Sie sparen nicht an Kleinigkeiten, was für mehr Seriosität sorgt. Überall im Hotel riecht es sehr angenehm. Transfers zu Unterhaltungsorten werden organisiert, obwohl Grand World nicht mehr als 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Ich war schon oft in Vietnam, aber dies ist das erste Mal in Phu Quoc. Ich wollte 6 Tage bleiben, also buchte ich nach Überlegung das Radisson Blu für 2 Tage und ein anderes Zimmer für den Rest, bis zu dem Punkt, dass ich die ganze Zeit im Radisson Blu übernachten wollte. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich , und das Frühstücksbuffet war angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses großartig. Hoteleinrichtungen Es war so schön und sauber, und ich konnte spüren, dass das Hotel ständig bemüht war, es gut in den Griff zu bekommen. Insbesondere das Poolwasser wurde sehr sauber gehalten, also habe ich Habe es häufig genutzt. Das Anwesen betrieb ein Burki-Auto, daher war es sehr praktisch, nach Grand World, Vinpearl Safari usw. zu fahren. We arrived at the Sheraton mid-July for a six-night stay. The staff promptly took our luggage and had us check in. They asked for our credit card but the English was very weak so we barely understood and eventually worked out with a lot of gesturing with three staff members that it was for damage deposit. This was confusing because we had already been in Vietnam for two weeks and no other high-end hotels, including the ones higher end than Sheraton had asked for damage deposit before. After check-in they asked which ones were our luggages. They took our luggages when we got out of the taxi. We had to look around ourselves and found our luggages in a corner. This is the first hotel in Vietnam that didn't have a tagging system for luggages. The following is a list of things that would normally be expected of an international chain resort hotel but we didn't get them: - No explanation about the resort. - No printed map of the sprawling complex. - No hotel policy and information book in the room like most hotels. - No wifi was mentioned and then when we looked in the room there was a card saying we had to be members of Marriott Bonvoy to get wifi but when we tried to join using our own data on the phone it proved way too involved and we weren't able to get wifi. (This was very disappointing considering the hotel was isolated and it was 30 minutes by taxi to town). - No mention of breakfast hours. - No explanation about restaurants or where they were. - No explanation about water in a place where tap water isn't safe to drink. - No explanation about what's around or how to get to town. We had to find the map and restaurant information ourselves on their website. The online map was inaccurate and showed breakfast at a different location. The map was low resolution and was not user friendly. We shouldn't have had to spend two hours on our own finding out how an expensive resort worked after checking The hotel was touted as new but it certainly wasn't. The shower hose was rusted and leaking, the door jamb had plaster chipping off it, and the hallways smelled strongly of mold and obviously the management knew because they had ozone generators and fans running in the hallways. The dinner at the hotel was terrible. It was the only restaurant around for kilometres so we had to go there and sure enough, the prices for their captive customers were exorbitant for Vietnam. The buffet was 950,000VND and most a la carte entrées cost 280,000VND and upwards, so we were basically paying higher-end Canadian prices for dinner. The food was was not entirely offensive but nothing like what we thought we ordered and certainly not what we were used to at those prices. The bulgogi was some repurposed braised meat from the buffet, definitely not grilled and definitely lacking the spices associated with real Korean bulgogi. The kimchi was the cheapest supermarket variety that tasted like vinegar. The nasi lemak kampung just had a lot of fish paste and dried shrimp

Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig, sauber, gemütlich, komfortabel, alles ist da, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Die Reinigung ist gut. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig: Obst, Joghurt, eine gute Auswahl an Gebäck und Brot. Sie können Suppe oder Eier, Käse und vieles mehr bestellen. Das Internet ist schnell. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Restaurant. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. In der Nähe gibt es einige Geschäfte und Restaurants. Etwas weiter in Richtung New World Hotel gibt es ein gutes, preiswertes Restaurant. Das Essen ist köstlich und alles ist frisch. Die Fahrt nach Sunset Town dauert mit dem Roller 10 Minuten. Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand sind ausgezeichnet, 3 Minuten zu Fuß, viel Schatten, sauber und sehr schön. Khem Beach hat wirklich einen längeren Aufenthalt verdient. Alles entspricht der Beschreibung und dem Foto des Hotels.

