Please be careful, this hotel doesn't have a parking. You have to park on road which is not legal nd police can anytime send you a challan. Staff not responsive, even after calling them for help, they didn't bother to attend you unless you are foreigner, then they will be around you. Experienced myself

The area is not good. The bathroom was not cleaned also it has leakage. They allowed us early check in as we were going to check out early. We asked them to give breakfast at the checkin which was included in the stay, but first they refused that they can give next day during checkout only. Later they gave us breakfast but asked for charges. Overall it was okay type of stay.

Dieses charmante Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr warm und freundlich und sorgt für ihre Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und erinnert mich an 5 Sternen Eigenschaften von der Rückseite in den 90er Jahren. Ein guter Ort, um Hosting zu bestellen, da sie einen großen Raum haben, um alle verschiedenen Funktionen usw. zu organisieren. Nur der größte Nachteil ist die Ausrichtung des Hotels. Ich empfehle wirklich den Besitzern/Verwaltern, einen anderen Aufzug und Treppelobby zu bewogen, da das Hoteldesign so ist, dass die Zimmer ziemlich weit von der Hauptaufzuglobby entfernt sind und es sich als eine Mühe, von einem Ende zu einem anderen zu reisen

This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it. These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place. Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

An 1800s themed hotel which has really beautiful interiors. The service was top-notch and the staff is really hospitable. This was my second time staying here and I wouldn’t think twice before booking here again. Location is close to the airport but getting through the traffic can be a little tricky. They even gave us 2 complimentary drinks and really made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever been. Love it!

It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

Das schöne historische Hotel ist im Süden von Mumbai gegenüber dem Gateway von Indien ikonisch. Das Clubzimmer war schön und gut eingerichtet. Dienst war freundlich, aber die Anfragen aus dem Zimmer waren etwas langsam zu beantworten und wir trafen nicht den „Butler“, der für uns während unseres Aufenthalts verfügbar sein sollte. Es gab einige Bauarbeiten, die direkt über unserem Zimmer auf dem Dach stattfanden, während unseres Aufenthalts, der deafensvoll laut war, es dauerte 3 Anrufe an das Frontdesk, um eine enttäuschende Resolution zu finden. Auf dieser Hotelstufe hätte ich zumindest eine Warnung erwartet, bevor die Arbeit begonnen hat, und einen Plan, wie man seine Auswirkungen auf uns ohne Beschwerden abmildern kann. Die Erfahrung, dass ein Toddler einen Nachmittagsnap brauchte, während die Jackhammers die Decke schwingen, war nicht von uns gefallen. Zu ihrem Gutschein haben sie die Arbeit für 2 Stunden aufhören, um unser Kind nap zu lassen, aber die Erfahrung verringerte die Wertschätzung des Taj Aufenthalts.

In der Nähe des Meeres und des India Gate, sehr praktisch. Die Aufzüge und Zimmer sind alt, die Handtücher hart wie Pappe, es gibt keinerlei Toilettenartikel, nicht einmal Becher für Trinkwasser und zum Waschen. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenig Abwechslung. Der Kellner nahm unsere Pässe entgegen und sagte, er würde sie in 15 Minuten auf unser Zimmer schicken. Wir warteten fast eine Stunde und als wir sie abholen wollten, holte er sie endlich aus seiner Tasche und gab sie uns zurück.

Wir reservierten eine King One Bedroom Suite mit Sea View - Rauchen. Aber während der Eincheckung fanden wir heraus, dass wir ein nicht rauchendes Zimmer bekommen. Nicht ein Deal-Breaker, aber es wäre gut für das Hotel, das Zimmer verkauft zu halten, wenn sie nicht bieten können, was gesagt wurde. Um zu kompensieren, haben sie uns auf das 2. größte Zimmer im Hotel mit sowohl der Meer- als auch Stadtblick, was schön war. Das Hotelzimmer war schön und geräumig, im Allgemeinen sauber, aber die Tassen und Brille im Zimmer waren überhaupt nicht sauber, das gleiche für das Frühstücksgebiet. Die Gäste waren sehr gut und freundlich, der Zimmerservice war schnell und sie nahmen große Pflege für ihren Gast, als es kam, um Frühstück zu servieren. Die Lage des Hotels ist einer der besten in Mumbai, und die Aussicht ist wunderschön - die Königin Hals. 100% empfehlen:)
