The location is OK about 15 minutes walking from the city center. The building from the outside is a bit old and not very nice but inside is comfortable. The room was nice, spacious, clean and quiet (with a orrible view) and the beds were a little tight and uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet are adequate and covers most requirements but they offer nothing exciting and they were identical every day. Dtaff is friendly and helpfiul.

Ibis Guimaraes Centro Guimaraes Second time, and last time...... While in Guimarães we realised why we had such a problem finding a hotel in the area we wanted to be in, as there was the CONTEXTILE 2022 - Contemporary Textile Art Biennial 03.09. – 30.10.2022. The town was absolutely heaving the weekend we were there. It is over twenty years since we stayed in an IBIS hotel, and that was in the UK. We thought we would give this a try as we had no luck getting in anywhere else even though we looked early enough in the year for a place. We booked months ago. We had just arrived back from a break in Porto and the Açores. So this is our second stay in an Ibis hotel, and definitely our last! After checking in the previous evening, we went to the bar and asked for a beer and a glass of white wine. The chap on reception said we could only have a white wine if we bought the bottle, so we declined that offer as my husband only drinks red wine or beer. Later in the evening we arrived back and a young woman was on reception/bar duty. So I asked if I could have a glass of red wine? She told me I would have to buy a bottle of red! I asked her if they did anything by the glass? Yes, was her reply, I could buy a glass of white wine, which I did, and my husband had a beer. I don't know why the receptionist /barman told us why we would have to buy white wine when we were basically in Vinho Verde region where it is abundant! The room itself was clean and tidy, but in a time warp of the nineteen seventies with it's Neopolitan decor. Bed is comfy enough. The power block and the aircon were the only bonuses I can think of. Only a bath towel each, no hand towels, we really do like a hand towel after washing our hands and faces, NOT ideal to use a bath towel for this! The receptionist who worked mornings was very helpful and pleasant. As for breakfast, which was adequate, the fact that two people sat at a table for four, every morning while we were there, and put their bags and scarves on the chairs beside them is really annoying. Trying to get a table at your allotted time is bad enough, getting a table with two chairs was almost impossible at times. I asked for a chair, and the elderly woman looked at me with steely eyes because I was expecting her to put her bag and scarf on her knee, or at worst, the floor! How inconsiderate am I? I felt sorry for the lady who was in charge of making sure everything was there for breakfast, she was on her own and very busy. So many people just left their dirty trays on the tables and walked away knowing that other people would be turning up for breakfast. We all like to sit down to a clean table, but if other guests are too lazy to move their dirty trays, then there isn't a lot you can do about improving their manners. Three people turned up one morning and they stood by the table and waited for the lady who ran the kitchen, to come out of the kitchen to move the dirty trays to the trolley for them, the trolley being less tha

Nice hotel, very well located in the historic district. There were enough electrical outlets for my husband and I to each use our CPAP machine. For us this detail was very important, because we met on our way hotels that only had one electrical outlet and not next to the bed. We had trouble parking. Nice policemen helped us. Their lunch served at the table is delicious, lots of choice and all you can eat. All the staff at the property are very kind and helpful. Guimaraes will have been one of our most beautiful cities that we have visited in Portugal. Small detail for those who have never been to Europe. If you enter your room and the electricity is not working, look at the entrance to your room (inside the room), there should be a small box, put your room card there and push a bit and the electricity will work. Do not forget to take it back before leaving the room. We discovered this at this hotel. Many hotels operate this way.

I stayed here one night following my football team in Braga. It was one of the last hotels in the area that was still available, but travel to nearby Braga was only possible by taxi. The hotel was very basic. - The toilet was in a poor state of repair. There was often no hot water, and the shower runs off the tap water so this made showering difficult. The bathroom sink was made of stainless steel, which was reminiscent of a prison cell. - There is no heating, the air con only cools the room. It was cold weather during my stay, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. - Reception is manned 24 hours a day, which was useful for getting bottled water when I arrived back late at night. It was also useful for getting a taxi so I could escape back to civilisation when I left early in the morning to go home. Don’t stay here at all if you’re actually on holiday, and if you’re just stopping over… still don’t stay here if there is literally anything else available.

