The hotel is situated at a very great point, marine drive is just 1 min walk away. You can reach easily here. Airport is just 1 hour away. Everything is near to the hotel. Staff is superb, was very helpful. We also had breakfast in our room which was delicious. Will definitely stay again if we ever come to mumbai.

Gut in Kolaba gelegen. Sehr nahe an allen touristischen Punkten. Gute und geräumige Zimmer, gut gepflegt. Einzig und allein müssen Sie zum nahegelegenen Eigentum der gleichen Gruppe gehen, um Frühstück zu haben. Dieser Ort ist nicht gut gepflegt und das Personal ist nicht angemessen ausgebildet. Sie scheinen mehr daran interessiert zu sein, die Innenpolitik zu diskutieren, als die Gäste zu dienen. Besser nehmen Sie Paket ohne Frühstück. Außer hier empfehle ich dieses Hotel, wenn Sie wohnen wollen, wo die Aktion ist.

The initial room we had been assigned was a little small but upon request, they moved us to a larger, airy, sunlit room with a balcony. The location was fantastic. My daughter and i were on a 2-day tourist visit to mumbai and this place was perfect for our purpose.

Хостел находится в симпатичном старом здании. Комната маленькая, в основном все занимает кровать, сама кровать удобная, чистое белье, ванная комната нормально оборудовано. Дороговато за небольшую комнату в хостеле, но проживание было комфортным и приятным

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Leider nur für einen Tag. Großer Ort zu bleiben in einer tollen Lage. Personal sind sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war ziemlich gemütlich. Ich hatte eine tolle Nacht schlafen. Ich würde das definitiv jedem empfehlen, auf dieser Seite zu bleiben.

Dieses charmante Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr warm und freundlich und sorgt für ihre Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und erinnert mich an 5 Sternen Eigenschaften von der Rückseite in den 90er Jahren. Ein guter Ort, um Hosting zu bestellen, da sie einen großen Raum haben, um alle verschiedenen Funktionen usw. zu organisieren. Nur der größte Nachteil ist die Ausrichtung des Hotels. Ich empfehle wirklich den Besitzern/***Agement eine andere Aufzugs- und Treppelobby zu bewogen, da das Hoteldesign so ist, dass die Zimmer ziemlich weit von der Hauptaufzugslobby entfernt sind und es sich als eine Mühe, von einem Ende zu einem anderen zu reisen

Die Lage ist gut. Der Strandboulevard eignet sich zum Spazierengehen und Betrachten. Es ist nicht weit vom India Gate entfernt und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it. These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place. Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room was incredibly luxurious, with comfortable furnishings and a tasteful design that made it feel like a true escape. It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

Der letzte Aufenthalt war besser - Mitarbeiter Saii und Rin sind wunderbar!! Ich hatte jedoch einen Vorfall, in dem ein Taxifahrer mich aus dem Hotel zerrissen und dann der Fahrer ging zum Hotel und manipulierte das Personal, um ihm mehr Geld zu geben, nachdem ich mich aus dem Hotel zerrissen hatte. Dann kam das Personal zu mir, um ihnen zu zahlen, dass sie aus dem Hotel zerrissen wurden. Es war lächerlich

It was a pleasant, less hassle stay at the landmark residency. Everything around was available conveniently. The rooms are pretty ok. We were a family of four incl children. N we stayed at the executive rooms, slightly expensive, but it served the purpose of the stay. Since its a veg hotel, breakfast was limited too. Would i stay there again if required? maybe a yes if i find nothing better than this.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and everything was fine, the bed was clean, the reception quickly checked me in, I asked to bring toilet paper since I am a foreigner and they brought it, there is good Wi-Fi and hot water, the staff were friendly, I recommend visiting this hostel

The hotel is decent to stay with family. the rooms are well kept and clean. Food is good and the buffet spread is also decent. The only area they need to work on is their service time. Room check in took us nearly 30 mins with the reception offering us tea and coffee... housekeeping also took nearly 30 mins to get extra towels and the extra bed. Apparently, they had a large number of guests that day. This episode apart, the service was good and the room was comfortable. Decent amount of parking space. The approach to the hotel is a bit dodgy and there is a mosque nearby and the noise from there can be irritating at times.

Beautiful historic hotel which is iconic in South Mumbai opposite the Gateway of India. The club room was beautiful and well appointed. Service was polite but requests from the room were a little slow to be responded to and we didn’t meet the ‘butler’ that was supposed to be available to us throughout our stay. There was some construction work happening on the roof directly above our room during our stay which was deafeningly loud, it took 3 calls to the front desk to get a resolution which was disappointing. At this level of hotel I would have expected at least a warning before the work started and a plan on how to mitigate its effects on us without us having to complain. Having a toddler needing an afternoon nap whilst jackhammers were pounding the ceiling was not an experience we enjoyed. To their credit they did stop the work for 2 hours to let our child nap, but the experience lessened appreciation of the Taj stay.

In der Nähe des Meeres und des India Gate, sehr praktisch. Die Aufzüge und Zimmer sind alt, die Handtücher hart wie Pappe, es gibt keinerlei Toilettenartikel, nicht einmal Becher für Trinkwasser und zum Waschen. Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenig Abwechslung. Der Kellner nahm unsere Pässe entgegen und sagte, er würde sie in 15 Minuten auf unser Zimmer schicken. Wir warteten fast eine Stunde und als wir sie abholen wollten, holte er sie endlich aus seiner Tasche und gab sie uns zurück.

I had a perfect experience at this hotel. It provides international standards and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Location for holidays is good as it faces directly to the lake. If for business trip, it might be a bit far from the city especially given the traffic conditions. Otherwise it is highly recommended.

We booked a King One Bedroom Suite with Sea View - Smoking. But during check-in we found out that we were getting a non-smoking room. Not a deal breaker but it would be good for the hotel to keep the room sold out if they cannot offer what is stated. To compensate they did upgrade us to the 2nd largest room in the hotel with both the sea and city view, which was nice. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, in general was clean, but the cups and glasses in the room were not clean at all, the same for the breakfast area. The staff was nice and accommodating, room service was fast and they took great care of their guest when it came to serving breakfast. The location of the hotel is one of the best in Mumbai, and the view is gorgeous - the queens necklace. 100% recommend :)
