Its location, albeit not with a great view and quite noisy, was very convenient and easy to connect to the rest of the city-centre, because of the public transport stops nearby. The room was spotless and the house-keeping was excellent. The only issue with the room was its not having hot water all the time and the WiFi being unstable, at times. The breakfast was quite good and offered plenty of options; the dining hall was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided an understanding listening ear for any issues there might had been. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is that I would prefer that there were more languages spoken in the hotel, to make it more accessible. Spent 7 nights at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel and it was excellent - from the comfort of the room (a City room so relatively basic) to the location (right in the centre), to the staff (full of recommendations). There are alot of really nice boutique hotels in Thessaloniki but I didn't regret staying here. The bed was so comfortable (especially for an afternoon nap!), the shower hot and powerful and the room relatively well sound-proofed (at least we didn't hear anyone upstairs which is so common in hotel rooms these days though some noise from the corridor). We missed a balcony but we were out most of the days so it was not a deal-breaker. The City room has a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine, a hair dryer that was not very powerful but did the job, enough wardrobe space with hangers and a safe. We were not at all fans of the glass bathroom wall but quickly closed the curtain that blocked the view from one room to the next and kept it closed until we left. It does require some trust as the curtain is on the outside of the bathroom! The room also has a handy tablet – use this for all of the info you might need during your stay. Breakfast was good – fresh OJ and eggs on request and though we didn’t eat there, the restaurant has a good and reasonably priced menu. The hotel has a small gym which in the end we didn’t use as it was in the basement and not the most inspiring space but they offer some great massage services and even a 30min back & neck massage is well recommended. Location-wise, the hotel is 30metres from a very lively square with numerous bars (the bars in Thessaloniki are super cool and behind graffiti’d shutters that you wouldn’t even imagine) and 5mins walk to the main eating and shopping areas and the seafront. It’s very well located though a Google maps search doesn’t do it justice, trust me, the location is excellent. If you plan to go to Thessaloniki to go to the beach, you have to go to Halkidiki (at least 1h10m away by car). It’s worth it but note the hotel is for a city stay and to grab some sea and sun, hiring a car and heading South is a must. (Recommend Auto365 for this). Would certainly return and stay here again.

She don’t even say please anyway so sad but I will bring my next guest for my next client, next time just simple ask your guest (sir/mme. With all respect can we please have the payment for the extension of your room? You don’t have to argue or be rude with the guest (for the lady receptionist) and next time learn to smile and say please before you ask, and your doing your job very terrible she doesn’t deserve the place for luxury hotel, she for 2 star hotel

Ich habe in diesem Hostel viele Male geblieben und werde sicher zurückkommen! Das Hostel hat eine entspannte und gemütliche Atmosphäre, die Sie zu Hause fühlen. Der Besitzer, Kostas, ist so willkommen und freundlich, dass er Ihnen große Informationen über Thessaloniki und seine lokale Geschichte geben wird. Er wird Ihnen auch für den Rest Ihrer Reisen rund um Griechenland eine große Beratung geben! Die Gäste sind immer fantastisch und so freundlich, dass Sie sich sehr willkommen fühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind perfekt und neue Matratzen wurden in die ein Bonus ist gesetzt. Das Hostel ist großartig, da es in der ruhigen Altstadt ist, aber nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die privaten Zimmer haben auch einen erstaunlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Insgesamt konnte ich nicht empfehlen, ein besseres Hostel zu bleiben :)

We were here as part of a group tour in September 2022 and stayed for one night. The hotel is right in the centre of the city and we were able to be dropped off right outside. Check in was swift - the lobby isn't that big and there was only one lift, so one of us took the bags up, whilst the other climbed the spiral staircase. The room was compact but had enough room for everything we needed - the bedding was clean, the air con worked well, there was a wardrobe area, desk, chair and TV. There was also a fridge and safe as you'd expect. The room was clean and despite there being a very busy road outside, there wasn't too much noise coming in through the doors to the small balcony area. The bathroom was also compact, but the shower was big enough - good pressure and hot water. Breakfast downstairs was good and had a choice of hot and cold food, as well as tea, coffee and juices. The wifi was fine in case you need to use it. Overall a good short stay.

