Viele Einrichtungen im Hotel, vor allem angesichts des Preises. Ich habe während meines Wochenendausflugs den Pool, das Onsen und das Fitnessstudio genutzt. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, mit vielen asiatischen und westlichen Optionen. Die allgemeine Hygiene im Hotel könnte jedoch verbessert werden, da vor dem Hauptgebäude Fliegen herumschwirren und mehrere Mäuse auf dem Gelände zu sehen sind.

Wir waren an einem Unglückstag, denn die Wasserpumpe war kaputt. Das wussten wir nicht, aber der Support des Hotels war nicht zufrieden. Sie sagten uns, die Pumpe sei repariert, aber in unserem Zimmer sei das Wasser immer noch schwarz. Wir baten sie dreimal, nachzusehen, und sie sagten, sie würden irgendwann kommen. Niemand kam und informierte uns auch nicht. Am selben Tag baten wir um mehr Kissen und Decken und zahlten mehr. 150 THB sind für den Preis in Ordnung, aber wir warteten 2 Stunden und riefen sie dreimal an. Außerdem fanden unsere Kinder ein benutztes Kondom im Zimmer, also reinigen sie das Zimmer nicht 100 %ig!!!!! Womit wir wirklich nicht zufrieden sind, ist, dass das Personal dem Kunden etwas versprochen hat, aber es war ihnen egal. Wir wissen nicht warum. Die Toilette war nicht sauber genug, vor allem das Waschbecken sah aus, als wäre es nicht geschrubbt worden

Really enjoyed my stay at J Park Hotel Chonburi. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and very friendly staff. The hotel is quiet and conveniently located. Breakfast was nice and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing. Great value for the price. Would definitely come back again!

I had a quiet and comfortable stay. There were no reservation issues this time. I had a good and restful stay.

I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip. Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this. I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

Best breakfast and best service. All the rooms is quiet. Pool is open and clean.

I initially had a disappointing experience as I was assigned a very old room with poor toilet cleanliness and bugs crawling out from the toilet flush area. It was clearly not well maintained. Fortunately, after raising the issue, the staff agreed to move me to a better, renovated room, which significantly improved my stay. However, as I was staying for 8 days—not just a short-term guest—it would have been more appropriate to assign a better-quality room from the beginning. First impressions matter, and proactive room allocation can go a long way in guest satisfaction. That said, I appreciate the staff’s willingness to resolve the issue and accommodate my request for a better room.

I always sleep here for my business trips in Chon Buri. The hotel staff has always been kind. This time I left my drinks in the fridge after checking out, but they kept them for me so I could retrieve them later. Will keep visiting here. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and spacious.

The pool was great, with change rooms. Good choice of foods for breakfast and service was excellent.

Big and clean room. Good value for money. Would have given 4 star if bath robe, toothbrush, toothpaste and room slippers were provided.