War mit unserem 22-jährigen Sohn auf 12 Tage trip Süd-Vietnam. Nach HCMC und 3 Tagen im Mekongdelta 5 Nächte im L´Azure. Die Lage ist perfekt. Am nördlichen Ende des Long Beach gelegen: daher ruhig (nur Abends bis 22h nervt bisweilen die benachbarte Aloha Bar mit lautem Techno), fantastisch gepflegter Strandabschnitt, fast privates Beach feeling und immer genügend Liegen vorhanden, das kann beinahe mit exclusiven Anlagen im 5* Segment mithalten, allerdings gibt es Familien mit Babies/Kindern, das muss man wissen. Wir hatten einen von 2 Executive Beachfront Suite Rooms (No. 604). Keine Nachbarn (nur hinten, das sind dann die Garden Suites). Absolut fantastisch, das ist nur noch zu toppen durch die 2 PrivatePool Seafront Villen. Wir waren begeistert, grosses Zimmer, alles top, vom Design über die Ausstattung und wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum Beach. Herrlich abends: die Fischerboote kommen ziemlich nah an den Strand, tolle Stimmung zum late drink auf der Terrasse. Insgesamt ganz hohes Niveau, offensichtlich sehr gutes Management. Die gesamte Anlage: herrlich gepflegter Garten, alles top in shape. Service & staff hervorragend, besonders die Dame an der Reception/Concierge war mega, dickes Lob !!! Frühstück absolutes 5* niveau, es hat an nichts gefehlt, besonders klasse: Banh Xeo :-) Hinterm Hotel an der Main Road sowohl nach Süden als auch nach Norden unzählige Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fantastischer Nightmarket in 15 Fussminuten erreichbar. Nach Süden bis zum Ende des Strandes lohnt ein 30 minütiger Spaziergang zur herrlichen Free Beach Bar & Restaurant, top Tipp für den Sundowner ! Kostenloser Airport Transfer. Preis/Leistung ist top, die Zimmeroptionen sind weit gestreut von relativ einfach bis super-Luxe. Fazit: wir haben die 5 Tage sehr genossen und geben eine klare Empfehlung, tolle Anlage und aufgrund der guten Lage mit allen Möglichkeiten, den Aufenthalt individuell zu gestalten !

Ende August ruhte sie sich aus. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit einem riesigen Bett und einem Balkon mit Meerblick. Sie wohnte in einem Gebäude im 2. Stock. 100 Meter zum Strand. Erste Linie. Das einzige Minus ist, dass das Wartungspersonal ab 8 Uhr morgens bei voller Lautstärke der Radios Lärm macht. Nun, wenn Sie in der Hochsaison anreisen, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine gute Option, aber wenn in der Nebensaison, wenn das Meer ständig stürmt, ist ein Hotel mit Pool mehr denn je nützlich.

Zudem kann man direkt vom Hotel ein Mofa mieten. Das Frühstück ist fabelhaft (Buffet). Die Preise für das Abendessen sind im höhren Segment. In der Nähe befinden sich jedoch sehr viele leckere einheimsche Restaurants zu günstigeren Preisen. Der Eigentümer und der Manager lässt sich täglich blicken und nimmt sich Zeit um mit den Gästen zu plaudern.

Als wir am Strand des Resorts spielten, wurde mein Mann auf einen rostigen Nagel getreten. Die Wunde war nur 1 cm tief und schwer zu reinigen. Der Nagel wurde auf einen etwa 2 cm dicken Holzstab genagelt. Ich glaube, das Personal im Resort hat den Strand nicht richtig gereinigt, so dass der Nagel und der Nagel nicht gefunden wurden. We have loved every second in this resort. It was the very first one on the island, 20 years ago. And let's not forget that the island didn't get electricity until 2006. With that in mind, the property is spaced out over lovely grounds with palm trees and other tropical plants which are well maintained along nice paths. Many of the bungalows have seafronts with little private balconies. The beach by the hotel doesn't have great access to the sea but there is a lifeguard pointing you in the right direction every day. The sunsets are stunning from this location as are seeing the thunderstorms roll up. Every night you can see a line of twinkly lights, indicating fishing boats. The sea is a bit rough on this side of the island but still perfectly swimmable for a refresh after a hot day sightseeing. The breakfast is served every morning in the restaurant and has a great combo of both Asian and Western dishes and there is a cook on standby who will cook your eggs and/or pancakes anyway you like. There are tables which look out over the sea or across the swimming pool. Both the seafront and the pool are cleaned everyday by a raft of staff. The reception staff are very welcoming and speak good English and for anything more complicated there are plenty of translation apps to help you. We hired cushions for our sunbeds at less than £3 a day. We also frequently dipped into the minibar where beers weren't even a £1 and wine was only £15 (its imported from Australia hence slightly more expensive). The laundry service we also used often as we needed to get changed frequently being absolutely not used to the heat and humidity (coming from England, I think we can be forgiven). The cleaning ladies seemed to take great pride in their work and managed to turn our room back into a palace every day, we felt very well looked after. Everywhere in the grounds there is free WiFi but we also bought a sim for only a couple of pounds for the entirety of our stay. The air-conditioning in the room was an absolute delight! The beds are huge and comfortable, there are chairs and a desk in the room as well as a large wardrobe. The hotel provides dressing gowns and crocks which can be used around the grounds and brollies can be taken around town (during rainy periods you will see many hotel brollies represented around town). The TV isn't great, but who comes on holiday to watch the telly anyway? The resort is perfectly placed between hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants and of course the nightmarket. The John's Tours Office is also close by. There are always taxis by the hotel ready to take you anywhere. It helps if you've got a screenshot on your phone to show the taxi driver where you'd like to go. Virtually all taxis provide complimentary water and all drivers use translation apps to converse with you, amid much hilarity. Отель новый, современный. Номер небольшой, но уютный и чистый, с балкончиком. Из минусов окурки в цветочных горшках на балконе и отсутствие звукоизоляции в ванной комнате. Персонал отзывчивый. Заселились на одну ночь, планировали остаться ещё, но было всë зарезервировано. На ресепшн есть бесплатный массажер для ног и можно купить дешевле пятилитровку водички. Фейерверк видно с балкона. Можно взять на прокат электобайк.

