Pleasant atmosphere, great location, nice hotel staff, clean and well-designed room. The low score is for several reasons. All the websites that the hotel advertises state that there are slippers, a table, and the pictures also show an armchair. In reality, there are none, and the room was very small. The pictures do not reflect reality, and I stay in a lot of hotels. Second, we left at 8 in the morning and returned at 3 p.m. and the room was not cleaned. We didn't really need to clean, but to refill soap, towels, and basic things. It was impossible to call reception from the room, the phone didn't work. The reception didn't really understand when I was surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned until 3 p.m. After an exhausting morning and afternoon in the heat, I had to vacate the room for another hour and waited in the lobby and oops.. We went up to the room and it still hadn't been taken care of!!!. We spoke to the receptionist and it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that the room was tidied up. Any compensation? Forget it. Just exhausting and wasted time from my vacation. Too bad.

So thrilled with my selection of the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv. The location is perfect. In the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect walkable location. The breakfast is remarkable. Something for everyones desires. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but in Tel Aviv one is meant to be out to enjoy this amazing city, not inside your room. I would go back there on my next trip which I hope will be soon.

In Lipzig verbrachte es eine unvergessliche Woche. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Zimmer ist groß und hell, die Einrichtungen im Inneren des Kühlschranks, der Bürotisch und andere sind sehr vollständig, die Hygienebedingungen sind sehr gut, die Kellner kommen jeden Tag sehr ernsthaft zu räumen. Es gibt auch einen großen Außenschrank außerhalb jedes Zimmers, es gibt einen Tisch im Freien, ich esse oft und arbeite dort. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Meer, 5 Minuten zu Fuß aus dem Zimmer ist am Meer, das Personal ist sehr nett. Während dieses Angriffs habe ich hier gute Pflege und viel Hilfe erhalten. Ich werde hier wieder zurückkommen und wählen.

This type of room that we ordered is an anti-missile shelter with a small, blocked window opening. Unfortunately this was not clear in the information provided when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have taken such a room. Because of the protected walls there is a feeling of suffocation in the room. To change this room, we had to pay an upgrade fee. Apart from that the hotel staff is nice and helpful.

Das Hotel steht vor dem schönen Strand im Mittelmeer und ist für mich sehr groß. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und einen großen Wohnzimmer. Die Möbel sind veraltet. Aber auch der Preis ist, mein Freund Zimmer ist nur die normale Größe. Die Hotelhalle und das Frühstücksrestaurant haben eine sehr schöne Meerblicksaussicht, die bemerkenswert ist. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz im Freien, aber die Gebühren sind teuer und hat zwei Nächte 160 ILS.

We wanted to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary (yes, we are 90 years old) and decided to do it in a hotel at the Tel-Aviv beach. We chose the Orchid hotel and were very happy with our choise. Every thing we wanted and needed was there, and on high standard. The room had all we wished for, including big space for all our luggage. Parking for our car, air condition, excellent breakfast, restorants and supermarket bownstairs, beautiful beach, lovely veiw of the beach from the lobby, pleasant staff. What else could we wished for?

Es ist nah am Meer und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Das Zimmer war klein, sauber und ok, die Bettwäsche war etwas schmutzig. Das Frühstück ist als mittelmäßig einzustufen, aber die Einheimischen essen meistens kalte Gerichte und das Fleisch ist Fisch, den ich nicht mag. Nach 16:00 Uhr gibt es keinen Reinigungsservice im Zimmer und Getränke werden nur am ersten Tag des Aufenthalts ausgegeben. Die Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und der Service war gut!

Sehr schönes Hotel, Empfangsmitglied sehr freundlich und süß. Frühstück war sehr gut. Sie haben kostenlose Weine durch das Glas mit sehr guter Auswahl und leckeren Cookies und trockenen Früchten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel definitiv. Das Design ist elegant und modern. Nur die Details sind nicht immer schön nach dem Zimmer.

Wohnung in guter Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ben Gurion House, dem Rabin Square und dem Meer entfernt. Es liegt auch in der Nähe der chinesischen Botschaft. Es ist wirklich angenehm, jeden Tag an den Strand zu gehen. Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Nähe, und Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen um Essen, Trinken und Spaß am Sabbat machen. Kostenlose Parkplätze mit dem Auto, 10 Bus vor der Tür ist auch sehr gut, man kann in die Altstadt von Jaffa, den Markt und andere Orte fahren, kurz gesagt, sehr praktisch.