Hôtel parfait, chambres très propres, tout est neuf et moderne. Grande douche seul bémol le siphon était pleins de cheveux ce qui faisait déborder le bac de douche et à inonder la salle de bain. Das Hotel ist zwar interessant und gut gelegen, verfügt aber über eine unterentspannende Service. Ich kam um 14:30 Uhr ins Hotel und es gab keine menschlichen Dienstleistungen mehr. Aber bis dahin ok, weil die elektronische Kontrolle gut funktionierte. Als ich in die richtige stieg und bemerkte, dass die Reinigung nicht so gut ist, Ich versuchte, mit dem Telefon Kontakt zu halten und whatsapp ohne Erfolg zu halten. Am nächsten Tag fand ich mich auf Ruhe, als sie auf die Tür der Apt. weil sie das Gürtel entfernen würden, Passe. Und schließlich sagten sie in der E-Mail, dass Parkplätze kostenlos wären und dann lügten sie. Und am Ende sagten sie, dass das Parken kostenlos wäre. Um die Mittelkröte zu krummen, haben sie mir einen Rabatt im nächsten Aufenthalt angeboten. Ich werde nie wieder da sein, ich wurde wie ein Vieh behandelt.

Gutes Hotel etwa 8 Gehminuten vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. Checkin war sehr professionell. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer: eine Suite über 2 Stockwerke. Es war sauber, obwohl es wenig natürliches Licht fehlte. Das Bett war bequem, aber ich konnte mich nicht sehen entspannende Treppen im Loungebereich mit einigen Kupfer und einem Kühlschrank. Unser anderes Zimmer war ein komfortables Zwillings. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und depressiv, aber schön für unsere Jugendlichen. Das Frühstück war ok, nichts Besonderes. Einige der Restaurant-Mitarbeiter, wo ausgezeichnet, andere schienen aus dem lokalen Bauernhof gebracht worden. Das Zimmer war kalt und es war schwer, einen komfortablen Tisch in einem warmen Ort von einem lauten A/C-Einheit zu finden. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels fühlt sich diese ein wenig überpreist für das, was angeboten wird.

Das Hotel der Pestana Gruppe ist dem Verbund von Small Luxury Hotels kurz SLH angeschlossen. Als SLH Member gab es ein kostenfreies Upgrade und jeden Tag frisches Obst und Kekse. Das ehemalige Kloster ist sehr romantisch eingerichtet und die Zimmer im historischen Trakt fügen sich dem Ambiente. Besonders das sehr aufmerksame und höfliche Personal macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Ein Pre Dinner Drink in der Bar umgeben vom prasselnden Kamin ist obligatorisch. Auch das Restaurant am Abend zaubert Gerichte auf hohem Niveau begleitet von aufmerksamen Personal. Generell kann man hier in der Pousada positive Energie aufladen und zu neuen Kräften tanken. Kurzum es erfüllt zu Recht den Anspruch an ein SLH Hotel. Ausbaufähig wären die Küchenzeiten und die Menüauswahl der Speisen an der Bar und im Roomservice. Bei Hungergefühl zwischen 15.00 Uhr und 19.30 Uhr hat man Pech gehabt. Und das anstelle Daunensteppdecken nur eine Wolldecke umhüllt von einer Lake aus Baumwolle existiert, ist mit Verlaub nicht mehr up to date und leider auch unhygienisch. Und bitte das Convenience Ei durch frische Eier ersetzten, am besten a la Carte so schmeckt es am besten. Obrigado

Super Leute ich berichten das Hotel VILA GALE Maceió, die Animation Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich, meine Tochter wieder weinen, weil sie q haben, Sie zu lassen, Super aufmerksam, super respektiert ein unglaubliches Team. Onkel Babalu ist ein unglaubliches Mensch, wir sind in einem gebrochenen Herzen mit dem Abschied. Onkel End, Onkel Nescal und alle anderen, die mir aus dem Gedächtnis des Namens geflohen sind jetzt alle unglaublich ameiiii alle. Über das Hotel und sehr gut, wunderbares Essen alles perfekt.

Die Sportanlagen des Hotels sind erstklassig, aber die Matratzen sind relativ hart und müssen verbessert werden. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Spa ist ziemlich gut, der 25-Meter-Pool ist großartig, das GYM ist sehr leistungsstark und das Personal im Fitnessstudio ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, man kann sagen, dass es richtig ist, aber nicht sehr gut. Eines Nachts war die Klimaanlage kaputt und mittags wurde das Zimmer gewechselt.Es war nicht sehr angenehm, aber das Personal versuchte alle Probleme auf die freundlichste Weise zu lösen, was bei mir einen bittersüßen Geschmack hinterließ, da ich sehr müde aufwachte, aber kann nicht unterbrochen werden, weil die Menschen es in eine sehr freundlichen Art und Weise lösen wollen, in der Regel das Hotel , das ich empfehlen und werde es noch einmal wiederholen , unabhängig von Mängeln.