Ich blieb hier im Oktober, und das Wetter war schön. Ich nahm einen Bus vom Flughafen direkt zum Hotel und es war schnell und einfach zu lokal. Es liegt etwa 10 - 15Min. zu Fuß zum weißen Turm und See. Sie können den Hafen und das Kreuzfahrtboot von der Meerblickseite fahren. Es gibt viele Orte zu essen. Zimmergröße OK, Dusche ist sehr klein Kein Kettle im Teeraum und es ist nicht kostenlos, wenn Sie im Hotel für eine Nachtkappe bestellen. Frühstück ist nicht nur eine gute Wahl, sondern auch eine gute. Es wäre schön, im Sommer mit Kindern zu besuchen.

We recently had a long stay at the ThessResidences. We came with a car. So upon arrival we were provided with a reservation at a nearby parking. Per 15 EUR they park your car any time you come and provide it you on a short request. We made a reservation of Thess Residence room. It had met our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, towels were replaced on daily basis and since we stays for more than 7 days the room was cleaned every 3 days. An atmosphere was very quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It provided us with all we needed, particularly Nikos. he helped us with great recommendation on spending our time out and promptly addressed any questions we had. His warm and friendly attention made us feel right great during our stay at Thessaloniki . Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing but fantastic. We'll definitely return back on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

Zum Abschluss unserer Griechenlandrundreise war ein Wochenende ein Thessaloniki vorgesehen, unglücklicherweise haben wir hierbei dieses Hotel gewählt. Das Hotel war mit zwei Hochzeiten stark ausgebucht, in dieser Situation ist dem Hotel der einzelne Gast offensichtlich schlichtweg egal. Trotz vorheriger telefonischer Nachfrage war die beworbene Skybar auf Grund der Hochzeiten geschlossen, diese war der Entscheidungsgrund für dieses Hotel. An der Rezeption redete man sich dann damit heraus, dass der Auszubildende hier wohl eine falsche Aussage getätigt hätte.... Unser Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, der Sessel mit weißen Flecken bedeckt, die Toilette voller Urinspritzer (es war ein Fehler die UV-Taschenlampe mitzunehmen…… ). Nach einer Reklamation wurde das Zimmer zwar gereinigt und der Sessel ausgetauscht, dies sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie jedoch nicht erst auf Nachfrage des Gastes geschehen. Im Zimmer war ein starker Kanalisationsgeruch festzustellen, dies ist auch in anderen Bewertungen bereis angeführt. Das Dampfbad im Spa sollte besser gereinigt werden (siehe Fotos). Ein Metallstab ragte am Kopfende des Bettes aus der Steckdose neben dem Bett: lebensgefährlich! (siehe Foto) Das Management wurde über die Mängel informiert, leider kann das Beschwerde- Management nur als sehr verbesserungsbedürftig bezeichnet werden. Ist das Hotel stark gebucht so zählt der einzelne Kunde nichts. Die zweite Nacht haben wir umgehend storniert und eine wesentlich bessere Alternative gefunden.

