Da locations not bad , nearby a lot coffee shop , da room still ok for this price , at least da bedsheets n pillows all clean n comfortable lor 😆 n also da front desk 24hrs got ppl that feel safer 😅

Spacious room which can accommodate 5pax comfortably. Beds are comfortable, TV and air con working fine. Funny part is the toilet, glass doors are a bit translucent, u can see all motions inside, and toilet roll is below the shower which will always get wet when u shower 🤔. Luckily we brought our own shampoo and body soap, dispenser was empty. Staffs were polite. Surroundings had minimart and food stalls still open for supper. Quite a good price for just 1 night stopover if you don’t mind the old furnishings.

Room is a bit dirty and toilet is not well cleaned. Price is quite cheap around the area but not much supper choices as surrounding were all shops, have to walk 5-10minutes for nearest stall.

The cleanliness is TERRIBLE. There was a baby roach crawling the moment we enter the room after check in!! The floor is filthy too! God knows how many of it is present in the room! We didn't dare to explore. And the hotel refused a refund. Yes refund, not cancellation but refund. How on earth can any one sleep in peace after spotting a roach the moment they enter the room. We IMMEDIATELY checkout and rebook another hotel at a premium price (this time round we READ the review carefully ESPECIALLY on the cleanliness). You can have a tiny room but you CANNOT have a dirty room with roach greeting your customer the moment they enter the room. Our mistake for not reading reviews and did a last min booking . The security of the hotel is terrible as well, apparently there isn't any receptionist after night hours and you can just key in a code to unlock the door to let yourself in ( this code is known by whoever that had stayed there previously) Does not recommend anyone to stay due to how dirty it is.

Dirty hotel room, lobby doesn't look like the photos. Room & lobby was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Shower head is broke too and hotel doesn't provide slippers, imagine walking on filthy floor and getting foot fungus!

I tried to pay using my card and the hotel told me they only accept cash, if that is the case then they should have made it clear on Trip.com but I only knew about their terms and conditions when I arrived. I am definitely disappointed and very frustrated with both the app and hotel, the receptionist said if I did not have cash I should cancel my booking but when I try to do so on the app they did not refund me back my money which is very infuriating. I tried going back to the hotel and asking them why they rejected my request for a refund but the receptionist look at me clueless and seem to not even show a sense of helpfulness, which made me feel more upset the least she could do was pretend to be helpful and not sit there like you are forced to be doing your job. The receptionist just said “it’s not under us but the system” then why bother advertising your hotel at Trip.com if you are not sure how the procedure for a refund will work? I would give this hotel a thumbs down for the lack of effort I see, not being able to pay in cash is one thing but keeping my money after saying you only accept cash is beyond ridiculous to me.
