the location of the hotel was right on the signal of wankhede stadium gate no 2. its a 7 or 8 storey residential building and the hotel is on just one half of third floor.. but thats not a problem at all.. very hifi building so it’s a quite place, no nonsense or nuisance (which is good). the hotel sent me an email regarding it being on a floor of a residential building and other terms and conditions of the building, but one day prior of my check in.. this should have been clarified in hotel description (or maybe i just missed it) while booking but thankfully i didnt face any problem in my 3 days of stay and all the staff were very presentable and courteous.. the reception and passage are very tidy and have lots of mirror so it feels big and not cramped, a smart move.. the rooms were big enough, quiet bright and airy, even rooms had lots of mirror (females would enjoy dressing up) the bed was comfortable for 2 people, 3rd person could easily sleep down on mattress and you would still have some space to move.. it also had a 2 seater sofa, a chair and a rocking chair apart from good storage space for your luggage.. the toilets were clean and everything was working properly.. towels were given fresh daily, body wash, shampoo and hand wash were of “dove” 👌🏼 breakfast provided was limited but tasty and sufficient. tea was good. the staff was courteous and helpful. i would surely choose this for leisure trip to mumbai

A very compact hotel in the most expensive area with comfortable pricing. The room was comfortable and clean with very supporting staff. The stay was an emergency booking as I had to stay at gateway of India for an early morning meeting. The hotel was the only option available as Taj Palace was on no availability status. Hotels of the same rating were not available and this came up as an only opting. It turned out to be very cost effective, clean and approachable. A great deal in total.

Erster Besuch in Indien, Mumbai, Indiens größter Stadt, allein. Das Hotel, das eine 1,5-stündige Taxifahrt entfernt ist, ist Rs 1.000 wert. Lass dich nicht täuschen. Im Zentrum von Kraba befinden sich die Ufermauer und der Kraba-Markt im Erdgeschoss. Sie sind sehr lebendig und traditionell. India Gate ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Ufermauer. Dieser Ort hat Zugang zu vielen authentischen indischen lokalen Kulturen. Gleichzeitig verfügt das Hotel über Reisegruppen für japanische ältere Menschen sowie andere Weiße. Es gibt kein Chinesisch, daher bietet das Hotel nur Informationen und Dienstleistungen auf Englisch an, kein Chinesisch. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück, obwohl es nicht viele sind, finde ich, dass sie alle sehr authentische indische Küche sind. Ich mag es von Person zu Person unterschiedlich, sehr sauber und der Service ist sehr enthusiastisch. Ich kann bis spät bleiben und ernst sein. Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer ist sehr, sehr allgemein und alt. Der Ctrip Diamond VIP kostet in 4 Tagen mehr als 3400 Yuan. Das Innere des Gästezimmers entspricht nur den 200 Yuan von Hanshang Hanting für 7 Tage. Es ist sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Mit Kissenbezug; Das größte Problem ist, dass die Klimaanlage riesig klingt und das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Der erste Tag des Aufenthalts spiegelte die Situation wider. Der Service reinigte nur den Klimaanlagenanschluss, aber es war trotzdem laut, auf keinen Fall, ich wollte den Standort nicht verschieben. So viel aus, dass ich fast Tinnitus bekomme, ich weiß nicht, ob andere Zimmer das tun. Dies ist besonders störend. Weibo: Zhu Xiaoxiansensen Es gibt relativ wenige Bilder. I reached early morning 3.am , I explained to the reception staff that I had a long flight connecting South Africa - Mauritius and Mumbai 31 hours and if I can get an early check-in , the staff namely Archie was fantastic , she asked me to rest and offered coffee , she managed to accommodate me , the staffs hospitality was excellent and the environment very friendly, my luggage was misplaced at the airport , the staff was compassionate and great .. excellent service and great hospitality . It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

In der Nähe des Meeres und des India Gate, sehr praktisch. Die Aufzüge und Zimmer sind alt, die Handtücher hart wie Pappe, es gibt keinerlei Toilettenartikel, nicht einmal Becher für Trinkwasser und zum Waschen. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenig Abwechslung. Der Kellner nahm unsere Pässe entgegen und sagte, er würde sie in 15 Minuten auf unser Zimmer schicken. Wir warteten fast eine Stunde und als wir sie abholen wollten, holte er sie endlich aus seiner Tasche und gab sie uns zurück.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is very much worth the money. The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff are also very attentive and friendly. The room was clean, had a good view, and is in a nice location. I have no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