Parkplatz ist wirklich nahe dem Hotel, so müssen Sie sich nicht darüber Sorgen machen. Wenn Sie zum Parkplatz kommen, nehmen sie Ihre Schlüssel ab und parken sie in der Garage für Sie. Es ist wirklich sicher. In einem wenn die Bilder, werden Sie sehen, wo das Hotel ist und wo der Parkplatz ist. Auch, wenn Sie der Gast des Hotels sind, kostet es 12 Euro pro Tag. Wirklich nett!  Mitarbeiter fühlen sich gut und  gutes Frühstück und heißes Wasser  Daneben gibt es chinesische Restaurants und Supermärkte.  Nächste Reise werden wir auch hier betrachten. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit ist auch hier sehr hoch.  Dies bedeutet, dass der Preis nicht hoch ist, aber der Service und die Erfahrung sind sehr hoch. Vom Balkon aus können Sie die ganze Stadt sehen.  Und du kannst die Sonne bekommen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage in Thessaloniki, in der Mitte zwischen der touristischsten und der kommerziellsten, leicht zugänglichen Seite, in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, aber der Stil ist ziemlich datiert, nicht in der Verderbensgefühl, sondern braucht gerade eine Modernisierung im Stil, insbesondere das Bett und das Bettwäsche sind nicht ganz auf der Ebene von 4 Sterne, Die Fenster sind nicht isoliert und der Klimaanlage sehr laut, aber für uns war es kein Problem, ganz allgemein die ruhige Gegend gibt keine übermäßigen Lärme. Leider ist der Negativpunkt die Reinigung (initial) des Zimmers, ich denke, es wurde nicht für eine Weile verwendet, weil es eine Schicht von Staub auf den Oberflächen gab, die mir einige Schwierigkeiten gab, weil ich allergisch war, Mit der täglichen Reinigung ist die Situation wieder normal. Ich befürworte die Verfügbarkeit für einen späten Check-out. Gut gelieferte und vielfältige Frühstück, mittlere Qualität, hervorragende lokale Süßigkeiten, weniger Duftende Croissants, aber insgesamt ein gutes Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, 4-5 Minuten vom Aristoteles-Platz/Ladadika/Agora Modiano usw. entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir übernachteten im Business-Zimmer, das aufgrund der Aufteilung kleiner als 18 m² wirkte. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die Gemeinschaftsräume waren sauber. Die Einrichtung war einfach, modern und das Beste am Zimmer war das schwarze Badezimmer. Von dem Moment an, als wir das Zimmer betraten, war die Hitze so groß, dass wir trotz des windigen Wetters draußen (mit 5 Grad Temperatur) stundenlang die Fenster geöffnet hatten, um es besser zu machen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass dies der Zustand dieses bestimmten Raums war, der sich am Ende des Korridors befand und von der Sonne direkt getroffen wurde. Die zentrale Steuerung der Klimaanlage war sehr schwierig zu bedienen und es gelang uns nicht, die Temperatur zu ändern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war anständig und bot einige tolle Optionen wie geräucherten Lachs, drei Sorten Bougatsa und Gebäck. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel würde ich jedoch mehr Abwechslung und Nachfüllungen erwarten. Wir gingen gegen 10 Uhr morgens los und viele Artikel waren aufgebraucht und wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Also haben wir am letzten Tag um etwas Räucherlachs gebeten, damit wir ihn wenigstens einmal probieren können, und das Mädchen dort hat uns welchen mitgebracht. Insgesamt denke ich, dass es eine gute Wahl ist, wenn Sie keine 5-Sterne-Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, und ich würde es für eine Geschäftsreise wieder wählen.

Ich vergebe selten fünf Punkte, aber dieses Hotel und das Personal hat sie sich vollkommen verdient. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Der Service beim Frühstück ist schnell, tadellos und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer Deluxe King ist leise, geräumig, neu, sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und hat ein sehr bequemes Bett. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr groß und gut möbliert. Die Dusche mit Tageslicht ist ein Erlebnis für sich. Sehr nett waren auch die Frühstücksboxen wegen der Abreise zeitig in der Früh. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr günstig. Nahe am Meer und von Bars und Restaurants.

Very central location. From the airport bus stop ”Plateia Aristotelous” on Egnatia street next to the Bey Hamam it's just a 400 metre walk ever so slightly uphill that's easily navigable with a wheeled suitcase. Some of the upper-floor rooms have views of the Roman Agora archaeological site. We had a wonderful stay here. We first were on the upper floor but since there is no lift this became a bit burdensome. But the staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a different room for the rest of our stay and even carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Even though the room was overlooking a cocktail bar we didn't have any major noise issues. All the staff members we interacted with were always helpful with smiles on their faces, providing us with great information and insight, and finally arranging for a taxi to the airport. Top tip: when you exit the hotel, turn right and walk uphill on that little street. At the top, turn right again and you'll find bakery Sarantis that sells excellent tiropitas and baklavas, perfect for breakfast.

