Hotel is located across the road from the Airport via two flights of stairs and a covered walk. Bar food in hotel was good and well priced for a weary traveller. Room was large with a sofa and work desk provided. Only problem experience was with the shower drainage which did not work well and anted to overflow into the room hence the need for an on off shower! Hotel breakfast was included by TRIP.COM which was really great as they opened a small continental breakfast area with cereals, yogurts, toast etc from 04:00AM with hot food service commencing from 06:00 onwards. Hotel is recommended for a one night airport transit stay.

Wir sind zu spät, weil unser Flug verzögert ist. Da wir besorgt waren, schickten wir eine Warnmeldung, aber wir haben keine Antwort erhalten. Als wir das Hotel erreichten, war alles geschlossen und wir konnten niemanden kontaktieren. Nach dem Moment der Panik sahen wir ein Licht und eine offene Tür eines Zimmers und wir verstanden, dass sie es für uns hätten hinterlassen. Wir hätten uns eine Nachricht für die Warnung dankbar gemacht. Am nächsten Tag sahen wir auch niemanden, der den Check-out machen würde.

Keine andere Einrichtungen. Bar wartete auf die Lieferung von Entwurf und gefülltes Bier für 3 Tage, so dass wir irgendwo anders zu einem Drink zu gehen. Wir hatten einen späten Auscheck reserviert und wurden früh aufwacht durch Hausaufsicht, erklärte wir hatten einen späten Auscheck, aber wir wurden wieder aufwacht durch einen Anruf von der Rezeption, der uns um ein Vakuum bittet, Es dauerte mich, um zu gehen, um die Rezeption mit dem Beweis, auf den die Frau antwortete 'oh es muss auf einem anderen Server' ??????? Warum war es nicht geprüft dann? Vollkommen unorganisiert. Ich verbrachte die Zeit, die ich für eine spät gezahlte Kontrolle bewiesen habe ich dafür gezahlt???????? Keine Entschuldigungen! Sehr enttäuscht. Also keine Getränke oder Erklärung, warum sie es auslaufen lassen, wenn, wie sie sagten, das Hotel war ”bucht” am Wochenende, so dass sie sicher hätten, dass sie Lager und absolut keinerlei Beachtung für das, was ich bucht und bezahlt hätte! Es tut mir wirklich leid für das Bodenpersonal, da die Management sollte für diese Fragen verantwortlich sein, statt den Mitarbeitern des Hotels mit Managementfehlern zu belasten! Sehr mit falschen Informationen und nicht sehr gute Management- und Planungskompetenzen Ihre Besucher bleiben!

Das eigentliche Zimmer, das Pub selbst und das Personal konnte nicht fehlen. Das Zimmer war schüchtern sauber, auch mit einem Cafetiere. Niggles 1) der ”Roberts” Radio hatte einen tonen großen, etc, aber benötigt Anweisungen auf wie man es nutzt; sonst so nützlich wie ein Aschenrau auf einem Motorrad! 2) Bettwäsche-Alarm-Zeit funktionierte nicht ... Die Batterie wurde nicht richtig installiert. 3) Restaurantöffnungszeiten waren odd ....geschlossen bis 8:00 Uhr? Menü war nicht inspirierend, ein wenig verwirrend? Alles in allem, ein guter Ort zum Einstellen ....Obwohl offensichtlich nicht auf den Budget-bewussten Reisenden ....oh, und die Bier waren ausgezeichnet, auch mit realen ale ....

Tee zu Teetassen zu trinken ist sehr exquisit, ein Frühstück aus dem Urlaub heraus! Eine dreiköpfige Familie fragte, ob sie bei ihrer Ankunft im Hotel ein Zustellbett haben möchte. Wir haben es nicht hinzugefügt, also gaben wir uns das größte Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht so schallisoliert, wie der Kommentar sagte. Sehr ruhig, direkt neben der Hängebrücke. Dies ist auch das Hotel, mit dem wir einen Monat lang in Bristol am zufriedensten waren!

