Nach einem 3-Nacht-Übernachtung hier verlassen , der Gastgeber Marco & speziell seine Frau GITI ( Hotel namens sie ) sind ein fabulöses hart arbeitendes Paar Gastgeber . Gute Größe Zimmer , obwohl das beigefügte Badezimmer für meinen Komfort ein wenig klein war. Das Zimmer war sehr effizient und schnell gereinigt, als wir im Frühstück von der Reinigung lady GITTI (nicht der Gastgeber aber) Das Frühstück ist grundlegende Was man möchte & sie können sogar versuchen, um zu fragen, wenn man besondere Anfragen hat ( wie ich für den Toast gebeten hatte, für weißes Schnittbrett ), das nicht anders war. Gute Früchte, Saft, Getreide. Man kann bitte bemerken, da es nicht ein volles geflechtes Hotel & durch ein Paar laufen , man kann gut empfohlen, nicht Himmel hohe Erwartungen zu genießen die Gastfreundschaft, aber wir waren mehr als glücklich . Fabelhafte Service , saubere super saubere Zimmer und haben nicht in vielen Hotels gesehen , aber man kann ihre USB-Stick zu benutzen, um ihre Telefone & Gadgets & vertrauen mir es ist so sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie nicht haben Konverter, die r für den lokalen Gebrauch erforderlich . Auch die Lage ist ein wenig von der Hauptzell ist es zu sehen & der See. Wir gingen am 1. Abend bis zum See und verloren auf unserem Weg, aber für eine ödmjuke Seele (Sylvia ), die uns sehr nett in ihrem Auto, für das wir sehr dankbar. Noch einmal danke Ihnen Marco & GITTI .

Went there for a week and had 8 days of skiing from sunday to saturday. Best day was saturday since theres hardly any people in the slopes. Very nice old alpine style house with skiroom and boot drying rack. Saunas good, 2 of them - standard and infra red. Rooms have been renovated at least for the bathrooms portio and thye are clean and warm. Kind older lady makes you breakfast every single morning and you can choose your bread from several options. Breakfast is good and thres plenty. Showering costs extra 10€ if you want to ski still on the day of leaving once you have checked out but you can place your luggage downstairs for that time. This pension is around 200m from cityXpress lift and on the way back your going uphill, theres a ticket sales there so if you want to sell your whole day card to get some money back in case you stop early. Whole day card costs less than half day. Talk to the people in the queue but officially public selling skicard is not allowed so dont dont dont it ;). The nearest good shop (Billa) 400-500m from this in Stadtpl. 2 where you can get all your needed stuff. At postal office near it theres the busses going to kaprun and saalbach. Around and hour to Kaprun with bus and 45 minutes to Saalbach. Tourists are bad at queuing so be early on the line otherwise be warned to have fun in waiting. If i remember correct the busses leave 15 past. Btw Saalbach which is much bigger area can be accessed with skis too fairly easily from 1st to CityXpress, 2nd to hirschkogel express, 3rd Breiteckbahn, 4th Kettingbahn, 5th ZellAmSeeXpress 2 and 1 after it. Taking these lifts youll get to Viehhofen where you take bus nr 7 to saalbach. Remember to take this bus back too. Ohh and one more thing, as all busses do not stop at all stops you need to take other busses to get to the stops where 7 stops to get back to Zell.

Really good hotel. Very comfortable bed, excellent linen and towels. Was worried as on a busy main road but when we closed the windows you could hear nothing at all. Ate in the hotels two nights, the residents restaurant room was being updated so we were in a small room off the bar in which there were only 3 tables. It was very cosy and unique. The food was delicious, we had goulash with dumpling, Jagerpfanne the first night, then the Asian bowl the second night. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good too, with the choice of omelette, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs cooked freshly for you. Coffee very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, it was very central with private parking just up the road from the hotel!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadtmitte. Hier trifft Nostalgie auf Moderne. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Ambiente ist klasse. Es ist auch alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist ein separates Bad und WC vorhanden. Das Bad ist geräumig. Der Balkon ist auch ausreichend von der Größe. Die Matratze ist super, man kann sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist vielfältig und geschmacklich wie qualitativ sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist geschmacklich ein Traum und auch qualitativ sehr gut. Hier wird mit Liebe gekocht. Die Portionen sind auch vollkommen ausreichend. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier ist ein Top Team am Start. Macht weiter so. Hier kann man sich richtig verwöhnen lassen und sich wohlfühlen.

It’s hard to review this hotel as there are so many positives but one negative that would make me not return. The positives are excellent location as in a 10 minute walk to the bus station , train station, lake ,and pedestrianised restaurant area.Bus and train transport in the area is free with a pass from the hotel a very welcome extra . The staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean ,the breakfast was lovely with a cooked option as well as a cold buffet style . The major downside was the proximity to the road . Just a kerb between to the road. We stayed in a balcony room but this was on the corner of the building and the road. The road is very busy so noise was constant. However if the windows were shut it was relatively quiet as triple glazed . It was very hot when we were there’s so you couldn’t have them open and the room fan didn’t really cope . Not sure if you requested a room at the back of the hotel that it would be quieter. In fairness we didn’t ask to swap rooms ,as we liked our actual room and paid extra for a balcony . In the winter i don’t expect that this is an issue. Zell am see is so lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Ich und mein Freund haben gerade in diesem tollen Hotel geblieben und einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt hatte. wir hatten ein Zwillingszimmer (215) das sehr geräumig und komfortabel war. wir hatten Bett und Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist erstaunlich mit viel Sorte und eine Omelette station10/10 das Personal Sie sind freundlich und nichts ist zu viel zu verlangen für alle zusammen das Personal George Hotel machte unseren Urlaub perfekt und würde nicht zögern, zurück zu gehen... eine perfekte Basis für eine Woche Skifahren. Danke für Ihre große Gastfreundschaft und einen großen Aufenthalt....wie die Armeen in Terminator : I’ll be back ❤️ James and allen (the egg man)