Lage Top. Hotel soweit ok. Zimmer soweit ok, bis auf die Tatsache das es keine Deckenlampe gab. Um die Handys zu laden musste man die Steckdose der Nachttischlampen benutzen. In der Zeit hatte man garkein Licht! Das war sehr befremdlich. In der winzigen Dusche gibt es keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Enttäuschend auch der ”Service” beim Frühstück. Die junge Dame an der Kaffeemaschine war zwar bemüht, aber nervös und überfordert. Es dauerte ewig an einen Kaffee zu kommen. An einen zweiten Kaffee war nicht zu denken. Ein Kaffeeautomat zugänglich für alle, wäre prsktischer. 15 Minuten auf eine Tasse Kaffee warten, ist grenzwertig. Am Frühstücksbufett waren keine Trinkgläser, keine Müslischalen und keine Teller aufgefüllt. Es war kein Kaffeelöffel und keine Servietten vorhanden. Wir haben 2x Übernachtet. Wir hatten an beiden Tagen die selben Probleme. 2 unterschiedliche junge Frauen, die wohl für den Frühstücksraum zuständig waren, waren beide weder zuvorkommend noch gastfreundlich. Im Gegenteil. Man hatte das Gefühl man wird nicht beachtet. Was könnte die Ursache dafür sein das die jungen Damen weder freundlich noch zuvorkommend noch hilfsbereit sind? Sind sie zu jung und zu unerfahren? Oder ist das Betriebsklima schlecht? Das ist echt Schade das wir den Aufenhalt so bewerten müssen. Einzig die Rezeption und die Zimmerreinigungsfrauen waren freundlich.

Wir brauchten für eine Nacht zwei Hotelzimmer in Thessaloniki in der Nähe des Flughafens, um einen Morgenflug zu erreichen, da wir von Thassos auf dem Rückweg nach Großbritannien waren. Rotonda war sehr erschwinglich, es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten und es gab wirklich schöne, saubere und komfortable Zimmer, in denen alles funktionierte. Sehr schönes Frühstück und Frühstücksbereich. Das Personal war sehr nett, praktisch und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist ruhig, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Kann es angesichts der Marktpositionierung und des Preises nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Was für ein brillantes Hotel!! Als Postamt der Stadt im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut, behält es immer noch seinen Charme mit einigen Originalmerkmalen und großen Hochgrenzen. Es ist die Lage im Herzen des lebendigen Ladadik-Bereichs perfekt. Man hätte gedacht, dass Geräusche in der Nacht störend wäre, aber wir haben nie etwas gehört wegen der ausgezeichneten Doppelglasung. Das Essen war zu einem sehr hohen Standard und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wq schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Ich würde sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.

Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Direkt an der Promenade und in 10 Minuten ist man beim Weißen Turm und im Zentrum. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Sea View und der Aufpreis sollte es einem Wert sein. Der Ausblick ist spitze. Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und ein großes Angebot. Service war immer freundlich und schnell. Kann das Hotel für einen Trip nach Thessaloniki nur empfehlen.

My family was very impressed by Polis Apartments, which is on the west side of the central district of Thessaloniki. We booked the 2-bedroom deluxe apartment for our family of four, which was just the right amount of space for us to relax. The room was very clean. It included a refrigerator, dishware and utensils, which was perfect for us to keep breakfast foods during our stay. There is a grocery store located less than a block away from the apartment. The staff was very good. I especially appreciated Konstantinos, who was very helpful in giving us an overview of the city. He gave some great restaurant recommendations. If you are traveling to Thessaloniki by car, I suggest using the parking garage recommended by Polis. It is staffed 24 hours per day at a daily cost of 10 euros; pay the hotel (not the garage). Note: parking on the street is extremely limited. We would stay at Polis Apartments again if/when our travels take us back to Thessaloniki.