Das Hotel war sehr intelligent und modern und sauber. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber wir hatten ein Standardzimmer reserviert. Preis war gut im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels lokal. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Hafen und in der Mitte eines zerstreuten Nachtlebens. Wir hatten das bei der Buchung nicht berücksichtigt. Obwohl die Lage groß war, konnte der Lärm von außen so laut in unserem Zimmer nachts hören. Ich dachte, ein Fenster war offen, aber es war nicht. Das ging bis die frühen Stunden, Musik, Schreien usw., so fanden wir es schwer zu schlafen. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel aber und das Zimmer ohne Spott sauber. In unserem Zimmer wurden Tee/Kaffeeeinrichtungen, Eisen und Haartrockner geliefert. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Dusche, Handtücher wurden geliefert. Wir haben nicht gegessen, aber ich habe ein Getränk von der Bar gekauft. Nach der Zahlung wurde mir gesagt, es würde mir übergeben. Als es der Bartender war, hat mir meine Karte abgelehnt und mich gebeten, wieder zu zahlen. Ich tat es, aber als ich meine Bank später überprüfte, wurden beide Zahlungen ausgezahlt. Nicht sehr glücklich darüber. Obwohl ein schönes Hotel und ein großer Preis, aufgrund des Geräuschpegels in der Nacht würden wir nicht wieder bleiben. Wenn das nicht stört Sie das Hotel wäre eine tolle Wahl.

Drei Vorteile: 1) Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und sehr gut! Auch wenn das Badezimmer sehr groß ist, ist es mit einem Whirlpool verbunden 2) Hochseite ist sehr gut 3) Die geografische Lage ist sehr gut unten ist die Busbahnhof, zwei Minuten zu Fuß ist der Flughafen Busstopp Drei große Unzulänglichkeiten: 1) Das Zimmer ist zu alt und nicht gut; 2) das Bett ist nicht so bequem, dass es keinen Sitz hat; 3) die Heizung im Zimmer ist so hoch, dass es ”unkühl” ist, aber nicht ”heiß” sagt. Das Frühstück ist das typische britische Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, aber Sie müssen die letzte Antwort auf ”keine Verzögerungen” (??)

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! Großer Ort, als geteilte Hostel zu leben, am besten unter seinen Wettbewerbern, das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich und machen Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen, einige Beschränkungen können in naher Zukunft entfernt werden, da mehr Verbesserungen an diesem Ort kommen. Because the Premier Inn (PI) hotel car park was quite small, I couldn’t find a parking slot one day and was suggested to park the car at the car park of holiday inn (HI). The staff said they would provide us a discount voucher. Later when we gave the HI car park entrance ticket to the PI hotel staff for the discount voucher, the staff JUST returned us with the discount voucher (which very much looked like the entrance ticket) but not with the entrance ticket as well. At that time we did not notice this. Until we wanted to drive out from the HI car park, we found that the one we got back from the PI staff was a voucher! We went back the PI for help and would like the staff to check whether the entrance ticket was left somewhere at the check-in counter at the lobby. It’s because when the voucher (which looked like the entrance ticket) was returned to us, we were sure that only the voucher was returned but not with the entrance ticket. However the staff became very rude and refused to check for us (she did not even called the staff who dealt with the car park voucher for us last time). I think she was very irresponsible! She just asked us to call the HI car park manager, who never caught our calls. We actually did not mind to pay the parking fee. We just wanted to drive out from the HI carpark. Finally, after 2 hours, problem was solved!! We were suggested by the HI carpark staff that we actually could simply press the button “lost ticket” on the pay machine located at the HI carpark and pay the fee. I think the PI staff should have provided us with more information about how we could deal with this problem and should have called her colleagues about the loss of HI carpark ticket. It must be somewhere at the PI check-in counter where we gave it to the staff earlier. Therefore, due to the irresponsibility of the rude staff, I don’t really recommend staying at this hotel if you drive to Bristol. On the other hand, other staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