Wir haben unseren langen Urlaub hier beendet. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur zwei Tage im Hotel bleiben, aber aufgrund der Freundlichkeit, Fröhlichkeit und Begeisterung des Personals hier haben wir unseren Aufenthalt um zwei Wochen in Mtown verlängert. Ein kleines Hotel mit den für uns notwendigen Dienstleistungen. Wir haben hier für den gesamten Urlaub ein billiges Motorrad gemietet und der Wäscheservice war auch gut. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und saubere Handtücher gewechselt. Die Rezeptionistin (Bao) war sehr enthusiastisch und hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln geholfen. Der Strand hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen, er war sauber und schön, wir haben hier jeden Nachmittag Beachvolleyball gespielt. Wenn möglich, werde ich nächstes Jahr wieder hierher kommen. Danke!

Сразу скажу, что в городе нет пляжа (тот, что есть, носит прогулочный декоративный характер) и если хотите купаться, то оптимально ездить от площади у посадки на канатку до соседнего городка на пляж Кхем. автобус бесплатный, начинает ходить в 8 каждые полчаса, в пути около 7 минут. Днем есть перерыв, когда автобусы ходят каждый час. Вечером уезжали с пляжа в 16.30. Отель расположен на тихой улице с красивыми видами (у нас моря видно не было, но в отеле есть номера и с морскими видами). До канатки и остановки автобуса минут 7 пешком. До ночного рынка, где вечерами разнообразие еды, столько же. В номере заявлена кухня, но реально только чайник, холодильник и плита (не хватает микроволновки, чтобы разогреть что-то купленное, ибо на плите в связи с отсутствием сковородки не разогреешь). Есть приборы, тарелки, миски, кастрюлька, хотелось бы еще чашки. Я хотела выспросить на ресепшен, дадут ли все нужное, хотя бы чашки и нож, чтобы написать в отзыве, но забегались и забыли. Но мы, как опытные туристы, притащили с собой и свои приборы (столовые ложки, нож), и контейнеры у нас были, и даже пакет гречки на завтраки. Ежедневно кладут чай, кофе и воду, а также все расходники в ванную. Нет губки для мытья посуды и средства. Но есть посудомойка. Первые пару дней довольно сильно пахло из стока (лайфхак: закрыть сток пакетом с водой). На первом этаже есть кафе, на завтрак и на обед можно съесть лапшу за 50 тыс донгов (220 руб), вечером все, что у них есть, довольно дорогое и лучше или питаться на ночном рынке у набережной, или выйти в местную деревню за город, чтобы мы и делали, 6 вечером питаясь у местной девушки за 50 тыс на двоих. Следует учитывать, что после 21 ч на набережной шоу фейерверков и раньше ложиться спать бесполезно, шум стоит над всем городом, к 22 ч это все заканчивается.

Habe 2 Nächte im Lotus Hillside zu einem Schnäppchenpreis verbracht, 40+ pro Nacht für 2 px mit kostenlosem Kabelfernsehen und Eintrittskarte für den Wasserpark. Das Hotel ist etwas mehr als 100 Meter von der Uferpromenade entfernt, aber der Hotelfahrer ist so freundlich, uns mit dem Buggy für eine kleine Gebühr von 10.000 Dong pro px überall in der Sunset Town hinzubringen und ihm für den gleichen Betrag eine WhatsApp zu schicken, wenn wir zurückfahren möchten. Das Zimmer ist neu, geräumig, mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett und einer sauberen Toilette.

