The staff of the hotel is very very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The location is the best one can get in mumbai. The room size is a little small than what one expects especially the washrooms. Also the bedding is old, although clean. For the price the hotel charges, it is a good place to sleep rather than stay.

Please be careful, this hotel doesn't have a parking. You have to park on road which is not legal nd police can anytime send you a challan. Staff not responsive, even after calling them for help, they didn't bother to attend you unless you are foreigner, then they will be around you. Experienced myself

Allerdings ist das Personal großartig, vor allem das freundliche Rezeptionsteam. Die Lebensmittelqualität ist schlecht und überpreist, aber es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß. Sie finden auch lokale Geschäfte, Salons, Bakeries und kleine Verkäufer in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sicher, also keine Sorgen um die Sicherheit. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, so dass sie vor allem für alleinreisende geeignet sind.

Dieses charmante Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr warm und freundlich und sorgt für ihre Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und erinnert mich an 5 Sternen Eigenschaften von der Rückseite in den 90er Jahren. Ein guter Ort, um Hosting zu bestellen, da sie einen großen Raum haben, um alle verschiedenen Funktionen usw. zu organisieren. Nur der größte Nachteil ist die Ausrichtung des Hotels. Ich empfehle wirklich den Besitzern/***Agement eine andere Aufzugs- und Treppelobby zu bewogen, da das Hoteldesign so ist, dass die Zimmer ziemlich weit von der Hauptaufzugslobby entfernt sind und es sich als eine Mühe, von einem Ende zu einem anderen zu reisen

Ich meine, es ist erschwinglich, aber perfekt. Große Lage, wirklich angenehme und saubere Zimmer, aber das, was diesen so guten Aufenthaltsort macht, ist das Personal. Die Lage ist gut. Der Strandboulevard eignet sich zum Spazierengehen und Betrachten. Es ist nicht weit vom India Gate entfernt und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Fenster-Klimaanlage, elektrischer Ventilator und Badezimmer sind ziemlich sauber. Hausschuhe werden nicht gestellt. Das Frühstück wird serviert, aber es wird bestellt und aufs Zimmer geliefert. Das Hotel ist alt, der Aufzug gehört zur manuellen Schiebetür, die einen Retro-Geschmack hat.

The staff was really nice and is very willing to help you. The room was clean. Besides being near to a beach, the area the hotel is in is not that good. Near it are a few businesses that play very loud music every day, 'till about 1.30 AM. Add to that the location near the airport with planes taking off and you're in a very noisy area. I guess the building and rooms of the hotel once were very nice, but nowadays it exudes faded glory. Much is looking old and not well taken care of (e.g. water taps, toilet, doors, old sheets, wood). After a few days, you can get used to that, but it exudes decay.

Preisweise vernünftige Lage. Vernetzung ist auch eine gute Lage, um historische Orte rund um das Colaba-Gebiet zu erkunden. Aber sehr geräusch e während der Nacht, weil nur neben der Hauptstraße. Ich wähle auch Frühstücksoption, aber lieferte begrenzt. Die Hauptfrage ist Parkplatz. Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, also müssen Sie draußen parkieren und bmc geladen 700 Rupie pro Tag. Insgesamt ist für einen Nachtaufenthalt ok.

It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

The location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Given below are the pros and cons pros: great location, nice rooms, good food, fast service, friendly checkin/checkout process cons: the signboard of the hotel is not visible prominently in the ground level. This hotel sits on top of another hotel (hotel strandt) and it becomes difficult for one to realize that while coming to the hotel for the 1st time. Breakfast has very limited options, though the food taste is good. Minor cons which are more than offset by the pros. Note: this hotel has one of the best fresh lime soda! definitely worth staying and would come again!

Ich liebe alles über dieses Hotel. Es ist so nah an der Marine, ich meine, ich muss nur durch die Straße gehen und das Meer ist gerade vor mir.