Wir haben 3 Nächte am Ende Juni geblieben und können es nicht hoch genug bewerten. Die Zimmer sind Standard-/Basis- Hostelzimmer, aber das ist in einem Hostel zu erwarten. Die anderen Einrichtungen waren fantastisch, die Lage am See war einfach erstaunlich und konnten ihre Stecktafeln kostenlos nutzen, war unglaublich! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, wir haben nichts zu Abendessen dort gegessen, so kann ich nicht kommentieren. Die Mitarbeiter machen diesen Ort wirklich so freundlich und hilfreich. Wir hatten Aufzüge zum und vom Bahnhof (so geschätzt!) und Tonnen hilfreicher Informationen von ihnen. Sie waren alle schön, aber besonders dank der schönen englischen Lady. Vielen Dank für den großen Aufenthalt.

Personale cordiale specialmente le adette alle pulizie. Sala colazione rinnovata, colazione a buffet con una buona scelta di prodotti. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro ed il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti anche se a pagamento. Persistente cattivo odore nella camera soprattutto dal wc (pippì), porta del bagno praticamente logorata, dentro al bagno scarsa illuminazione, sanitari più che datati, anche se puliti sono incrostati dall'usura. Lavabo senza tappo. Le foto pubblicate non riflettono lo stato attuale della camera, che è molto più usurata. Molto rumoroso si trova sull'incrocio della via principale trafficatissima sia di giorno che di notte e dato che non c'è AC occorre tenere la finestra aperta. Necessita di restyling sicuramente la camera che avevamo noi.

A small B&B close to the Lake. Trains run frequently along the track between the Hotel and the lake. There are about 38 rooms over 4 floors. The Hotel has a small ski room in the basement with boot warming racks and also in the basement is a, free to use, Sauna with shower and a relaxation area with complimentary towels, open 4:30-8:30pm each evening. There is no lift so not ideal for those less mobile. Rooms vary in size and occupancy. Room 32 on the top floor is very small Twin, with slimline beds and limited storage. OK for one person, but would be extremely small for 2. There is a TV in the room and there is a side view of the lake from the windows (no balcony). I slept with the windows open and the the noise from the trains didn’t wake me. The bathroom was spotlessly clean (March 2023) and the shower was quite powerful with shower gel provided. Tissues, loo roll, Liquid soap and towels are also provided (1 bath & 1 Hand/Face. For guests staying Saturday - Saturday, towels are changed once per week on Wednesdays. There is a charge of you require a more frequent change. Rooms are cleaned & beds made, most days. Breakfast, served 07:30-09:30, is a typical selection of meats and cheese slices, soft cheese triangles, eggs (alternating hard boiled & scrambled), tomatoes & cucumber. There is a variety of breads available (with toaster) cereals, milk, juice, yoghurt, Oranges & Apples, Jam and chocolate spread. You can make your own Waffles and there area variety Tea’s and a coffee machine (free, ignore the charge sign at breakfast). Room vacation on day of departure is 10:00am.

Außer in einer guten geografischen Lage sind alle anderen nichts zu erheben. Das Hotel ist um drei Uhr am Nachmittag zu verbringen. Die Gepäcktasche kann frühzeitig gelagert werden und kann auch in den Fitnessraum gehen. Das Hotel liegt weniger als 100 m rechts als kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Farbe des Zimmers ist auch überraschend, wie das Hochzeitszimmer. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen im Hotel sind auch sehr gut und sind natürlich gesunde Lebensmittel. Verglichen mit dem Hotel und den Einrichtungen, ist mein frühes Zimmer absolut überwertig. Der Preis für ein anderes Zimmer, das am 12. Mai im Offiziellen Internet gebucht wurde, ist viel höher als mein Zimmer.

Ich habe eine Beschwerde. Gestern kam ich nach meiner Reservierung im Hotel zum Frühstück. Ich fand keinen Tisch und fand niemand, der mich empfangen konnte. So ging ich zu einem Tisch, wo es niemand gab. Ich saß zum Frühstück. Ich war überrascht, dass der Kellner mich gebeten hat, den Tisch vor allen zu verlassen, der mich vor allen anwesenden schämte und mich auf einem weiten Tisch setzte. Über die Menschen, und ich musste mit dem Manager Marco sprechen, um mein Problem zu lösen. Erstens weigerte er sich, meine Hand zu schütteln. Er zeigte mir die Gästeliste und dass ich am unteren Rand der Liste war und nicht verdient, sich zu sehen. Er sagte mir, er würde mir morgen einen Tisch vorbehalten, aber als ich heute ankam, fand ich meine Zimmernummer nicht auf einem Tisch oder niemand, der mich leitet. Wo ist der Professionalismus in diesem Deal? Und der Manager sagt mir, dass ich am unteren Rand der Liste bin und ich nicht verdiene Ihren guten Platz!!! Ich empfehle das Hotel nicht aus schlechtem Management und Misshandlung des Restaurantpersonals. Wenn Sie buchen, buchen Sie nicht mit einem rassistischen Mord, sehr schlechte Behandlung von den schlimmsten Hotels bis zum schlechten Ort, aber schlechtes Management.