Нас поселили на 5 этаж , ночью был слышен насос ( очень сильно шумит ) , утром по просьбе нас без проблем переселили на этаж ниже , шум от насоса был , но не такой громкий . так же на 5 этаже кладовая персонала ( уборщиц ), в первый день это был ужас , проснулись от того , что было ощущение , что кто то орет , по факту они между собой очень громко ругались , как проявление неуважения к жильцам, время было 8 утра, настроение было испорчено. После замечания, замолчали. после переезда , на 4 этаж жили 2 дня , уборки не было . на ресепшене девочки очень милы и добры 👍

Stayed for 2 nights in Nov 2023 Pros: -Room was large and spacious -Bed was quite comfortable with a mosquito net around it if you wanted. -minifridge, desk with chair, small table, free bottle of water provided -bathtub and sink with space around it. -hairdryer in the bathroom -enclosed shower with glass with hot water. -relaxed atmosphere of the place because of its isolation in the north and also the coconut trees around and the sandy grounds near the beach and the swing from the tree. -the food at the restaurant is the best. hands down amazing and decently priced for a resort. tastes so good that we ate here for both the nights we stayed. Probably one of the best parts of this resort...honestly I'd stay here just for the food! I missed it when we moved accommodation locations in the south. Even the breakfast while it is not buffet, they give you multiple choices that are filling. -staff are very nice and friendly. -close to Ganh Dau town which has a market and also close to GrandWorld. -good wifi speeds at 37.5mbps download and 47.3 mpbs upload when mobile speed tested. overall rating 4.5/5 Cons: -the shower in our room didn't have a lot of pressure. Once we alerted the staff the next day they fixed it. -swimming pool at the resort looked a little run down, a bit yellow in the corners, didn't look super clean. -beach not bad, not the best on the island but also not the worst, acceptable. it's private though. -far from airport around 1 hour drive but it can be a pro if you are looking for that relaxed vibe with not so many people. -aircon doesn't get very cold but acceptable after a while. If you like it very cold you may have an issue. -while the food was amazing, the speed at which the food comes to you is quite slow, it might take 40 mins or an hour to come to you if there's a lot of people at the restaurant. Get there by 6pm and order if you want to eat by 7pm. It's worth the wait though.

Dieses Hotel liegt in einer Gasse in der Stadt. Wir kamen alle mit dem Taxi an. Die Umgebung des Hotels gleicht einem Waldtunnel. Die Anzahl der Leute ist ruhig und der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Als ich kam, gab ich mir ein Begrüßungsgetränk. In der Mitte des Hotels befindet sich ein großer Swimmingpool. Dieses Schwimmbad gefällt mir sehr gut. Verpassen Sie es nicht, wenn Sie gerne schwimmen. Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein Restaurant. Da keine anderen Gäste da sind, wird unser Frühstück direkt von ihnen serviert und es gibt Obst! Es fehlte nur, dass ich es gebucht hatte, als ich die Abholung vom Flughafen sah. Als wir abreisten, gingen wir zum Flughafen und sagten der Rezeption Bescheid. Dann hat er uns Taxi genannt. Als wir aus dem Auto stiegen, mussten wir bezahlen. Das entspricht wirklich nicht meinem beabsichtigten Zweck.

Hotel inspired by the old Juliet's house in southern Italy My room has a view of the sea and the Cầu Hôn bridge, the meaning of this bridge is Kiss Bridge or Propose, this is a play on Vietnamese words. Besides, you can also watch the fireworks right at the balcony of the room every night. At sunset, sitting in front of the hotel with a bottle of beer and a few friends is really relaxing The weather is great with rest, the local cuisine is amazing. The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

Wir waren hier für fünf Tage. Das Hotelpersonal beantwortete und beantwortete unsere Fragen ernst! Es bietet auch die Möglichkeit, ein Motorrad für 120.000 VND und ein Auto für 900.000 VND zu mieten. Es gibt kein kostenloses Frühstück, aber Sie können Frühstück à la carte bestellen, wenn der Schwerpunkt Ihres Besuchs auf der Insel Phu Quoc darin liegt, bis in die Nacht hinauszureisen Tag und dann im Hotel schlafen, dann ist der CP-Wert sehr hoch. Das Zimmer sieht recht neu aus. Schade, dass sich das Wasser nicht erwärmt, wenn man zu spät zum Duschen kommt Die Zimmer sind auch sehr großzügig. Es gibt einen K+MART in der Nähe des Hotels. Vor dem K+MART gibt es einen kostenlosen Bus
