Great hotel however dreadful noise early morning from the building site next door! We arrived in the middle of the night from a flight so really needed to sleep! Not that close to Gatwick either for a middle of the night transfer but there is a shuttle bus during the day . Was offered late check out as an apology but we’d already left.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt gründlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Service war unvermeidlich. Das Restaurants Essen war auch gut. Es ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt für den Flughafen Gatwick mit dem Auto und dem örtlichen Bus. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I stayed here last night due to a last-minute flight cancellation. I was really grateful to find a room so close — the hotel is right next to the terminal, which made everything much easier, especially after a stressful travel day. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean and quiet despite the airport location. I didn’t expect much because it was such a sudden booking, but I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable the stay was. Perfect for an overnight stop or unexpected delays. Definitely a solid choice if you need to stay near the airport.

Mother / Daughter holiday with flight departing very early the following morning.  Would willingly stay again at a Sofitel Hotel again & would highly recommend.  Excellent soundproofing - no aircraft noise at all.  We did not eat or use any of the facilities due to the fact that our overnight stay was less than 8 hours.  Well appointed classic room & shower room.  Staff were polite, professional and well groomed.

Great for its proximity to the airport, literally less than 5 minute walk from the Northern Terminal. No real complaints, everything you’d expect from an airport hotel. Food wasn’t amazing and prices were quite high was the only major downfall

The room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them.

Love the bath tub. The hotel is close to the airport but a bit confusing as to how to get there. Basically you need to take shuttle from S (£5) or walk from N. The walk was not far but a but of struggle for a smally figure with big luggages like me. So anyone who might not be strong enough to drag their luggages on the road, I recommend the other premier inn. Wall doesn't seem to be sound proof, I could hear kids running above me.

Stayed for an early morning flight from LGW. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and have enough amenities. The food was ready from 6 am, but the taste was not that great. They provide airport shuttle service for a fair price.

Schöne Aufenthalt, sauber und ein gutes Frühstück. Betten waren komfortabel und Personal untergebracht. Leider dachte das Reinigungsteam, es wäre ok, meine Sonnenbrille zu stehlen, die ich versehentlich hinterlassen habe, anstatt sie in zu geben. Als ich fragte, dass niemand sie in die Hand gegeben hatte, so dass sie tatsächlich gestohlen wurden, bin ich nicht beeindruckt, was passiert ist, um zu respektieren?  Das Personal an der Rezeption hatte nicht einmal die Mühe, zu untersuchen, sagte nur, dass nichts in und im Grunde war das Ende der Gespräche.  Ich werde sie wieder direkt ans Telefon schicken, da sie sich nicht daran gewöhnt haben, auf die E-Mail zu antworten, die ich am 22. über meine Sonnenbrille gesendet habe.

Bequem Aufenthalt, aber enttäuscht von Verlorenen Vermögenserfahrung Ich blieb im Hilton London Gatwick Flughafen für seine unschlagbare Lage und Komfort, und in Bezug auf den Komfort war es nicht enttäuscht. Der Eincheckprozess war schnell, das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, und das Bett war genügend komfortabel für eine gute Nachtruhe vor einem frühen Flug. Das Hotel ist perfekt mit dem Südterminal verbunden, was Reisen stressfrei macht. Ich habe meine Ringe während meines Aufenthalts verloren und trotz der schnellen Meldung muss ich noch jede Aktualisierung oder Auflösung vom Hotel erhalten. Die Kommunikation hat es fehlt, und es ist enttäuschend, zu fühlen, dass diese Angelegenheit nicht mit der Dringlichkeit oder Pflege, die man von einem Hilton-Eigentum erwarten würde, behandelt wurde. Während das Hotel Komfort und Komfort bietet, ist mein Vertrauen durch das Fehlen von Folgemaßnahmen zu einer für mich so wichtigen Angelegenheit geschüttelt. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass die Führung dieses Thema schnell angehen wird, sowohl für mich als auch um sicherzustellen, dass andere Gäste nicht mit der gleichen Erfahrung konfrontiert werden.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und einer der Reinigungsmittel bot mir einen meiner Taschen zum Aufzug zu nehmen. Der Fitnessraum war eine gute Größe, obwohl der Elliptischer Trainer nicht funktionierte; der Laufwerk war gut. Es gibt einen ausreichenden Platz für ein paar Leute, um eine HITT-Training mit einigen begrenzten freien Gewichten zu machen. Einer der Gründe, warum ich dort gebucht habe, ist, weil es eine Sauna angekündigt und bei der Ankunft wurde mir dies nicht bekannt. Ich wurde gesagt, dass dies eine ********* Frage war und das Hotel nie eine Sauna hatte. Ich denke, es wäre ein großes Vermögen für ein Hotel. Das ist der einzige Grund, warum ich 4 von 5 Sternen für Einrichtungen gewertet habe. Der Spaziergang zum Südterminal war einfach und innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß. coolste Verkaufsmaschine, die ich je im Hotellobby gesehen habe, nur im Falle, dass Sie einige USB-Kabel oder internationale Verbindungen benötigen. So eine tolle Idee für ein Hotel! Ich würde sicher noch einmal dort bleiben.
