika. Ganz zugänglich. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz im Untergrund ist geräumig, so ist es sehr gut zu bedienen Autos Das Bad war auch sehr gut in einem geräumigen Zimmer. Zunächst einmal war es großartig, mit Kindern zu bleiben. Mit zwei Kindern für eine kurze Familienreise Es war ein gutes Hotel für den Aufenthalt.

Wir prüften zu spät, wurden bei der Parkeinfahrt von einem hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter begrüßt und von einem kompetenten Kellner bei der Rezeption serviert. Alles ging sehr reibungslos und schnell. Die Einrichtungen waren sauber und organisiert und wir fühlten unverzüglich zu Hause. Das Zimmer war geräumig und spotless. Checkout ging so reibungslos und ich muss das Wort an meiner Seite benutzen. Danke Ben und Ihr Team, Ihr Hotel ist ein Stilbecken.
